Definitions
- the invention relates to a paving surface made up of individual one another arranged stones, which are preferably made of concrete, the paving surface means for discharging itself on the Surface of the stone accumulating liquid, in particular Rainwater, identifies.
- Such a paved surface is known from DE-OS 26 55 867.
- This paving surface consists of concrete blocks, into which a piping system to drain on the surface of the concrete blocks collecting rainwater is let in.
- the Concrete blocks on their side surfaces horizontal and vertical channels into which the piping system laid when laying the stones becomes. Through vertical pipes that reach the surface of the concrete blocks enough, the water is absorbed and into the underlying horizontal pipeline fed.
- the the vertical pipe receiving bevel of the concrete block is rectangular and forms when joining two concrete blocks, for example Rectangle that surrounds the pipe mouth at a distance. The free space between pipe and concrete block must be filled tightly after laying so that the water can enter the pipe mouth.
- the invention has for its object to provide a way with the liquid accumulating on the surface of the stones effective and with little construction effort can be reliably discharged.
- This object is achieved in that the removal devices of liquid accumulating on the surface of the stones there are free spaces reaching to the floor surface of the paved surface, which are filled with a filler, the elements of which are represented by a Stick binders together.
- This training has the advantage that First of all, the free spaces should be of simple construction can and for this already existing openings in the Stones. These free spaces are inventively with the Mixture of filler and binder filled. Because that Filler or its elements firmly together in the final stage stick, there is initially a solid surface, which also at selective stress on the surface of the paved surface, for example is not pressed together by shoe heels. Consequently
- the paving surface according to the invention is particularly suitable, inter alia for high traffic by pedestrians and vehicles of all kinds Paths, roads and areas.
- the filler is grit.
- the grain size is of course matched to the size of the free spaces and a grain size of 5 to 8, but also up to 20 is preferred mm can be used. Depending on the application, the grit but also be finer or also coarser.
- the filler is a single or Mixed product from the components natural stone chippings, gravel, concrete recycling material (RCL material) or the like.
- RCL material concrete recycling material
- the filler is also possible to set special color accents.
- the free space filler with a coarser grain size e.g. 5 to 8 mm filled. Then the free spaces and, if necessary, the joints between the stones with finer granular filler with a grain size of e.g. 0.2 to 3 mm completely filled. This ensures that all dirt particles that penetrate the top layer, too be washed away, so that a permanent liquid drain is guaranteed.
- the top layer can be cleaned if necessary because the dirt is on top and vacuumed or rinsed off can be.
- the binder is a synthetic resin which can be mixed with a hardener.
- the binder is designed so that it adheres to the surface of the filler.
- a hardener is added to the synthetic resin before processing and this binder is mixed with the filler.
- the mixing ratio is such that a dry mixture ", which can be easily processed during the processing time of the resin mixed with the hardener. This means that the mixture is spread on the laid stones and in particular is pushed or swept into the free spaces.
- chippings and the like can also be filled into the free spaces without additives and that synthetic resin is then used specifically or an appropriate adhesive can be filled in, sprayed on or sprayed in.
- the hardening time being adjustable by the addition of hardener, for example in the range from a quarter of an hour to several hours, there is a firm bond of the filler s, which can be loaded within the limits of the load of the individual elements of the filler. This also results in a firm bond through interlocking or gluing to the surface of the surrounding stones, which ensures good durability of the paved surface even with high changing loads. It cannot be swept out or vacuumed by brooms, sweepers, or vehicle tires.
- the free spaces consist of one each bevel arranged at least on one side surface of a stone educated.
- the bevel points in further training especially the shape of a right triangle with a Leg length of at least twice the grain size of the Filler.
- a stone is for example one Basic formation of the stone as any rectangle in the manufacture easy to implement.
- the leg length is more preferred Embodiment about 5 cm, but in any case at least the Twice the grain size of the filler or its elements.
- the free spaces are through one or more openings formed on the stones.
- they can Stones, for example, grass pavers, where one or more Openings are filled with the filler.
- the openings can also have any other shape (round, oval, angular).
- the side surfaces the stones are, for example, wave-shaped, so that with appropriate mutual laying also free space arise between the stones, some or all be filled with the filler according to the invention.
- the free spaces are given by the type of Laying the stones formed. This includes in particular the laying the stones at a distance, preferably with the help of Understand spacers ⁇ between the stones.
- These spacers can turn any stones or even other elements, for example plastic spacers. It is particularly provided that the plastic spacers are hollow on the inside so that this surface can also be filled with filler is. Furthermore, the height is such that on the surface of the Stones the filler with a continuous filling surface with the stones forms.
- those adjoining the free spaces are Joints between adjacent stones with fine-grained Filler or normal grout fillable. In doing so, this will fine-grained filler after curing with the binder mixed filler processed. It can be provided that filled spaces during the processing of the jointing compound cover it with a kind of template, for example. Unless low Amounts of such grout in the spaces between Filler, this is irrelevant, since a setting and Clogging is avoided by the size of the gaps.
- the stones 1, in particular concrete blocks, according to FIG. 1 have a rectangular basic shape, at least one edge with a Bevel is provided.
- the bevel can be of any shape to have. It is - as mentioned - provided that a stone 1 a or has several bevels. This allows, for example realize the laying pattern shown in Figure 1.
- the free spaces 2 are filled with a filler 3, in particular grit a grain size of 0.1 to 20 mm, the elements of which are filled in a binder are connected to each other and to the stones, the is a resin mixed with a hardener.
- This filler 3 is before Processing mixed by grit or the like with synthetic resin or a corresponding adhesive in a mixer or by Connected by hand or applied to chippings is, and returned to the free spaces 2, for example.
- synthetic resin or an appropriate adhesive can also be used on the Chippings or the like filled or sprayed on be sprayed on. After the filler has hardened, the remaining joints 4 between the individual stones 1 with a fine-grained normal grout.
- FIG 2 a single stone 1 is shown, in this stone 1 additionally an opening 5 is let in as free space. It can the opening 5 is provided in addition or as an alternative to the free space 2 be by the bevelling of the side walls on one Edge results. In this figure, too, there is backfilling on stone 1 Both the opening 5 and the free space 2 are shown with filler 3.
- stones 1 of a paved surface are shown as normal Rectangular stones are formed and by spacers 6 are separated.
- These spacers 6 can for example, be T-shaped or cross-shaped. The corresponding Selection depends on the laying pattern. Two of these Laying patterns are shown in the figure.
- the spacers 6 can also be stones. However, these are preferably made of plastic manufactured and each form a cavity inside. These cavities are also filled with the filler 3. Of course can also be made of plastic spacers 6
- the spacers 6 preferably do not reach up to the Surface of the stones 1, so that there is a continuous filler layer on the surface of the stones.
- the spacers can also be molded onto the stones.
