Claims (7)
- Procédé de production et de transport de découpes (10) qui sont détachées l'une après l'autre d'une bande de matériau (11), en particulier pour la fabrication de paquets de cigarettes, en association avec un dispositif d'empaquetage, dans lequel les découpes (10), pendant le détachement de la bande de matériau (11) et après cela, s'appuient sur un transporteur aspirant, en particulier sur un rouleau transporteur tournant (19) pourvu de trous d'aspiration (20), les découpes (10) ou la bande de matériau (11) pendant la séparation étant déposées partiellement glissées dans le transporteur aspirant ou le rouleau du transporteur (19), caractérisé par le fait que la force de maintien ou d'aspiration qui agit sur la bande de matériau (11) ou sur la découpe (10) dans la zone du transporteur aspirant ou du rouleau transporteur (19) peut être modifiée d'après différents états de fonctionnement du dispositif d'empaquetage, une coupe de détachement exécutée avec précision est réalisable pour séparer la découpe (10) de la bande de matériau (11), en particulier de façon telle que sur la bande de matériau (11) ou la découpe (10) agisse, en cas de plus basse cadence ou vitesse de rotation, une plus faible force de maintien ou d'aspiration et, en cas de plus haute cadence ou vitesse de rotation, une plus haute force de maintien ou d'aspiration.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une dépression est produite sur le transporteur aspirant ou sur le rouleau transporteur (19) par un dispositif de dépression, en particulier par une pompe à vide (29), et que le débit d'aspiration de la pompe à vide (29) est régulé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à vide (29) fonctionne à l'air comprimé et que la force d'aspiration de la pompe à vide (29) est régulée par modification de la pression de l'air comprimé apporté.
- Dispositif de détachement et de transport de découpes (10) d'une bande de matériau (11) avec transport continu de celle-ci, en particulier pour la fabrication de paquets de cigarettes, en association avec un dispositif d'empaquetage, en particulier un revolver le pliage (23), dans lequel les découpes (10), pendant le détachement de celles-ci de la bande de matériau (11) et après cela, s'appuient sur un transporteur de découpes soumis à l'action d'air aspiré, en particulier sur une rouleau transporteur tournant de façon continue (19) pourvu de trous d'aspiration (20) pour le maintien de la bande de matériau (11), caractérisé par le fait que le transporteur de découpes, en particulier le rouleau transporteur (19) ou ses trous d'aspiration (20), sont reliés à une source de dépression, en particulier à une pompe à vide (29), et que la force d'aspiration de la source de dépression ou de la pompe à vide (29) peut être modifiée d'après la vitesse de transport du transporteur de découpes, en particulier du rouleau transporteur (19) pour la réalisation d'une coupe de détachement exécutée avec précision pour séparer la découpe (10) de la bande de matériau (11), en effet de façon telle que sur la bande de matériau (11) ou la découpe (10) agisse, en cas de plus basse cadence ou vitesse de rotation, une plus faible force de maintien ou d'aspiration et, en cas de plus haute cadence ou vitesse de rotation, une plus haute force de maintien ou d'aspiration.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à vide (29) fonctionne à l'air comprimé et que pour la modification de la force d'aspiration de la pompe à vide (29), l'apport d'air comprimé à la pompe à vide (29) est réglable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que de l'air comprimé peut être apporté à la pompe à vide (29) par une conduite d'air comprimé (33), et que sur la conduite d'air comprimé (33) est monté un organe de modification réglable de la pression de l'air comprimé, en particulier un régulateur de pression (réglable électriquement) (35).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à vide (29) ou sa conduite d'air comprimé (33) est reliée à un système central d'air comprimé de la machine (d'empaquetage), en particulier par la conduite d'air comprimé (33), et que le régulateur de pression (35) est monté entre une conduite centrale (34) et la conduite d'air comprimé (33).
