Abstract

Die Hitzeschutzkleidung besteht aus vielen Stoffstücken, insbesondere in Streifenform (2), welche sehr große Zwischenräume zwischen sich lassen. Die Stoffstücke sind beweglich und fächeln dem Körper von allen Seiten Frischluft zu, sodaß die Schweißverdunstung und somit die Körperkühlung sehr gefördert wird. Die Oberfläche der Stoffstücke beträgt ein Mehrfaches der Körperoberfläche. Die Sonnenstrahlen werden körperfern auf den Stoffstücken absorbiert und wegen der sehr großen Oberfläche der Stoffstücke auf einem niedrigen Temperaturniveau an die Umgebungsluft abgeführt. Somit kann die Sonne nur noch in ganz geringem Maße zur Hitzebelastung des Körpers beitragen.
