Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines integriert-optischen Bauteils offenbart, wobei Wellenleiter hergestellt werden, indem ein Polymersubstrat mit Wellenleiternuten produziert wird und anschließend mit Kleber befüllt wird. Während des Aushärtens des Klebers wird das Substrat gegen eine Zweischichtstruktur gedrückt, wobei die Struktur aus einer dünnen leitfähigen Folie und einer dicken verformbaren Folie besteht, wobei die erstere erwärmt wird.
