Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Installationsvorrichtung für die Betätigung einer Sanitärapparatur, insbesondere einer Urinalanlage, mit einem in einer Wandöffnung anzubringenden Rahmen und einer an diesem- Rahmen lösbar zu befestigenden Platte.
Installationsvorrichtungen dieser Art sind im Stand der Technik bekannt und werden beispielsweise zum Spülen von Urinalanlagen verwendet. Dazu ist hinter einer Abdeckplatte in der Wandöffnung eine Urinalsteuerung untergebracht, die beispielsweise mittels Infrarotanlage nach der Benützung des Urinals berührungslos eine automatische Spülung auslöst. Die Abdeckplatte ist lösbar am Rahmen angebracht und gesichert. Die Abdeckplatte wird üblicherweise montiert, indem sie mit ihrem oberen Rand an einem federnden Element des Rahmens eingehängt, nach unten gezogen und schliesslich an ihrem unteren Rand an einem Hinterschnitt am unteren Rand des Rahmens eingehängt wird. Zur Sicherung der Abdeckplatte am Rahmen ist an der Unterseite der Abdeckplatte ein kleines Schräubchen angebracht, das durch eine Bohrung des Rahmens in ein am Rahmen angebrachtes Gewinde eingedreht ist.
Die in der Wandöffnung untergebrachte Steuerung muss regelmässig gewartet werden. Hierzu ist es erforderlich, die Abdeckplatte vollständig zu entfernen und nach der Wartung wieder zu montieren. Bei Anlagen mit vielen Urinalen ist eine solche Wartungsarbeit vergleichsweise zeitaufwendig, da jede Abdeckplatte einzeln entfernt und wieder montiert werden muss. Das zur Sicherung vorgesehene Schräubchen muss jedesmal herausgeschraubt und anschliessend wieder eingeschraubt werden. Hierbei wird das manuelle Geschick der Wartungsperson oft überfordert und häufig geht auch ein solches Schräubchen verloren und muss wieder gesucht oder es muss ein Ersatz beschafft werden. Das Anbringen einer grösseren und besser zugänglichen Schraube würde die genannten Problemen weitgehend lösen. Aufgrund des Vandalismus ist aber eine grosse und leicht zugängliche Schraube nicht ratsam.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Installationsvorrichtung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine einfachere und weniger zeitaufwendige Wartung der Steuerung ermöglicht, aber trotzdem mindestens ebenso vandalensicher ist. Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Vorrichtung dadurch gelöst, dass die Platte vorzugsweise an ihrem unteren Rand mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung am Rahmen gesichert ist und diese Verriegelungsvorrichtung ein unverlierbar gelagertes, in ein Halteelement einsetzbares Verriegelungselement aufweist, das beispielsweise mit einem Inbusschlüssel zwischen einer entriegelten und einer verriegelten Position bewegbar ist und in der verriegelten Position eine Höhenverschiebung der Abdeckplatte verhindert.
Bei der erfindungsgemässen Installationsvorrichtung wird die Platte wie bisher zuerst am oberen Rand und anschliessend am unteren Rand am Rahmen eingehängt. Hierbei wird das Verriegelungselement in das mit dem Rahmen verbundene Halteelement eingeschwenkt. Mit einem Inbusschlüssel wird anschliessend das Verriegelungselement beispielsweise mit einer Drehung um 90° in die verriegelte Position gebracht. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung bildet somit einen Schnellverschluss, welcher die Platte bezüglich des Rahmens festhält. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung verhindert somit lediglich, dass die Platte nach unten gezogen und am unteren Rand vom Rahmen abgehängt werden kann. Da das Verriegelungselement unverlierbar an der Platte gelagert ist, kann dieses bei Wartungsabeiten nicht verlorengehen. Die zur Entriegelung und Verriegelung notwendige Bewegung des Verriegelungselementes ist wesentlich einfacher und schneller ausführbar als die bisherigen Schraubbewegungen. Die erfindungsgemässe Verriegelungsvorrichtung kann verdeckt am unteren Rand hinter der Platte angeordnet werden und ist durch eine kleine Öffnung der Platte hindurch bedienbar und damit mindestens ebenso vandalensicher wie die Vorrichtung nach dem genannten Stand der Technik.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist die Verriegelungsvorrichtung am Verriegelungselement und am Halteelement für den gegenseitigen lösbaren Eingriff jeweils eine Zahnung auf. Diese Zahnungen werden beim Verriegeln durch eine Drehbewegung in Eingriff gebracht. Dieser Eingriff verhindert mit grosser Sicherheit eine Verschiebung der Platte nach unten. Vorteilhaft ist zudem, dass solche Elemente sehr kostengünstig aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff im Spritzgiessverfahren hergestellt werden können. Weist das Halteelement gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung eine vordere Öffnung auf, so ist beim Montieren der Platte das Verriegelungselement durch diese Öffnung in das Halteelement einschwenkbar. Dadurch ist der bisher übliche Montagevorgang, bei welchem die Platte zuerst am oberen Rand und anschliessend am unteren Rand am Rahmen eingehängt wird, weiterhin möglich. Die bisher üblichen meisten Montageschritte können somit auch bei der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung beibehalten werden.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Figur 4 einen Schnitt gemäss Figur 3, jedoch in verriegeltem Zustand,
  • Figur 5 eine Ansicht der Verriegelungsvorrichtung in Richtung des Pfeils V der Figur 3 gesehen, wobei aus zeichnerischen Gründen Teile der Platte weggebrochen sind, und
  • Figur 6 eine Ansicht gemäss Figur 5, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäss Figur 4 im verriegelten Zustand ist.
    • Wie in Figur 1 gezeigt, ist in eine rechteckige Öffnung 5 einer Wand 6 ein Halterahmen 4 eingesetzt und mit vier Schrauben 26 befestigt. Hinter der Wand 6 ist eine hier nicht gezeigte Spüleinrichtung, beispielsweise ein Druckspülventil angeordnet, die mit einer in der Öffnung angeordneten Steuerung 8 gesteuert wird. Die Steuerung kann beispielsweise eine Infrarotanlage 27 aufweisen, die eine automatische und berührungslose Spülung des hier nicht gezeigten Urinals ermöglicht.
    Die Öffnung 5 ist gemäss Figur 2 vollständig von einer Abdeckplatte 1 abgedeckt, die vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist und ein für Infrarotstrahlen durchlässiges Fenster 9 aufweist. Die Abdeckplatte 1 ist lösbar am Rahmen 4 befestigt und wird gemäss Figur 1 auf diesen Rahmen 4 aufgesetzt, indem ein oberer Rand 2 der Platte 1 in Richtung des Pfeils 23 am oberen Rand des Rahmens 4 an federnden Elementen 7 eingehängt und anschliessend ein unterer Rand 3 der Platte 1 in Richtung des Pfeils 24 am unteren Rand des Rahmens 4 eingehängt wird. Die federnden Elemente 7 stossen die Abdeckplatte 1 nach oben und gewährleisten damit, dass die Abdeckplatte 1 mit ihrem unteren Rand 3 immer in Eingriff mit dem Rahmen 4 ist. Um die gemäss Figur 2 am Rahmen 4 montierte Abdeckplatte 1 zu sichern, ist die nachfolgend erläuterte Verriegelungsvorrichtung 30 gemäss den Figuren 3 bis 6 vorgesehen, die bei montierter Abdeckplatte 1 unsichtbar hinter dem Fenster 9 über dem unteren Rand 3 angeordnet ist.
    Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 30 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem am Rahmen 4 befestigten Halteelement 16 und einem Verriegelungselement 10, das in einem mit der Abdeckplatte 1 fest verbundenen Lagerteil 20 drehbar gelagert ist. Zum Drehen des Verriegelungselementes 10 um die Drehachse 31 weist dieses Element 10 in einem Fuss 13 eine achsiale Vertiefung 15 auf, durch die ein Werkzeug 32, beispielsweise ein Inbusschlüssel eingesetzt werden kann. Diese Vertiefung 15 ist über einem Durchgang 19 der Abdeckplatte 1 angeordnet. Dieser Durchgang 19 ist gerade so breit, dass das Werkzeug 32 durch diesen Durchgang 19 in die Vertiefung 15 eingesetzt werden kann. Das Lagerteil 20 weist einen zylindrischen Durchgang 21 auf, in welchem das Verriegelungselement 10 drehbar gelagert ist. Das Verriegelungselement 10 ist von oben in den Durchgang 21 eingesetzt und durch radial vorstehende Teile 13a drehbar verrastet. Damit beim Einsetzen diese Teile 13a nach innen auslenkbar sind, ist der Fuss 13 in seiner Längsrichtung mit einem Schlitz 14 versehen.
    Über dem Fuss 13 weist das Verriegelungselement 10 einen Kopf 11 auf, der gegenüberliegende Zahnungen 17 aufweist. Bei montierter Abdeckplatte 1 greift dieser Kopf 11 in eine Öffnung 18 des Halteelements 16 ein. In dieser Öffnung 18, die in Figur 3 nach rechts hin offen ist, ist korrespondierend zu den Zahnungen 12 ebenfalls eine Zahnung 17 angebracht. Ist der Kopf 11 in der in Figur 3 und 5 gezeigten Stellung, so sind die Zahnungen 12 ausser Eingriff mit der Zahnung 17 des Halteelements 16. Wird das Verriegelungselement 10 um 90° in die in Figur 4 und 6 gezeigte Position gedreht, so werden entsprechend die gegenüberliegenden Zahnungen 12 um die Achse 31 verschwenkt und gelangen in Eingriff mit der Zahnung 17. Vorzugsweise ist diese Schwenkbewegung mit einem Anschlag abgeschlossen, beispielsweise durch einen Anschlag des Kopfes 11 am Halteelement 16. Dieser Anschlag kann so ausgebildet sein, dass das Erreichen der Anschlagsposition hörbar ist. Denkbar ist auch, dass in der Endposition ein spürbarer Rastvorgang stattfindet. Solche Rastmittel sind an sich bekannt. Das Verriegelungselement 10 ist damit in seiner Achsialrichtung im Halteelement 16 festgelegt. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die Abdeckplatte 1 in Richtung des Pfeils 33 (Fig. 4) nicht nach unten bewegt und damit auch nicht demontiert werden kann. Der Rand 3 hintergreift in hier nicht näher gezeigten Weise den Rahmen 4, sodass auch ein horizontales Abziehen des Randes 3 vom Rahmen 4 nicht möglich ist. Da somit die Abdeckplatte 1 am Rahmen 4 durch die Ränder 2 und 3 gehalten ist, ist das Verriegelungselement 10 im wesentlichen kraftunbelastet.
    Zum Lösen der Verriegelung wird das Verriegelungselement 10 in Gegenrichtung des in Figur 2 gezeigten Pfeiles 25 um 90° verschwenkt. Die Verzahnungen 12 sind damit nicht mehr in Eingriff mit der Zahnung 17 und die Abdeckplatte 1 kann gegen die rückwirkende Kraft der Elemente 7 nach unten verschoben und ausgehängt werden. Das Verriegeln und Entriegeln erfolgt somit durch eine kurze Bewegung des Werzeugs 32. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 30 bildet somit einen Schnellverschluss, der einfach und schnell bedienbar und trotzdem sehr vandalensicher ist und kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann.

    Claims (9)

    1. Installationsvorrichtung für die Betätigung einer Sanitärapparatur, insbesondere einer Urinalanlage, mit einem in einer Wandöffnung (5) anzubringendem Rahmen (4) und einer an diesem Rahmen (4) lösbar zu befestigenden Platte (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (1) vorzugsweise an ihrem unteren Rand (3) mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung (30) am Rahmen (4) gesichert ist und diese Verriegelungsvorrichtung (30) ein unverlierbar gelagertes, in ein Halteelement (16) einsetzbares Verriegelungselement (10) aufweist, das beispielsweise mit einem Inbusschlüssel (32) zwischen einer entriegelten und einer verriegelten Position bewegbar ist und in der verriegelten Position eine Höhenverschiebung der Abdeckplatte (1) verhindert.
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (30) am Verriegelungselement (10) und am Halteelement (16) für den gegenseitigen lösbaren Eingriff jeweils eine Zahnung (12, 17) aufweist.
    3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (16) eine Öffnung (18) aufweist, in welche das Verriegelungselement (10) beim Aufsetzen der Abdeckplatte (1) einsetzbar ist.
    4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (10) rückseitig an der Abdeckplatte (1) gelagert ist.
    5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (10) in eine Öffnung (18) des Halteelements (16) einschwenkbar ist.
    6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (10) durch eine Drehbewegung am Halteelement (16) verrastbar ist.
    7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (10) Mittel aufweist, die beim Verriegeln eine hör- und/oder spürbare Rastung bewirken.
    8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (10) an der Abdeckplatte (1) mit Rastmitteln befestigt ist.
    9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei montierter Abdeckplatte (1) das Verriegelungselement (10) im wesentlichen kraftunbelastet ist.
