Abstract

In einem Rohrheizkörper mit eingebauter Überhitzungssicherung (7) ist eine Heizwendel (2) an einem ersten Ende eines inneren Anschlußbolzens (4) befestigt, der eng angepaßt eine axiale Durchgangsöffnung einer ersten Durchführungshülse (5) durchdringt. Axiale Ansätze (71, 72) der Überhitzungssicherung (7) sind in ein axiales Loch an einem zweiten Ende des inneren Anschlußbolzens (4) beziehungsweise in ein axiales Loch an einem ersten Ende des äußeren Anschlußbolzens (8) eingesetzt. Die Wandung der Überhitzungssicherung (7) und teilweise auch der äußere Anschlußbolzen (8) sind von einer Teflonhülle (11) umgeben. Der Mantelrohrinnenraum zwischen der ersten Durchführungshülse (5) und der Schlußdurchführungshülse (9) sowie um die Überhitzungssicherung (7), den äußeren Anschlußbolzen (8) und die elektrisch isolierende Hülle (11) ist mit Vergußmasse (12) aus Araldit ausgefüllt.
Im erfindungsgemäßen Rohrheizkörper wird die Überhitzungssicherung (7) auf eine einfach durchführbare und zuverlässige Weise vom Mantelrohr (1) des Rohrheizkörpers elektrisch isoliert.
