Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rundfunkempfänger mit einer Steuerschaltung (7) zur Lieferung von aus einem Rundfunksignal abgeleiteten codierten Meldungen an wenigstens eine Speicheranordnung (12, 28), zum Empfang von aus den codierten Meldungen abgeleiteten Steuerdaten wenigstens einer Speicheranordnung (12, 28) und zur Bildung eines Ansagetextes für eine Audioschaltung (69) und eines Anzeigetextes für eine Anzeigevorrichtung (13) aus den Steuerdaten. Zur Erreichung einer akzeptablen Sprachqualität eines Ansagetextes ist mit der Steuerschaltung (7) ein Sprachsegmentspeicher (14) zur Speicherung von vorgegebenen Sprachsegmenten wenigstens einer Sprache gekoppelt. Die Steuerschaltung (7) bildet einen Ansagetext mit wenigstens einem Teil der Meldung, für die abgespeicherte Sprachsegmente in dem Sprachsegmentspeicher (14) enthalten sind. Die Steuerschaltung (7) ist ferner zur Bildung eines Anzeigetextes mit wenigstens allen nicht im Ansagetext enthaltenen Teilen der Meldung vorgesehen, für die keine abgespeicherten Sprachsegmente in dem Sprachsegmentspeicher (14) enthalten sind.
