Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kupplungsvorrichtung (1) für ein Steuerventil (SV) in einer Mehrkomponenten-Dosieranlage (10) mit einer hohen Anzahl von Dosierventilen (DV), welche ein in Entkupplungsposition (P0) auf einer Führung (5) verfahrbares Fahrzeug (4) mit einem an einem Stellorgan (14) angeordneten Kupplungsstück (3) aufweist. Die Führung (5) besitzt für jedes Dosierventil (DV) ein zugehöriges Kupplungsgegenstück (2). Das Kupplungsstück (3) wirkt in Kupplungsposition (P1) mit einem auf der Führung (5) angeordneten Kupplungsgegenstück (2) des jeweiligen Dosierventiles (DVx) zusammen, so daß das Steuerventil (SV) das angekoppelte Dosierventil (DVx) aus der Schließstellung (S0) in die Abgabestellung (S1) schalten kann.
Des weiteren bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein Verfahren zum Dosieren und Mischen von Flüssigkeiten in einer Mehrkomponenten-Dosieranlage mit vielen Dosierventilen (DV), bei welchem die Dosierventile (DV) nach dem ausgewählen Rezepturprogramm von einem einzigen Steuerventil (SV) für die Abgabe der verschiedenen Flüssigkeitskomponenten von einer Schließstellung (S0) in eine Abgabestellung (S1) geschaltet werden.
