Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pressenpartie einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) bestehend aus zumindest einem Preßspalt (2) zur Entwässerung der Faserstoffbahn (1), wobei durch den Preßspalt (2) beidseitig der Faserstoffbahn (1) jeweils mindestens ein endloser Preßfilz (3, 4) verläuft und die Faserstoffbahn (1) von einem Band (5) einer vorgelagerten Einheit mit Hilfe einer, von einem der beiden Preßfilze (3) umschlungenen Abnahmewalze (6) übernommen wird.
Davon ausgehend soll der Einlaufwinkel der Faserstoffbahn variabel gestaltet werden.
Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß zwischen der Abnahmewalze (6) und dem Preßspalt (2) eine besaugte Leitwalze (7) in der Schleife des die Faserstoffbahn (1) vom Band (5) übernehmenden Preßfilzes (3) angeordnet ist, die Leitwalze (7) von dem Preßfilz (3) umschlungen ist und die Leitwalze (7) zum gegenüberliegenden Preßfilz (4) hin verstellbar ist, wobei der gegenüberliegende Preßfilz (4) die Leitwalze (7) zumindest tangiert.
