Definitions
- the invention relates to a staircase with a number Steps with one end on the masonry and with the other end are fixed to bars at which the Lattice bars fixed to a handrail made of rigid material attack and are carried by the handrail.
- stairs it is known that the steps have one end in a cheek and with the other end on a handrail to arrange fixed bars. With these stairs leads the cheek to a large manufacturing effort and prevents an exchange over the duration of the construction work the damage-intensive residential steps against construction steps. It is also known to use stairs with a End of steps firmly gripping bars each other end of the steps directly on the masonry, e.g. to fix by dowels. These stairs require by the firm connection of steps and Masonry using an independent construction staircase insensitive steps. Furthermore, these stairs especially if the steps from a brittle Material, e.g. Marble, are formed because of lack of mechanical strength not certain.
- a brittle Material e.g. Marble
- the object of the invention is a staircase with little Manufacturing effort to create a safe arrangement and allows an exchange of the steps.
- this object has a solution found the treads by several with one end rod-shaped step supports anchored in or on the masonry gripped in the longitudinal direction and supported by this as well as fixed or detachable with the step supports are firmly connectable and that the step carrier with the Stops facing away from masonry with a lattice bar are connected.
- the staircase formed in this way the effect Step bearer a multiple over the entire length of the Treads extending support the same has an advantageous effect even with large loads.
- the attachment of the steps is reproducible changeable, whereby optional steps for different Purposes, e.g. for construction or residential purposes or can be used from different materials.
- the stepped girder is provided through pipe sections with a circular cross-sectional shape made of a metallic material, e.g. Iron or To form iron alloys. It is understood that too other step carriers, e.g. Pipe sections with angular Cross-sectional shape made of a metallic material, in Application can come. There is also the Possibility of using molded parts made of iron or iron alloys to use the step supports formed.
- the individual steps can be preferred by two underpinned by three step carriers through which Step supports can be supported and fixed with the step supports or be releasably connected.
- the step bearers can have any distances from each other.
- the stairs are provided for Step beams with the masonry end directly, e.g. to be anchored in or on the masonry.
- the step carriers hardenable or polymerizable materials in Determine recesses in the masonry.
- the step carriers with the masonry end indirectly e.g. under Interposition of a sound insulation element in or on Masonry are anchored.
- the step bearers with the masonry-side ends expediently in the form of sleeves Molded parts made of a resilient or flexible Material must be determined and the molded parts by means the respective molded parts receiving cup-shaped Thread rings or the like. with in or on the masonry by dowelling, Screwing or by hardenable or polymerizable Materials anchored to wall panels be.
- Step bearer with the ends near the masonry in to have a cheek firmly engaged and by means of this to support.
- the steps themselves can be any from a wooden or metallic or stone one Material or a plastic can be formed. Especially when using often brittle stone The stepped beams give a mechanical Support of the fragile steps.
- step girders and treads firmly or releasably firmly by means of clamping means connect.
- Screws can preferably be used as the clamping means, which passed through the step supports and in the underside of the steps are screwed in.
- steps made of a metallic material or a plastic there is still the possibility the steps by gluing, welding or the like with the To connect step carriers firmly.
- Step supports and bars in the connection area Pins are attached to each other.
- suitable pens Groove pins or the like. come into use.
- 1 is a handrail made from a rigid one Material, e.g. made of wood or metal. With the Handrail 1, a number of bars 2 are firmly connected, which serve as holding links for steps 3.
- the steps 3 are made of any material, e.g. Wood, marble or the like., Made and in the longitudinal direction by each three step carriers 4 extending alongside one another.
- the step carriers 4 are like FIGS. 3 and 5 show through pipe sections with circular or annular cross section and formed with the treads 3 by clamping means 5, such as screws (Fig. 3) connected.
- the clamping means 5 allow the exchange of Steps 3, which gives the opportunity to Stairs as construction stairs with rough steps 3 over the Construction time of the house or after completion of the house as living area stairs with steps 3 made of sensitive Bring materials to use.
- the step bearers 4 can, as shown in Fig. 2, directly with their masonry ends in recesses 6 of the masonry 7 inserted and in this by a hardenable Material 8, such as cement mortar or polymerizable Material, e.g. a suitable plastic, in the masonry 7 be set.
- step carrier 4 with a Anchored in masonry 7 end and with the other end held supported on the handrail 1 via the bars 2. 5 differs in the embodiment of FIG Step carrier 4 in a sleeve-shaped sound insulation element 11 made of resilient material, such as rubber or Plastic, inserted and 12 each by a pin Soundproofing element 11 fixed.
- the sound insulation element 11 is surrounded by a cup-shaped threaded ring 13, the can be screwed to a wall plate 14, which in turn by suitable clamping means, e.g.
- Screws 15 and dowels is connected to the masonry 7. It is understood that also other fastenings for the step supports 4 can be used. For example, conceivable that Step support 4 in insulation elements housed in the masonry to be determined.
- the connection of the bars 2 with the handrail 1 can be done in many different ways. In Fig. 3 are the bars 2 with the upper ends in Bores 16 of the handrail 1 inserted and in the handrail 1 fixed by cross pins 17.
- the step bearers 4 are different Lattice bars 2 at their ends facing the handrail Threaded sleeves 18 provided.
- the threaded sleeves 18 have outside coarse thread 19 on the holes 16 of the handrail 1 can be pressed in by pressing.
- the step bearers 4 finally have the advantage that they the clear distance between the successive steps 3 downsize, resulting in a particularly safe accessibility the stairs, e.g. through children.
- FIG. 6 is a staircase according to the configuration of FIG. 1 shown, in the case of which the step carriers with the Lattice bars 2 facing ends firmly in a cheek 20 are used.
