Description
Les demandes de brevet WO 95/03615 et FR 2331167 décrivent également des dispositifs mettant en oeuvre des éléments de contact vissés.
On connaít également le document US 5 055 065 décrivant un dispositif de connexion à pointe utilisé non pas pour relier un conducteur et un appareil électrique mais pour relier électriquement deux conducteurs électriques par perforation d'isolant.
Le document EP 0 573 368 décrit un dispositif de distribution électrique à connexion rapide permettant de relier électriquement les conducteurs d'un câble plat à une prise de courant. Or la structure de ce dispositif est particulièrement encombrante et compliquée.
Grâce à ces caractéristiques, il est possible de réaliser plusieurs connexions en même temps, d'où un gain important en matière de rapidité de connexion et d'autre part, de brancher directement les appareils sur la partie supérieure du connecteur.
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective illustrant un connecteur selon l'invention, mis en service sur un câble plat,
- La figure 2 est une vue similaire à la précédente, mais comportant un arraché destiné à illustrer les blocs de connexion, conformément à une réalisation particulière de l'invention,
- La figure 3 est une vue similaire aux précédentes, le couvercle du connecteur ayant été retiré,
- Les figures 3a et 3b illustrent schématiquement le dispositif de connexion à pointe selon l'invention, utilisé pour la connexion d'un câble plat respectivement avant et après connexion,
- Les figures 4, 5, 6 illustrent en perspective trois blocs de connexion, et,
- La figure 7 illustre dans des vues également en perspective, à droite, le connecteur utilisé pour un ensemble de câbles individuels et à gauche, ce même connecteur utilisé pour un câble plat.
Le second type de blocs correspond aux blocs 13 pour lesquels la pointe 27 se trouve sensiblement au centre de la base 18 et l'orifice de fixation 25 à son extrémité libre 18a. Ainsi, en utilisant deux blocs 11, 12 du premier type en position inversée l'un par rapport à l'autre, et un bloc 13 du second type, il est possible de connecter trois conducteurs juxtaposés. Il est également possible de réaliser des blocs pour 5 positions afin de réaliser une connexion en triphasé.
Claims (20)
- Connecteur du genre comprenant une partie inférieure ou berceau (1) destinée à recevoir au moins un conducteur (3) et une partie supérieure ou couvercle (2) destinée à être fixée sur la partie inférieure (1) et comportant au moins un moyen de connexion électrique dudit (desdits) conducteur(s) (M) à un appareil électrique tel une prise de courant, lesdits moyens de connexion (M) comprenant chacun, un moyen de perforation apte à être déplacé en direction de l'un des conducteurs (3) et à perforer son isolant (31) de manière à établir la connexion précitée, chaque moyen de connexion (M) comportant un bloc de connexion (11, 12, 13), ledit bloc comportant un dispositif de connexion (26) à pointe, caractérisé en ce que chaque bloc de connexion (11, 12, 13) comporte une pièce allongée (17) de section transversale sensiblement en forme de U, comprenant une base (18) et deux ailes (19, 20), ladite base (18) comportant d'une part des moyens de fixation (25) du bloc (11, 12, 13) sur la face inférieure du couvercle (2) et d'autre part, une pointe (27) fixée sur sa face interne et s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement audites ailes (19, 20), ledit bloc comportant en outre des moyens de retenue (21 à 24) coopérant avec une ouverture (14 à 16) prévue dans le couvercle (2) pour réaliser la connexion entre le bloc (11,12,13) et une fiche ou analogue appartenant à l'appareil lors de la fixation du couvercle (2) sur le berceau (1) engendrant la perforation par les pointes (27) de l'isolant (31) des conducteurs (3).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit bloc (11, 12, 13) comporte d'une part, à l'une de ses extrémités, deux premières pattes (21, 22) situées dans le prolongement de la base (18) et d'autre part, deux secondes pattes (23, 24) situées respectivement dans le prolongement des deux ailes (19, 20), lesdites premières (21, 22) et secondes (23, 24) pattes étant pliées sensiblement en forme de U vers l'intérieur du bloc (11, 12, 13).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (23a, 24a) des secondes pattes (23, 24), se situent respectivement en regard des parties intermédiaires arrondies (21a, 22a) des premières pattes (21, 22).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la contrainte élastique associée aux premières pattes (21, 22) est sensiblement égale à la contrainte élastique associée aux secondes pattes (23, 24).
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la fixation de(s) la pointe(s) (27) sur le(s) bloc(s) (11, 12, 13) et/ou la fixation du (des) bloc(s) (11, 12, 13) sur le couvercle (2) est réalisée par sertissage.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les blocs de connexion (11, 12, 13) sont de deux types, à savoir un premier type de blocs comportant une pointe (27) à leur extrémité libre (18a) et un moyen de fixation (25) situé entre les moyens de retenue (22 à 24) et ladite pointe (27), et un second type de blocs comportant un moyen de fixation (25) à leur extrémité libre (18a) et une pointe (27) entre ce moyen (25) et l'extrémité libre (18a).
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens d'encliquetage (5, 6, 10) prévus en partie sur le couvercle (2) et en partie sur le berceau (1).
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens d'assemblage (32) de deux berceaux (1) entre eux.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de perforation précité comprend une pointe (27) comportant une partie cylindrique (28) et une partie conique terminée en pointe (29), le diamètre D de la partie cylindrique (28) étant relié au diamètre d des conducteurs selon la relation 0,78d < D < 1,56d, pour un conducteur souple de section comprise entre 0,75mm2 et 6mm2.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les diamètres D,d respectifs de la portion cylindrique et des conducteurs sont tels que : 0,91d < D < 1,38d.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que pour un fil souple de section sensiblement égale à 1,5 ou 2,5mm2, le diamètre D de la partie cylindrique sera compris entre 1,8 et 2,5mm.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre D de la partie cylindrique (28) est sensiblement égal à 2,1mm.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre D de la partie cylindrique (28) est sensiblement égal à 4mm pour des conducteurs souples de section 4 ou 6mm2.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le(les) conducteur(s) précité(s) (3) et/ou la partie conique (29) de la pointe (27) est (sont) recouvert(s) d'un revêtement protecteur contre l'oxydation et garantissant une bonne résistance de contact, tel un revêtement contenant de l'étain.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle au sommet (α) de la partie conique pointue (29) est compris entre 40 et 60°.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que l'angle au sommet (α) de la partie pointue (29) est voisin de 40°.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de la pointe (27) est telle qu'en position connectée, l'extrémité de sa partie conique (29) affleure ou dépasse la partie inférieure du conducteur (3).
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pas de torsade des conducteurs (3) est d'environ 19 mm.
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les conducteurs (3) appartiennent à un câble plat double isolation (4).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la nappe isolante (31) du câble (4) est réalisée en PVC
