Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'assistance à la fonction cardiaque, qui comporte des chambres gonflables élastiques exerçant une pression mécanique et agissant de manière ciblée sur la zone du ventricule gauche, qui peuvent être gonflées avec un milieu et être ensuite dégonflées, par l'intermédiaire de conduites de raccordement. Cette invention se caractérise en ce qu'il est prévu une enveloppe élastique qui peut être appliquée au moins en partie autour du coeur et dont la paroi comporte des chambres gonflables dans la zone du ventricule gauche.
