Description

Technisches Gebiet:
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Büstenhalter mit zwei Büstenkörbchen und zwei mit diesen verbundenen Seitenteilen, bei dem entlang der unteren Ränder der Körbchen jeweils eine Tasche zur Aufnahme eines U-förmigen Versteifungsbügels angeordnet ist, die im Bereich jeweils eines der Enden der Bügel eine Öffnung zum Einschieben bzw. Entnehmen des jeweiligen Bügels aufweist.
Stand der Technik:
Bei bekannten Büstenhaltern dieser Art bestehen die formhaltenden Bügel aus einem verhältnismäßig steifen, sprungelastischen Material wie z. B. Metall oder Kunststoff, die in jeweils eine längliche, aus textilem Material gebildete und entlang der Büstenansatznaht verlaufende und an den Enden geschlossene Tasche eingelegt sind.
Da die Bügel in diesen Taschen längsbeweglich sind, besteht nicht nur beim Tragen, sondern vor allem dann, wenn derartige Büstenhalter in einer Waschmaschine gewaschen werden, die Gefahr, daß die Enden der Bügel sich an den Enden der Taschen durch das Gewirke des die Taschen bildenden Materials hindurcharbeiten. Beim Waschen können die Bügel sogar ganz aus den Taschen herausgeschleudert werden. Hat sich ein derartiger Bügel völlig vom Wäschestück gelöst, dann besteht die Gefahr, daß er durch die Löcher in der Waschtrommel hindurchtritt und die weitere Drehbewegung der Waschtrommel blockieren kann. In der Vergangenheit wurden viele Waschmaschinen auf diese Weise durch Versteifungsbügel von Büstenhaltern beschädigt.
Aus diesem Grund wird von vielen Wäscheherstellern empfohlen, solche Büstenhalter nur von Hand zu waschen. Eine Handwäsche ist jedoch aufwendig und befriedigt jedenfalls dann nicht, wenn im Gewirke des Büstenhalters Baumwolle enthalten ist, deren Verschmutzung durch eine Handwäsche bei niedrigen Temperaturen kaum beseitigt werden kann.
Um solche Büstenhalter auch in der Waschmaschine waschen zu können, ist es bekannt, die Taschen zur Aufnahme der Bügel so auszubilden, daß die Bügel zum Waschen herausgenommen und danach wieder eingeschoben werden können. Hierzu wird jeweils an den Enden der Taschen eine Öffnung, z.B. ein quer zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Tasche verlaufender Schlitz vorgesehen oder das Ende der Tasche durch ein quer dazu verlaufendes Band abgedeckt, um so ein unbeabsichtigtes Heraustreten der Bügel zu vermeiden (EP 0 752 213 A1). Diese Öffnungen sind vornehmlich an den außenliegenden Enden der Taschen vorgesehen. Gleichwohl kann nicht sichergestellt werden, insbesondere nach längerem Tragen oder mehreren Wäschen, daß die Enden der Bügel nicht dennoch aus den Öffnungen heraustreten und die Haut der Trägerin reizen oder verletzen können.
Im Gegensatz hierzu ist es, um Längsbewegungen der Versteifungsbügel in den Taschen zu verhindern, schon bekannt geworden, die Versteifungsbügel an ihren Enden mit dem betreffenden Büstenhalter fest zu verbinden (US 5 387 150). Um dennoch die Bewegungsmöglichkeit der Trägerin nicht zu beeinträchtigen, sind einerseits an den Bügelenden zumindest in einer Richtung gelenkige Befestigungen vorgesehen und andererseits im Verlauf der Bügel weitere Gelenke angeordnet. Abgesehen davon, daß dies eine sehr komplizierte Ausgestaltung des Bügels und der Befestigungsvorrichtungen bedingt, ist die Gefahr nicht beseitigt, daß sich sowohl beim Tragen, vor allem aber beim Waschen auch die Befestigungsmittel von dem Material des Büstenhalters lösen können und dennoch der Bügel den Büstenhalter oder andere Wäschestücke, gegebenenfalls sogar die Waschmaschine beschädigen können.
Darstellung der Erfindung:
Vor diesem Hintergrund liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen, um bei Büstenhaltern mit herausnehmbaren Versteifungsbügeln Längsverschiebungen der Bügel bzw. das Heraustreten der Bügel aus den zum Einschieben bzw. Herausnehmen benötigten Öffnungen zu verhindern.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Büstenhalter der eingangs angegebenen Art dadurch gelöst, daß im Bereich der Öffnung der Taschen Mittel zum Fixieren der jeweiligen Bügel in der eingeschobenen Lage vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Mittel aus mindestens einem im vorderen mittleren Bereich des Büstenhalters zwischen den Körbchen angebrachten Halteelement bestehen, mit dem jeweils ein diesem zugeordnetes Ende eines Bügels in eine lösbare Wirkverbindung bringbar ist.
Der Grundgedanke der Erfindung besteht somit darin, die Bügel im eingeschobenen Zustand durch mechanische Mittel lösbar zu fixieren. Diese Mittel sind zweckmäßig an der Stelle angeordnet, an der die Öffnungen der Taschen beider Körbchen am dichtesten beieinanderliegen, nämlich im vorderen mittleren Bereich des Büstenhalters zwischen den Körbchen. An dieser Stelle stören mechanische Halteelemente für die Bügel am wenigsten, zumal sie dort auch zum Beispiel in Form einer Agraffe oder eines sonstigen Schmuckstücks gestaltet werden können, die aus dekorativen Gründen ohnehin oft an dieser Stelle vorgesehen sind.
Erfindungsgemäß kann jedem Bügel ein gesondertes Halteelement zugeordnet oder können die Halteelemente beider Bügel zu einer einheitlichen Haltevorrichtung zusammengefaßt sein.
Die lösbare Wirkverbindung kann druckknopfartig ausgebildet sein, wobei einem Vorsprung an einem Teil eine diesen Vorsprung aufnehmende Ausnehmung an dem anderen Teil zugeordnet ist. Dies schafft die Voraussetzung dafür, daß zum Beispiel ein Dorn am Ende eines Bügels in eine Ausnehmung in einem Halteelement eingeführt bzw. eine Durchbrechung am Ende eines Bügels auf einen Dorn am Halteelement aufgesteckt werden kann. Eine derartige Verbindung ist leicht herzustellen und zu lösen; außerdem ermöglicht sie in der der Körperoberfläche folgenden Ebene des Büstenhalters gewisse Drehbewegungen, weil sie wie ein Gelenk wirkt.
Wenn die Halteelemente beider Bügel zu einer einheitlichen Haltevorrichtung zusammengefaßt sind, dann ist es zweckmäßig, die Halteelemente auf einer gemeinsamen Grundplatte anzuordnen, die auch durch eine mit der Grundplatte gelenkig klappbare verbundene Deckplatte abdeckbar ist.
Das Halteelement bzw. die Haltevorrichtung und/oder die Bügel bestehen zweckmäßig aus Kunststoff, der bekanntlich auf einfache Weise in beliebige Formen gebracht werden kann. Die Halteelemente bzw. die Haltevorrichtung und/oder die diesen zugeordneten Enden der Bügel können auch ästhetisch ansprechend gestaltet und/oder ornamental verziert sein.

Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung und gewerbliche Verwertbarkeit:
Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, besteht der erfindungsgemäße Büstenhalter 1 aus zwei Seitenteilen 2, die im vorderen mittleren Bereich 3 des Büstenhalters 1 zusammengeführt und an den äußeren Enden mit Teilen 4a, 4b für einen Rückenverschluß versehen sind. Entlang der Büstenansatznaht 5 sind die Büstenkörbchen 6 eingenäht, die grundsätzlich in beliebiger Weise ausgebildet sein können. An den oberen Rändern der Körbchen 6 sind Trägerbänder 7 angesetzt, die in üblicher Weise zu den rückwärtigen Bereichen der Seitenteile 2 verlaufen.
Die einzelnen Teile des Büstenhalters 1 bestehen aus textilem Material, das ganz oder in Teilbereichen auch dehnbar ausgebildet sein kann, ohne daß dies Einfluß auf die Erfindung hat. Die Anwendung der Erfindung ist auch nicht auf die beschriebene Ausführung eines Büstenhalters beschränkt; sie kann grundsätzlich bei allen Damenunterbekleidungsartikeln mit an- bzw. ausgearbeitetem Büstenteil mit Versteifungsbügeln einschließlich Badeanzügen eingesetzt werden.
Wie Fig. 2 entnommen werden kann, die eine vergrößerte Darstellung des oberen Teils des vorderen mittleren Bereiches 3 des Büstenhalters darstellt, verlaufen entlang der Büstenansatznähte 5 der Körbchen 6 Taschen 8, in die jeweils Versteifungsbügel 9 eingeschoben sind. Die Taschen 8 können von außen oder von innen aufgesetzt oder auch aus dem Material der Seitenteile 2 ausgebildet bzw. herausgearbeitet sein; wesentlich ist, daß jede der Taschen 8 an den im vorderen mittleren Bereich 3 des Büstenhalters liegenden Enden Öffnungen 10 aufweist, durch welche die Bügel 9 in die Taschen 8 eingeführt bzw. auch aus diesen wieder entnommen werden können. Die Bügel 9 bestehen in üblicher Weise aus einem steifen, sprungelastischen Material wie z. B. Metall oder Kunststoff.
Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel liegen die oberen inneren Enden der Bügel 9, die aus den Taschen 8 herausragen, relativ dicht nebeneinander und sind dort in einer Haltevorrichtung 11 zusammengefaßt. Ausbildung und Funktion dieser Haltevorrichtung 11 kann anhand der Fig. 3 und 4 naher erläutert werden, welche, im Gegensatz zu Fig. 2, die Haltevorrichtung 11 in aufgeklapptem Zustand zeigen.
Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, besteht die Haltevorrichtung 11 aus einer Grundplatte 12 mit Löchern 13, mittels welcher sie wie ein Knopf am textilen Material des Büstenhalters 1 angenäht werden kann. Aus der Grundplatte 12 ragen zwei Dorne 14 heraus, auf welche die Bügel 9 mit Durchbrechungen 15 aufgesteckt werden können, die sie an ihren Enden tragen (Fig. 4). Damit lassen sich die Bügel 9 in den Taschen 8 gegen Längsbewegungen, vor allem auch gegen Heraustreten fixieren.
Vervollständigt wird die Haltevorrichtung 11 durch eine Deckplatte 16, die entlang der oberen geraden Kante 17 der Grundplatte 12 mit dieser durch Gelenke 18 verbunden ist (Fig. 2). Es kann eine Rastung vorgesehen sein, um die Deckplatte 16 in der heruntergeklappten, die Dorne 14 mit den Bügelenden abdeckenden Stellung zu halten.
Um für einen Waschvorgang die Bügel 9 aus den Taschen 8 zu entnehmen, wird, wie Fig. 4 erkennen läßt, zunächst die Deckplatte 16 der Haltevorrichtung 11 aufgeklappt, wodurch die Enden der Bügel 9 frei werden. Die Bügel 9 werden von den Dornen 14 abgezogen; daraufhin können die Bügel 9 aus den Taschen 8 herausgezogen und der Büstenhalter 1 gewaschen werden. Nach der Wäsche bzw. nach dem Trocknen werden die Bügel 9 wieder in die Taschen 8 eingeschoben, die Enden der Bügel 9 wieder mit den Durchbrechungen 15 auf die Dorne 14 aufgesteckt und die Deckplatte 16 heruntergeklappt.
In den Fig. 5 und 6 ist noch ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Büstenhalters dargestellt, in dem jedem Bügel 9 ein eigenes gesondertes Halteelement 21 zugeordnet ist. Dabei zeigt Fig. 5 den Büstenhalter mit in die Taschen 8 eingeschobenen Bügeln 9 und Fig. 6 die Situation, daß der in der Darstellung rechte Bügel in Richtung des Pfeils 20 aus seiner Tasche herausgezogen ist.
Die Halteelemente 21 bestehen bei diesem Beispiel aus jeweils einer kleinen rosettenartig geformten Grundplatte 22 mit einer zentralen Ausnehmung 23. Am Ende des Bügels 9 ist eine der Grundplatte 22 in Form und Größe entsprechende Rosette 24 angeformt, die an der der Grundplatte 22 zugewandten Unterseite einen Dorn 25 besitzt. Nach dem Einschieben des Bügels 9 in die Tasche 8 kann dessen Fixierung auf einfache Weise dadurch erfolgen, daß der Dorn 25 in die Ausnehmung 23 der Grundplatte 22 eingedrückt wird. Das Lösen der Wirkverbindung erfolgt in umgekehrter Weise.

Claims (10)

  1. Büstenhalter (1) mit zwei Büstenkörbchen (6) und zwei mit diesen verbundenen Seitenteilen (2), bei dem entlang der unteren Ränder (5) der Körbchen (6) jeweils eine Tasche (8) zur Aufnahme eines U-förmigen Versteifungsbügels (9) angeordnet ist, die im Bereich jeweils eines der Enden der Bügel eine Öffnung (10) zum Einschieben bzw. Entnehmen des jeweiligen Bügels aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich dieser Öffnung Mittel zum Fixieren der jeweiligen Bügel in der eingeschobenen Lage vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Mittel aus mindestens einem an dem Büstenhalter angebrachten Halteelement (11, 21) bestehen, mit dem jeweils ein diesem zugeordnetes Ende eines Bügels (9) in eine lösbare Wirkverbindung bringbar ist.
  2. Büstenhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement bzw. die Halteelemente (11, 21) im vorderen mittleren Bereich des Büstenhalters (1) zwischen den Büstenkörbchen (6) angeordnet ist bzw. sind.
  3. Büstenhalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Bügel (9) ein gesondertes Halteelement (21) zugeordnet ist.
  4. Büstenhalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente beider Bügel (9) zu einer einheitlichen Haltevorrichtung (21) zusammengefaßt sind.
  5. Büstenhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lösbare Wirkverbindung druckknopfartig ausgebildet ist, wobei einem Vorsprung (14, 25) an einem Teil eine diesen Vorsprung (14, 25) aufnehmende Ausnehmung (15, 23) an dem anderen Teil zugeordnet ist.
  6. Büstenhalter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente auf einer gemeinsamen Grundplatte (12) angeordnet sind.
  7. Büstenhalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (12) durch eine Deckplatte (16) abdeckbar ist.
  8. Büstenhalter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckplatte (16) mit der Grundplatte (12) gelenkig klappbar verbunden ist.
  9. Büstenhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (21) bzw. die Haltevorrichtung (11) und/oder die Bügel (9) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
  10. Büstenhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (21) bzw. die Haltevorrichtung (11) und/oder die diesen zugeordneten Enden der Bügel (9) ästhetisch ansprechend gestaltet und/oder ornamental verziert sind.
