Abstract
Description

Durch den vierkantförmigen Ansatz sind die Sensorelemente gegenüber dem Verbindungselement verdrehsicher angeordnet, so daß eine Verstellung der Sensorelemente nach Klemmung des Kugelkopfteils vermieden wird.

Claims (7)
- Halterung für Sensorelemente, insbesondere für optische Sensorelemente an Förderbahnen, mit einem an einem Konstruktionselement befestigbaren Anschlußelement und mit einem hieran über ein Einstellelement angeordneten Verbindungselement, an dem das Sensorelement befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Einstellelement (8) als Kugelgelenkverbindung mit einem Kugelkopfteil (12) und einer Kugelaufnahme (11) ausgebildet ist, an dem Kugelkopfteil (12) das Verbindungselement (7) und die Kugelaufnahme (11) an dem dem Konstruktionselement (Seitenwange 5) abgewandten Ende des Anschlußelementes (6) angeordnet ist. - Halterung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der die Kugelaufnahme (11) bildende Bereich des Anschlußelements (6) geteilt ist und der dem Konstruktionselement (Seitenwange 5) abgewandte Teil (14) des Anschlußelements (6) zur Festsetzung des Kugelkopfteils (12) in der Kugelaufnahme (11) in Richtung des anderen Teils des Anschlußelements (6) über Befestigungsmittel (13) lösbar anstellbar ist. - Halterung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verbindungselement (7) als vierkantförmiger Ansatz an dem Kugelkopfteil (12) ausgebildet und an dem Sensorelement (3) eine komplementär ausgebildete Aussparung (16) für die Aufnahme des Ansatzes vorgesehen ist. - Halterung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Konstruktionselement eine Seitenwange (5) einer Rollenbahn (1) ist und das Anschlußelement (6) an dem der Kugelaufnahme (11) abgewandten Ende einen Gabelteil (9) aufweist, der auf den oberen Flanschteil (5a) der Seitenwange (5) aufschiebbar und über ein Befestigungsmittel (13) hieran befestigbar ist. - Halterung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Befestigungsmittel (13) als Gewindeschraube ausgebildet ist, die sich an einer Seite des Gabelteils (9) abstützt und über die die andere Seite des Gabelteils (9) an den oberen Flanschteil (5a) der Seitenwange (5) anpreßbar ist. - Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Anschlußelement (6) als Spritzgußteil oder Druckgußteil hergestellt ist. - Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Sensorelement (3) als optischer Sensor nach Art einer Reflexlichtschranke mit einer Sende- und Empfangseinheit (3a) und einem Reflektor (3b) ausgebildet ist, die Sende- und Empfangseinheit (3a) direkt über ihr Gehäuse (3c) und der Reflektor (3b) über ein Winkelelement (18) mit dem Verbindungselement (7) verbunden ist.
