Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum maschinellen Auftragen von Klebstoff auf den Rücken von Buchblocks mit einer Fördereinrichtung für die Buchblocks und mit einer von einem Motor angetriebenen Klebstoffauftragswalze, die sich mit ihrem Umfang am Rücken der Buchblocks abwälzt und dabei einen Klebstofffilm aufträgt, wobei die Klebstoffauftragswalze bezogen auf die Geschwindigkeit der Buchblocks als Sollwert mit einer erhöhten und verringerten Geschwindigkeit angetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchblocks (1) unter Ausrichtung an einer hinteren Bezugskante (7) in einer Fördereinrichtung (2) einer in Bezug auf die Höhe des Buchblocks (1) ortsfesten Klebstoffauftragswalze (5) zuführbar sind, deren Geschwindigkeit über einen Antrieb (8-11) derart steuerbar ist, dass sie zum Ansetzen am Rücken der Buchblocks (1) und zum Auftragen des Klebstofffilms über die Höhe des Buchblockrückens mit einer erhöhten mittleren Umlaufgeschwindigkeit und zum Absetzen vom Rücken der Buchblocks (1) mit einer verringerten mittleren Umlaufgeschwindigkeit beginnend in einem definierten Abstand zur hinteren Bezugskante (7) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebstoffauftragswalze (5) über einen frequenzgeregelten Antrieb (8-11) mittels Parametersatzumschaltung mit erhöhter und verringerter Umlaufgeschwindigkeit in einem definierten Maschinendrehwinkelbereich antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebstoffauftragswalze (5) mit erhöhter Umlaufgeschwindigkeit beginnend in einem definierten Abstand vor der Vorderkante des Größtformates der Buchblocks (1) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebstoffauftragswalze (5) mittels eines Jog-Wertes (Leerlauf) regelbar ist.
