Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hackmaschine zum Zerhacken von Holz in Prügel- oder Stammform zu Hackschnitzeln
  • mit einem Hackrotor (1), der eine Anzahl von über seinen Umfang verteilten Hackmessern aufweist;
  • mit einem dem Hackrotor (1) zugeordneten, leistenförmigen Gegenmesser (3.1), das sich über die Arbeitsbreite des Hackrotors erstreckt;
  • das Gegenmesser (3.1) ist von einem Gegenmesserträger (3.2) getragen;
  • der Gegenmesserträger (3.2) ist seinerseits eingebettet in eine Konsole (3.3);
  • dem Hackrotor (1) und dem Gegenmesser (3.2) ist ein Einzugskanal (2) vorgeschaltet, gebildet aus einer Reihe oberer und einer Reihe unterer Einzugswalzen;
  • zwischen der in Einzugsrichtung letzten Einzugswalze (2.1) der unteren Reihe und dem Gegenmesser (3.1) ist ein Übergabeblech (4) angeordnet, das sich zwischen der letzten unteren Einzugswalze (2.1) und der Konsole (3.3) erstreckt;
    Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:
  • zwischen dem in Einzugsrichtung stromabwärtigen Ende des Übergabebleches (4) und dem Gegenmesser (3.1) ist ein Ausgleichsstück (3.5) vorgesehen.
