Claims (5)
- Schnittguthalter auf einem Schnittgutwagen einer Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel, beispielsweise Wurst, wobei der Schnittgutwagen das Schnittgut längs einer zur Schnittstär keneinstellung verstellbaren Anschlagplatte gegen die Schneide eines rotierenden Kreismessers und zurück führt und der Schnittguthalter auf dem Schnittgutwagen in Richtung auf die Anschlagplatte zum Zwecke des Schnittgutvorschubes und zurück verschiebbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnittguthalter (10) in seiner Lagerung (13) entgegen der Vorschubrichtung des Schnittgutes (6) auf dem Schnittgut wagen (2) um eine begrenzte, gegebenenfalls voreinstellbare Wegstrecke, gegen die Kraft eines als Federspeicher ausgebildeten Vorschubspeichers (Feder 15) zurückschiebbar ist und daß eine Rücklaufsperre, wie beispielsweise eine Klinkensperre (16), gegen ein Zurückweichen der Lagerung (13) unter der Reaktionskraft des aufgeladenen Federspeichers (Feder 15) vorgesehen ist.
- Schnittguthalter nach Anspruch 1, der eine Stirnplatte als Anlagefläche an dem Schnittgut umfaßt, die auf einem von einer Längsführungsstange oder -schiene auf dem Schnittgutwagen auskragenden Schwenkarm in einer Lagerung am Schwenkarm angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnplatte (11) in ihrer Lagerung (13) am Schwenkarm (9) entgegen der Vorschubrichtung des Schnittgutes (6) am Schnittgutwagen (2) gegen die Kraft einer Feder (15) des Federspeichers zurückschiebbar ist und daß zwischen dem Schwenkarm (9) und der Führungsstange (7) oder -schiene die Klinkensperre (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Schnittguthalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Schwenkarm (9) ein Griff (14) vorgesehen ist, dessen Mittelachse in Vorschub- oder Bohrungsrichtung weist und der eine Führungshülse als Lagerung (13) umgibt, in welche ein mit der Stirnplatte (11) starr verbundener, gegen die Vorschubrichtung ausgerichteter Zapfen (12) eingreift und gegen die Kraft des Federspeichers (Feder 15) einschiebbar ist.
- Schnittguthalter nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die entspannte Lage des Federspeichers meldender Endschalter zum Ausschalten eines elektrischen Antriebes für den Schnittgutwagen (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Schnittguthalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federspeicher eine Anzeige, beispielsweise eine Skala, für die eingeschobene Wegstrecke, die als Vorschub gespeichert ist, aufweist.
