Claims (10)
- Heizkörper- bzw. Kühlkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung (1) zum Fixieren eines Abstandes eines solchen Körpers (50) von einem Gebäudeteil, insbesondere von einer Wandmit einem ersten Abstandsstück (10), das an einem Gebäudeteil befestigbar ist, undmit einem zweiten Abstandsstück (20), an dem ein Rohr anbringbar ist,
wobei das erste Abstandsstück (10) mit dem zweiten Abstandsstück (20) über eine Verbindung verbindbar ist. - Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung in einer ersten Richtung wirkt, um so das erste Abstandsstück und das zweite Abstandsstück in der ersten Richtung zueinander zu fixieren, wobei bevorzugt die erste Richtung durch die Längserstreckungsrichtung der verbundenen Abstandsstücke vorgegeben ist, in der sie den Abstand zwischen einem Heizkörper und einem Gebäudeteil fixieren, und gegebenenfalls ein Umfang, in dem das erste Abstandsstück in das zweite Abstandsstück im verbundenen Zustand eingreift, verstellbar ist, so daß sich der Abstand zwischen dem ersten Abstandsstück und dem zweiten Abstandsstück in der ersten Richtung einstellen läßt.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung mindestens in einer zu der ersten Richtung zumindest in etwa senkrechten zweiten Richtung montierbar ist, wobei bevorzugt zum Lösen der Verbindung in die mindestens eine zweite Richtung eine definierte Kraft aufzuwenden ist.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung in der mindestens einen zweiten Richtung als elastische Schnappverbindung ausgebildet ist.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Verschluß vorgesehen ist, der im verschlossenen Zustand eine Demontage der Verbindung in der zweiten Richtung verhindert, wobei bevorzugt der Verschluß als Umfassung ausgebildet ist, der die Verbindung so lösbar umfaßt, daß eine Demontage der Verbindung in der mindestens einen zweiten Richtung verhindert wird, wobei beispielsweise die Umfassung als Manschette oder Hülse ausgebildet ist, die über die Verbindung möglichst paßgenau verschiebbar oder an dieser möglichst paßgenau anbringbar ist.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Abstandsstück (10) eine erste Kopplungseinrichtung (14) aufweist und das zweite Abstandsstück (20) eine zweite Kopplungseinrichtung (22) aufweist, wobei die beiden Abstandsstücke (10, 20) durch ihre jeweiligen Kopplungseinrichtungen (14, 22) verbindbar sind, wobei bevorzugt die beiden Kopplungseinrichtungen eine in die erste Richtung wirkende lösbare Schnappverbindung ausbilden oder daß sie eine in die erste Richtung unlösbare Schnappverbindung ausbilden oder daß die beiden Kopplungseinrichtungen in der ersten Richtung eine rein formschlüssige Verbindung ausbilden, wobei insbesondere die Verbindung formschlüssig ist und zumindest eine der beiden Kopplungseinrichtungen mehrere Kopplungsmittel aufweist, die so ausgebildet sind, daß sie jeweils für sich eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit der anderen Kopplungseinrichtung eingehen können, wobei die Kopplungsmittel entlang der ersten Richtung angeordnet sind, so daß sich mehrere verschiedene mögliche Verbindungspositionen entlang der ersten Richtung ergeben.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Kopplungseinrichtungen mindestens eine Wulst als Kopplungsmittel aufweist und die andere Kopplungseinrichtung mindestens eine dazu wenigstens in etwa komplementäre Vertiefung als Kopplungsmittel aufweist, wobei die mindestens eine Wulst und die mindestens eine Vertiefung beim Verbinden der beiden Kopplungseinrichtungen zum Ausbilden einer in der ersten Richtung wirkenden formschlüssigen Verbindung ineinander greifen, wobei bevorzugt die mindestens eine Wulst und die mindestens eine Vertiefung zumindest in etwa radial symmetrisch zur ersten Richtung ausgebildet sind und eine Verdrehung des ersten Abstandstückes gegenüber dem zweiten Abstandsstück in einer zur ersten Richtung zumindest in etwa senkrechten Ebene ermöglichen, und insbesondere die Wülste und Vertiefungen eine rechtwinklige Hinterschneidung aufweisen, um ein Lösen in die erste Richtung zu verhindern, oder daß die Wülste und/oder Vertiefungen in der ersten Richtung zumindest auf einer Seite angeschrägt sind und die erste Kopplungseinrichtung und/oder die zweite Kopplungseinrichtung elastisch verformbar ist, um eine in die erste Richtung wirkende lösbare Schnappverbindung auszubilden.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Fixiereinrichtung zum Fixieren der aus der ersten und zweiten Kopplungseinrichtung gebildeten Verbindung aufweist, wobei bevorzugt die Fixiereinrichtung einen Stift aufweist, der durch mindestens eine vorgesehene Bohrung durch das erste und zweite Abstandsstück steckbar ist, wobei beispielsweise der Stift in eine Bohrung des ersten Abstandsstückes oder des zweiten Abstandsstückes montagefertig eingepaßt ist, so daß der Stift nur noch in das Bohrloch des jeweilig anderen Abstandsstückes hineingedrückt oder -geklopft werden muß.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kopplungseinrichtung im verbundenen Zustand einen in die erste Richtung zeigenden Schaft (13) aufweist und die andere Kopplungseinrichtung einen dazu zumindest in etwa komplementäre Überdeckung aufweist, wobei die Überdeckung den Schaft nur soweit überdeckt, daß bei elastisch verformbarer Ausbildung der Überdeckung eine Schnappverbindung der beiden Abstandsstücke in der mindestens einen zweiten Richtung ermöglicht ist, wobei bevorzugt der Schaft (13) und die Überdeckung eine Schraubverbindung ausbilden, wobei die Gewindeachse der Schraubverbindung in der ersten Richtung verläuft.
- Heizkörper-Abstandsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Abstandsstück eine Heizkörperanbringungseinrichtung aufweist, an der ein Heizkörper anbringbar ist, wobei die Heizkörperanbringungseinrichtung eine Befestigungseinrichtung (40) zur Befestigung eines Heizkörpers aufweist, die bevorzugt wenigstens einen Schnappverschluß (42, 43) zur Befestigung eines Rohres eines Heizkörpers aufweist.
