Ein Nachttisch mit einem auf einem Fahrgestellt (2) befestigten Korpus (1), in dem ein Schubkasten und/oder Fächer (6) angeordnet sind, und einem in einer Nichtgebrauchs- in eine Gebrauchsstellung schwenkbaren Bettisch (10) ist so gestaltet, daß der Korpus (1) drehbar zum Bettisch (10) am Fahrgestell (2) befestigt ist und daß Arretiermittel vorgesehen sind, durch die der Korpus (1) in einer jeweiligen Endstellung festgesetzt ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Nachttisch gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Derartige Nachttische finden vorzugsweise als Beistelltische von Kranken- oder Pflegebetten Verwendung.
Da die Ausrichtposition des Bettisches vorgegeben ist und im Regelfall zum Fußteil des Bettes weist, muß der Schubkasten zur wahlweisen Anstellung des Nachttisches an das Bett entweder rechts- oder linksseitig, beidseitig herausziehbar sein.
Auch ein im Korpus vorgesehenes, mit Türen verschlossenes Fächerteil ist bei den bekannten Nachttischen so gestaltet, daß von beiden Seiten ein Zugriff möglich ist, wozu beidseitig jeweils eine Tür angeordnet ist.
Eine solcherart zweiseitige Ausbildung des Nachttisches hat jedoch erhebliche Nachteile.
So ist beispielsweise dessen Herstellung recht aufwendig und daher teuer, zumal das den Grundaufbau des Nachttisches bildende Gerippe nicht an den beiden sich gegenüberliegenden Zugangsseiten durch aussteifende Wände stabilisiert werden kann.
Darüber hinaus besteht keine Möglichkeit, als Schubkastenauszug Kugellauf-Teleskopauszüge einzusetzen, wie sie in anderen Möbelbereichen nahezu ausschließlich Verwendung finden und mit denen die Bedienbarkeit des Schubkastens erheblich verbessert wird.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Nachttisch der gattungsgemäßen Art so zu gestalten, daß in jeder gewünschten Beistellposition die Benutzung von ein und derselben Seite möglich ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Nachttisch gelöst, der die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 aufweist.
Bei einem solcherart ausgebildeten Nachttisch kann der Schubkasten so eingesetzt werden, daß er nur von einer Seite her ausziehbar ist, unabhängig davon, an welcher Bettseite der Nachttisch plaziert ist.
Das gleiche gilt sinngemäß auch für eine ein Fächerteil verschließende Tür, die ausschließlich auf der durch die Schubkastenauszugseite gebildeten Bedienseite montiert ist. Auf eine an der gegenüberliegenden Seite angebrachte weitere Tür kann somit verzichtet werden.
Sowohl hinsichtlich der Herstellung als auch der Bedienbarkeit stellt die Erfindung eine wesentliche Verbesserung gegenüber dem Stand der Technik dar.
Abgesehen davon, daß nun das Gerippe des Nachttisches auch an der Rückseite so verstärkt werden kann, daß auf kompliziert aufgebaute Zusatzkonstruktionen verzichtet werden kann, ist auch der Einsatz von Kugellauf-Teleskopauszügen möglich, was ein leichteres Ein- und Ausschieben des Schubkastens zur Folge hat.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Drehung des Korpus um 180° gesteuert erfolgt.
Hierzu kann entweder im Fahrgestell oder im Boden des Korpus eine Kulissenbahn vorgesehen sein, der ein Kulissenzapfen, der entweder am Boden des Korpus, bei einer im Fahrgestell vorgesehenen Kulissenbahn, oder am Fahrgestell, bei einer im Boden des Korpus eingelassenen Kulissenbahn, geführt ist.
Dabei ist die Kulissenbahn in ihrem Verlauf so ausgebildet, daß ein sehr enges Vorbeidrehen des Korpus an einem mit dem Fahrgestell fest verbundenen Halteteil für den Bettisch möglich ist.
Dieses Halteteil kann beispielsweise aus einer aufrecht stehenden Säule bestehen, an deren oberem Ende der Bettisch schwenkbar befestigt ist.
Ein weiterer Gedanke der Erfindung sieht vor, daß die Arretiermittel, durch die der Korpus in einer jeweiligen Endstellung am Fahrgestell festgesetzt wird, von der Oberseite des Korpus über ein Gestänge betätigbar sind.
Als besonders vorteilhaft hat sich die Ausbildung sowohl des Fahrgestells als auch des Bodens des Korpus jeweils als Leichtmetall-Druckgußteil gezeigt, da hierbei funktionsrelevante Teile, wie beispielsweise die erwähnte Kulissenbahn, gleich mit eingebracht werden können.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.
Es zeigen:
  • Figur 1 einen Nachttisch in einer perspektivischen Seitenansicht,
  • Figur 2 den Nachttisch nach Fig. 1 in einer skelettierten Ansicht,
  • Figur 3 einen Teilschnitt durch den Nachttisch gemäß der Linie III-III in Fig. 2.
    • In der Fig. 1 ist ein Nachttisch dargestellt, der ein mit Rollen 3 versehenes Fahrwerk 2, ein Korpusteil 1 sowie einen Bettisch 10 aufweist. Das Korpusteil 1 ist mit einer Bodenplatte 13 (Fig. 2), einer Ablageplatte 7 sowie vier senkrecht stehenden Stützen 9 versehen, die die Bodenplatte 13 und die Ablageplatte 7 miteinander verbinden und die jeweils in den vier Ecken des Korpusteiles 1 angeordnet sind.
    Begrenzt sind die Stützen 9 oberseitig durch Rundknöpfe 12, zwischen denen eine Reling 8 in der Form angeordnet ist, daß eine Seite offen ist.
    In der vertikalen Ebene dieser offenen Seite ist ein Schubkasten 6 des Korpusteiles 1 ausziehbar angeordnet, während mit Abstand darunter ein Fächerteil 4 Bestandteil des Korpusteiles 1 ist, das durch eine in der gleichen vertikalen Ebene angeordnete Tür 5 verschließbar ist.
    In der Fig. 2 ist erkennbar, daß das Fahrgestell 2, der Bodenplatte 13 benachbart, eine Aufnahme 22 aufweist, in der formschlüssig eine aufrecht stehende Säule 11 befestigt ist, an der der Bettisch 10 von einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung, wie sie in der Fig. 1 gezeigt ist, in eine Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkbar angelenkt ist.
    Am Fahrwerk 2 ist ein Drehzapfen 18 befestigt, der in ein Langloch 19 eingreift, das auf der Unterseite der Bodenplatte 13 vorgesehen ist und das sich in Richtung der Aufnahme 22 erstreckt.
    Weiter weist die Bodenplatte 13 eine Kulissenbahn 20 auf, in der ein mit dem Fahrwerk 2 verbundener Kulissenzapfen 21 geführt ist.
    Dabei ist die Kulissenbahn 20 in ihrem Verlauf so ausgebildet, daß bei einer Drehung der Korpus 1 ganz eng an der Säule 11 vorbeigeführt wird. Bei dieser Zwangsführung wird das Langloch 19 auf dem Drehzapfen 18 entsprechend verschoben, wobei die Korrespondenz beider Teile auch eine Fixierung darstellt.
    Als Arretiermittel ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ein Rastzapfen 16 vorgesehen, der Bestandteil einer unterseitig der Bodenplatte 13 befestigten Wippe 14 ist, die auf Kipplagern 15 aufliegt und auf ihrer dem Rastzapfen 16 gegenüberliegenden Seite durch Riegelstangen 23 betätigbar ist.
    Diese sind in zwei Stützen 9 geführt und durch oberseitig vorgesehene Kugelknöpfe 12 bewegbar.
    In Arretierstellung greift der Rastzapfen 16 in eine Rastöffnung 17 ein, die im Fahrwerk 2 vorgesehen ist.
    Durch Niederdrücken der Kugelknöpfe 12, vorzugsweise gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder, wird die Wippe 14 so bestätigt, daß der Rastzapfen 16 aus der Rastöffnung 17 gezogen wird. Nach einem Drehen des Korpus 1 um 180° rastet unter Entlastung der Kugelknöpfe 12 der Rastzapfen 16 in eine weitere, gegenüberliegende Rastöffnung 17 ein, so daß der Korpus 1 auch in dieser Position arretiert ist.

    Claims (12)

    1. Nachttisch mit einem auf einem Fahrgestell (2) befestigten Korpus (1), in dem ein Schubkasten und/oder Fächer (6) angeordnet ist, und einem von einer Nichtgebrauchs- in eine Gebrauchsstellung schwenkbaren Bettisch (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Korpus (1) drehbar zum Bettisch (10) am Fahrgestell (2) befestigt ist und daß Arretiermittel vorgesehen sind, durch die der Korpus (1) in einer jeweiligen Endstellung festgesetzt ist.
    2. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bettisch (10) an einer mit dem Fahrgestell (2) verbundenen Säule (11) befestigt ist.
    3. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Korpus (1) in seiner Drehbewegung gegenüber dem Fahrgestell (2) zwangsgeführt ist.
    4. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bodenplatte (13) des Korpus (1) oder das Fahrgestell (2) eine Kulissenbahn (20) aufweist, in der ein Kulissenzapfen (21), der fest mit dem Fahrgestell (2) oder der Bodenplatte (20) verbunden ist, geführt ist.
    5. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Fahrgestell (2) ein Drehzapfen (18) befestigt ist, der in einem in der Bodenplatte (13) vorgesehenen Langloch (19) geführt ist.
    6. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Arretiermittel eine Wippe (14) vorgesehen ist, die einen Rastzapfen (16) aufweist, der in der jeweiligen Endstellung in eine Rastöffnung (17) einliegt.
    7. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (14) durch Riegelstangen (23) betätigbar ist.
    8. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (14) unterhalb der Bodenplatte (13) und die Rastöffnungen (17) im Fahrgestell (2) angeordnet sind.
    9. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegelstangen (23) in Stützen (9) des Korpus (1) geführt sind und endseitig mittels jeweils eines Kugelknopfes (12) betätigbar sind.
    10. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegelstangen (23) gegen einen Federdruck betätigbar sind.
    11. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrgestell (2) aus Druckguß besteht.
    12. Nachttisch nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrgestell (2) aus Leichtmetall-Druckguß besteht.
