Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cleaning device consisting of a cleaning device that is firmly connected to a handle Mop head with a cleaning mop made of absorbent mop material and an extrusion sieve attached to a bucket, with an edge strip of the mop head when pressing the Cleaning mops under one from the top of the press sieve formed support rail engages around a pivot bearing for the To form squeezing movement of the mop head.
  • the fixed connection of the handle with one with a flat one means that for the Wiping a certain angular position of the handle to the area to be wiped is specified. This will make the Handling the cleaning device difficult because of the user Adjust the posture to this stipulated posture got to.
  • a stem is connected to a head on which is replaceable a brush or a cleaning mop made of absorbent mop material is appropriate.
  • the underside of the head is convex.
  • An edge strip of the head engages under a bearing axis, the forms a pivot bearing for the squeezing movement of the head.
  • the extrusion screen consists of a flat grating, the is pivotally mounted against spring force. The squeezing force is limited by the spring force. In particular is it is not possible at the end of the squeezing movement an increased Exert force.
  • a known squeezing device for wiping devices (DE 92 06 977 U), for example held on a holding bar Wiping rags or the like has one on a water tank attached, concave arched extrusion sieve. On Press top is pivotally mounted on the extrusion screen and has a convex underside. That to be squeezed Wiper is placed in the squeezing device and pressed out between the extrusion screen and the upper press part.
  • the object of the invention is simple and constructive Structure of the cleaning device and the extrusion screen on the one hand Comfortable and effective handling of the cleaning mop when wiping and on the other hand to achieve effective squeezing.
  • the convex curvature of the underside of the plaster mop Mop head facilitates and improves the handling of the Cleaning equipment during the wiping process. It is particularly advantageous that the cleaning mop to the surface to be wiped in a stripe Partial area is pressed firmly, as a result of A larger curvature in front of or behind this contact area Distance between the bottom of the mop head and the to wiping surface, so that the cleaning mop there with less contact pressure over the surface to be wiped becomes. This results in a high dirt holding capacity. However, the required contact pressure is proportional low. These contact ratios remain different Angles of attack of the stem essentially unchanged, so that a comfortable handling of the cleaning device enables becomes. This supports the cleaning devices of this type generally desired effect, with low friction resistance to achieve high dirt absorption.
  • the radii of curvature of the underside of the Mop head and the sieve surface with increasing distance from Swivel bearing larger. This will make the progressive Supports the squeezing effect when pivoting the mop head, without an increase in the force to be applied occurs.
  • its radius of curvature at its end facing away from the handle is smaller than at the handle end, especially good for the wiping process manageable.
  • the cleaning device shown in Figs. 1-4 consists of a cleaning device 1 and a press-out sieve 2, which at the top a bucket 3 is placed.
  • the cleaning device 1 has one Mop head 4, which is firmly connected to a handle 5.
  • a cleaning mop 7 On an underside 6 of the mop head 4 is a cleaning mop 7 attached, which consists of absorbent mop material, for example textile material made of threads, strips or Cloth. Instead, the cleaning mop 7 can also be made from a sponge or another absorbent, deformable body.
  • the bottom 6 of the mop head 4 carrying the cleaning mop 7 is convexly curved and forms on its 5 facing away from the stem free end extending transversely to the direction of the stem Sidebar 8.
  • the extrusion sieve placed on the upper edge 9 of the bucket 3 2 has a concavely curved screen surface 10.
  • the upper edge of the Auspreßsiebes 2 forms at one end of the Sieve surface 10 a curved downward in cross section Holding rail 11, under which the skirt 8 of the mop head 4th 1-3 in the squeezing process shown.
  • With a pivoting movement of the stem 5 in the direction of Arrow 12 forms the holding rail 11 with its underside a pivot bearing 13 about which the mop head 4 is pivoted.
  • the successive The cleaning mop 7 will represent stages of the squeezing process when the handle 5 is pivoted in the direction of the arrow 12 increasingly pressed against the screen surface 10, the concave Curvature of the convex curvature of the underside 6 of the mop head 4 is adjusted.
  • the bottom surface 6 and the sieve surface 10 are in designed to complement each other in such a way that the cleaning mop 7 at the end of the squeezing process (Fig. 3) in an approximate equally wide press nip between these two surfaces is included.
  • the underside 6 of the mop head 4 and the sieve surface 10 are bounded by surface lines that are straight and parallel to each other and to the bearing axis of the pivot bearing 13 run. 1-3 run in the representation these surface lines perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
  • the curvatures of the bottom 6 of the mop head 4 and Sieve surface 10 are chosen so that their radii of curvature in the vicinity of the pivot bearing 13 are the smallest and with increasing distance from this pivot bearing 13 larger become.
