Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zur Verringerung der Achslast eines mehrachsigen fahrbaren Teleskopkranes, bestehend aus einem mit Rädern versehenen Unterwagen und einem darauf drehbar angeordneten Oberwagen, an dem lösbar ein Hauptausleger befestigt ist, der einen Grundausleger und mindestens einen darin verschiebbar angeordneten Teleskopschuß aufweist, sowie einen zum Fahrzeugkran positionierbaren als Tieflader ausgebildeten Sattelanhänger, der mit Hilfseinrichtungen versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Ladefläche (3) des Sattelanhängers (1,61) zwei im parallelen Abstand (52) zueinander und in Richtung der Längsachse (17) des Sattelanhängers (1,61) liegende, rampenartig ausgebildete und miteinander verbundene und Streben (7-7""',68,68') aufweisende Träger (6, 6', 62, 62') angeordnet sind, die entlang der Oberkante mit einer Rollbahn (26,26') versehen sind und am Grundausleger (23) in beiden Seitenbereichen entsprechend der Kontur der Rollbahn (26,26') angepaßte Laufrollen (22,22') befestigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Träger (6,6',62,62') einen in Richtung Kopfseite des Sattelanhängers (1,61) geraden (11,11') und/oder schräg abfallenden Abschnitt (12,12',63,63') aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schräg abfallende Abschnitt (63,63') an dem dem Sattelanhänger (61) abgewandten Ende mit einer kurzen horizontalen Abflachung (64.64') und dem der Kopfseite des Sattelanhängers (61) zugewandten Ende mit einem Anschlag (65,65') versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Träger (6, 6') ein feststehendes und ein bewegbares Element (9, 9') aufweist, wobei das im Endbereich des Sattelanhängers (1) mit dem feststehenden Element (8, 8') verbindbare bewegbare Element (9, 9') bei der Übernahme des Hauptauslegers (21) in Verlängerung des feststehenden Elementes (8, 8') und nach Beendigung der Demontage in der Transportphase parallel zum feststehenden Element (8, 8') anordenbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das feststehende Element (8, 8') vom Verbindungspunkt aus in Richtung Kopfseite des Sattelanhängers (1) einen horizontal liegenden Abschnitt (11, 11') aufweist, an den sich ein in Richtung Kopfseite des Sattelanhängers (1) schräg abfallender Abschnitt (12, 12') anschließt. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschwenkbare Element (9, 9') vom Schwenkpunkt aus in Richtung des davor positionierten Teleskopkranes (40) einen horizontal liegenden Abschnitt (13, 13') aufweist, an den sich ein in Richtung Teleskopkran (40) schräg abfallender Abschnitt (14, 14') anschließ. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im positionierten Zustand der Unterkantenbereich (60) des schräg abfallenden Abschnittes (14, 14') des bewegbaren Elementes (9, 9') auf der Oberkante (61) des Unterwagens (42) des Teleskopkranes (40) zur Anlage kommt und ein aus zwei Streben (57, 58) bestehendes, auf der Unterseite des schräg abfallenden Abschnittes (14, 14') angeordnetes Führungsteil in ein aus zwei Gabeln (59, 59') bestehendes, im Stoßstangenbereich (56) des Unterwagens (42) des Teleskopkranes (40) angeordnetes Aufnahmeteil einrastbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegbare Element (9, 9') über ein am feststehenden Element (8, 8') angeordnetes Scharnier (10, 10') schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegbare Element (9, 9') parallel zum feststehenden Element (8, 8') in Längsrichtung verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollbahn (26, 26') als ein nach oben hin offenes U-Profil ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Sattel (4) des Sattelanhängers (1,61) ein mindestens winkelbewegliches (19) Aufnahmeteil (16,66) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Sattel (4) des Sattelanhängers (1) ein auch seitlich (18) verschiebbares Aufnahmeteil (16) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufrollen (22, 22') an einem in Querrichtung des Grundauslegers (23) abgewinkelten, an im mittleren Bereich der Seitenwand (24, 24') des Grundauslegers (23) befestigten Stegblech (25, 25') angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufrollen (22,22') in Höhe des Untergurtes des Grundauslegers (23) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich des Grundauslegers (23) rechts und links je eine Druckrolle (53, 53') angeordnet ist, die zusammen mit auf dem Oberwagen (45) angeordneten Schienen (54, 54') eine Führung bei der abrollenden Übergabe des Hauptauslegers (21) bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den Trägern (6,6',62,62') angeordneten Rollbahnen (26,26') und die auf dem Oberwagen (45) angeordneten Schienen (54,54') im Anfangsbereich eine trichterartige Erweiterung aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sattelanhänger (61) im Bereich der Trager (62,62') mit Abstützungen (67-67"') versehen ist.
