  • Figs. 16 and 17 show an example of embodiment which implementates the principles of the invention, i.e. the means for joining the edges of each cloth or fabric sector -1- to the radial arms -5-, -10-, comprising in this case a minor sized in which a classical fastening has been chosen, i.e. with displacement of the annular element -30- to which are hinged the radial posts or ribs -31- coaxially to the mast -32-.
