Abstract

Es werden eine Papiermaschine und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer mehrlagigen Faserstoffbahn aus einer Faserstoffsuspension angegeben, wobei zwei voneinander getrennte Schichten an zwei Formern (14, 24) gebildet werden. Dabei ist zumindest einer der beiden Former (12, 14) als Crescent-Former ausgebildet. Die Schichten werden entweder nacheinander auf ein gemeinsames Filzband (22) aufgebracht, das durch beide Former (14, 24) verläuft oder aber auf getrennten Filzbändern erzeugt, die anschließend in einer Naßpresse zusammengegautscht werden. Auf diese Weise lassen sich auch mehrlagige Tissue-Papiere mit dünnen Schichten herstellen, die fest miteinander verbunden sind.
