Abstract

Ein Weitwinkelscharnier besteht aus sich kreuzenden Gelenkarmen (2,2'), die an ihren einen Enden gelenkig mit an einem Korpusteil (4) und an einem verschwenkbaren Teil (5) eines Möbels befestigbaren Scharnierteilen (1,1') verbunden sind und deren anderen Enden über Lenker (3,3') an den Scharnierteilen (1,1') im Abstand von den Gelenken der Gelenkarme (2,2') angelenkt sind. Die Gelenkarme (2,2') sind zwischen ihren endseitigen Gelenken gelenkig miteinander verbunden. Um zu gewährleisten, daß bei einem robusten Aufbau und gefälligen Aussehen der Öffnungsstellung die lichte Weite des Korpusinnenraums nicht wesentlich eingeengt wird, bestehen die Gelenkarme (2,2') aus U-förmig profilierten Hebeln, deren an den Scharnierteilen (1,1') angelenkten und die diese verbindenden Stege (12) überragenden Schenkel (10,11) derart versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, daß diese einmal innen und einmal außen liegen. Die U-förmig profilierten Lenker (3,3') sind mit gleichem Versatz an den Hebeln (2,2') angelenkt. In der Öffnungsstellung liegen die Gelenkstifte (6,6',8,9,9') beider Hebel (2,2') in etwa auf einer imaginären zylindrischen Schale (18), deren Achse auf den Außenseiten der Scharnierteile (1,1') liegt.
