Claims (23)
- Système de solidarisation d'une des deux fiches (3, 4) d'un connecteur électrique à un organe mécanique (1), ladite fiche (4) étant prévue pour y être reliée de manière amovible, l'autre fiche (3) étant fixée à un assemblage (2) auquel ledit organe (1) vient s'accoupler mécaniquement suivant un axe parallèle à l'axe de l'accouplement électrique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de montage/démontage de ladite fiche (4) audit/dudit organe mécanique (1), ledit montage/démontage s'exerçant parallèlement aux axes d'accouplement, le montage se réalisant par simple clipsage, alors que le démontage s'effectue par simple traction.
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fiche (4) reliée audit organe mécanique (1) comporte deux pattes flexibles (6a, 6b) disposant chacune d'une excroissance (16a, 16b) faisant office de came, chacune desdites cames (16a, 16b) étant orientée à 180° de l'autre, lesdites pattes flexibles (6a, 6b) coopérant avec au moins un orifice (10) pratiqué dans ledit organe mécanique (1), de telle sorte que lorsque la fiche (4) est clipsée, lesdites cames (16a, 16b) s'appuient sur une surface opposée au côté de l'organe mécanique (1) faisant face à l'assemblage (2) comportant la fiche (3) fixe.
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pattes (6a, 6b) sont identiques, les cames (16a, 16b) étant localisées à leur extrémité distante de l'interface de connexion.
- Système de solidarisation selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites cames (16a, 16b) présentent un plan de symétrie perpendiculaire à l'axe de la fiche (4) parallèle aux axes d'accouplement.
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdites cames (16a, 16b) présentent, vers l'extérieur, une forme de V à base plane.
- Système de solidarisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la fiche (4) reliée audit organe mécanique (1) comprend au moins un élément élastique (7a, 7b) de rappel agissant parallèlement aux axes d'accouplement, et prenant appui en au moins un endroit d'une part sur ladite fiche (4), et d'autre part sur le côté dudit organe mécanique (1) faisant face à l'assemblage comprenant la fiche (3) fixe, ledit élément élastique (7a, 7b) exerçant sur chacun d'eux des actions égales et opposées.
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la fiche (4) reliée audit organe mécanique (1) comporte un boítier d'allure parallélépipédique, les pattes élastiques (6a, 6b) étant disposées au niveau des petites faces alors que les grandes faces présentent des rebords (11a, 11b) d'appui pour lesdits éléments élastiques (7a, 7b).
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe mécanique (1) comprend un orifice (10) pratiqué dans une paroi (8) sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe d'accouplement, munis de créneaux pouvant recevoir les pattes flexibles (6a, 6b), la surface desdits créneaux orientée à l'opposé de celle regardant la fiche étant adaptée pour loger les cames (16a, 16b) desdites pattes flexibles (6a, 6b).
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les éléments élastiques (7a, 7b) de rappel sont fixés d'une part à des ailes (11a, 11b) dépassant perpendiculairement des grandes faces du boítier et qui sont, en fonctionnement, parallèles à la paroi (8) présentant ledit orifice (10), et reposent d'autre part sur ladite paroi (8) au voisinage dudit orifice (10).
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments élastiques (7a, 7b) sont des lames métalliques (17, 18, 19, 20).
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments élastiques sont des ressorts à boudins (21).
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments élastiques sont des pièces en matériau synthétique (22, 23) du type mousse présentant des propriétés élastiques leur permettant d'exercer une action de rappel.
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments élastiques sont des tampons de mousse dont la face en regard desdites ailes est autocollante.
- Système de solidarisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite fiche (4) appartient à un connecteur à verrouillage dont l'une des fiches (3) comporte un organe de verrouillage (13) permettant de réaliser la jonction électrique lorsque le début de l'accouplement mécanique du connecteur est réalisé, et, par déplacement inverse, de défaire ladite jonction électrique pour l'amener à sa position de début d'accouplement.
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit connecteur (3, 4) comporte un organe de verrouillage prenant la forme d'un étrier transversal (13) coulissant latéralement dans une des fiches (3) dudit connecteur électrique.
- Système de solidarisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il est appliqué à la fiche femelle (4), qui ne comporte pas l'étrier transversal (13) de verrouillage.
- Système de solidarisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe mécanique est un volant de direction (1) de véhicule automobile, ledit assemblage comportant la fiche fixe (3) du connecteur électrique étant un haut de colonne (2) de direction de véhicules, ces deux éléments étant destinés à être solidarisés.
- Volant de direction de véhicule automobile équipé d'une fiche (4) de connecteur électrique munie d'un système de solidarisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Assemblage comprenant un volant de direction (1) équipé d'une fiche de connecteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 14 à 16, et un haut de colonne (2) de direction sur lequel est fixée une fiche (3) de connecteur destinée à coopérer avec la fiche (4) dudit volant (1), caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'accostage mécanique du volant (1) sur ledit haut de colonne (2) est réalisé, le début du couplage mécanique des fiches (3, 4) du connecteur électrique est également réalisé.
- Procédé d'accostage d'un volant (1) de direction de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 18 à un haut de colonne (2) de direction muni d'une fiche fixe (3) de connecteur destinée à coopérer avec la fiche (4) du volant, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :accostage mécanique du volant (1) sur ledit haut de colonne (2), réalisant simultanément le début du guidage mécanique de la connexion électrique ;désolidarisation mécanique du connecteur (4) équipant le volant (1) par achèvement de la connexion électrique.
- Procédé d'accostage d'un volant (1) de direction de véhicule automobile selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite désolidarisation mécanique est réalisé par l'organe de verrouillage (13) d'un connecteur électrique à verrouillage.
- Procédé de désolidarisation d'un volant (1) de direction de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 18 d'un haut de colonne (2) de direction muni d'une fiche fixe (3) de connecteur destinée à coopérer avec la fiche (4) du volant, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :déconnexion de la jonction électrique, aboutissant à la solidarisation mécanique de l'une des fiches (4) au volant (1);désolidarisation mécanique du volant (1) par rapport au haut de colonne (2) de direction.
- Procédé de désolidarisation d'un volant de direction selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la déconnexion de la jonction électrique est réalisée par l'organe de verrouillage (13) d'un connecteur électrique à verrouillage.
