Abstract
Description
Bei dem bekannten Trägergurt werden die Laschen mittels quer zur Längsrichtung des Gurtes nach innen gerichteten Trennschnitten voneinander getrennt und anschließend senkrecht hochgebogen. Mit den Worten dieses Dokumentes folgen die Laschen unmittelbar aufeinander. Bei einer Teilung, also einem Mittenabstand der Kontaktstiffe von 1,27 mm, haben die den Kontaktstift haltenden Schenke jeder Lasche eine Breite von etwa 0,3 mm. Die Materialstärke der Laschen liegt in derselben Größenordnung. Die hochstehenden Laschenschenkel haben also einen äußerst geringen Querschnitt und sind entsprechend biegeempfindlich. Beim Einsetzen der Kontaktstiffe sind daher die Genauigkeitsanforderungen an Kraftaufwendung und Einhaltung der Kraftrichtung erheblich. Geringste Fehlausrichtungen können zum Verbiegen der Laschenschenkel führen.

Claims (3)
- Trägergurt für Kontaktstitte als Halbprodukt zur Herstellung von elektrischen Steckverbindungen, mit einem ebenen, im wesentlichen rechteckigen Bodenabschnitt (24), an dessen Längsrändern sich jeweils rechtwinklig hochgebogene Laschen (26,30) anschließen, die jeweils abwechselnd in zwei parallelen Längsebenen liegen, die um mindestens die Materialstärke der Laschen (26,30) zueinander querversetzt sind, und die nach oben offene, paarweise miteinander querausgerichtete Aussparungen (14,16) aufweisen, wobei in jedes Paar Aussparungen (14,14 und 16,16) ein Kontaktstift (34) eingepreßt oder einpreßbar ist, wobei an beiden Längsrändern des Bodenabschnittes (24) jeweils eine Reihe äußerer Laschen (30) und eine Reihe innerer Laschen (26) gebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenraum zwischen den in einer der beiden Ebenen liegenden Laschen (26,30) an jedem Längsrand kleiner als die Breite der in der jeweils anderen Ebene liegenden Laschen (26,30) ist, so dass jede Lasche (26,30) die beiden benachbarten Laschen (30,26) überlappt.
- Trägergurt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Lasche (26,30) in einer der beiden Laschenebenen jedes Längsrandes des Trägergurtes mit zwei in der jeweils anderen Ebene liegenden Laschen (26,30) in flächigem Stützkontakt stehen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trägergurtes nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die beidseitigen Konturen des Rohbandes (10) gestanzt werden, anschliessend die Lappen (12) zwischen je zwei Aussparungen (14,16) durch einen Schervorgang abfallos in zwei Schenkel (18,20) getrennt und die beiden Schenke (18) benachbart jeder Aussparung (14) um querversetzte innere und äussere Biegelinien (22) hochgebogen werden, die um ein Maß querversetzt sind, daß die Böden aller Aussparungen (14,16) nach dem Hochbiegen der Schenke (18,20) auf demselben Niveau oberhalb des Bodenabschnittes (24) liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennen der Lappen (12) und das Hochbiegen der jeweils an die inneren Biegelinien (22) anschliessenden Schenke (18) in einem gemeinsamen Scherbiegevorgang erfolgt, bei dem die Schenkel (18,20) in Bandlängsrichtung gestreckt werden, so dass nach dem anschliessenden Hochbiegen der restlichen Schenkel (20) um die äusseren Biegelinien (22) jeder innere Schenke (18) einen benachbarten äusseren Schenke (20) in Bandlängsrichtung überlappt.
