Definitions
- the invention relates to a heat exchanger with bundles summarized, with their ends stored in tube sheets Pipes in which to clean deposits cleaning springs extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged.
- the tube bundle are composed of a variety of tubes, which are kept in tube plates. Through the pipes the hot medium is directed while on the outside an exchange medium, usually water, is carried.
- DE-OS 29 35 701 counts a device for scraping of deposits on the inner surfaces of heat exchanger tubes the state of the art.
- Coil springs arranged inside the tubes.
- the Coil springs are attached to a plate at one end, the one with a drive for a back and forth and a rotating movement is connected. Elaborate and the operation is particularly difficult Sealing the externally arranged drive to the bottom Pressure and heat exchanger operating at high temperatures. Because of their vulnerability, the waterproofing often leads to the failure of the heat exchanger.
- the external drive can also integrate of the heat exchanger within an industrial plant complicate.
- the invention is therefore based on the prior art based on the task of a heat exchanger with a cleaning of the pipes during operation to improve.
- the stop plate also serves to attach the heat exchanger housing integrated and supported on a tube sheet Piston-cylinder units. Key point of the invention is the measure that drives the excitement of others the cleaning springs in the heat exchanger housing.
- the main advantage of the heat exchanger according to the invention is that no additional elaborate Sealing for driving the cleaning springs to the environment is required. Because the piston-cylinder units integrated in the pressurized heat exchanger housing are only a pressure-resistant supply line for the energy required to move the pistons necessary. Sealing moving components to the environment is unnecessary.
- the cleaning springs are on one side on the stop plate fixed. The other end of the spring is loose in the tube guided. By the one initiated by the piston-cylinder units Movement of the cleaning springs will move them in Moved in the longitudinal direction in the tube. At the same time, the Cleaning springs stimulated to vibrate. The outside diameter the cleaning springs is therefore smaller than the inside diameter of a pipe is chosen. Then it comes to longitudinal and transverse vibrations of the cleaning springs.
- the Cleaning effect consists in both a scraping and in a pulsation or impact effect. Pollution can be counteracted in this way.
- the length of the cleaning springs is on the Matched the length of the heat exchanger tubes and the piston stroke.
- the geometry and number are corresponding in the stop plate on the outlet-side openings of the heat exchanger tubes adapted openings provided.
- the Breakthroughs ensure a sufficiently large one Flow cross-section for the exhaust gas. So the flow conditions in the heat exchanger through the in the heat exchanger housing integrated stop plate only slightly influenced.
- the stop plate is used the attachment of the housing over their the Piston rods penetrating the stop plate in a relatively movable manner piston-cylinder units supporting on the tube sheet.
- the setting of the piston rods on the tube sheet can advantageously through appropriate threaded holes in the Tube plate or screw nuts welded to the tube plate respectively.
- the stop plate is from the piston-cylinder units carried.
- the position of the stop plate is stable and ensures safe guidance of the cleaning springs. Because the housing in the downstream area of the heat exchanger housing are behind the stop plate, are the flow conditions through the integrated Piston-cylinder units not adversely affected.
- the ends of the cleaning springs are in openings attached to the stop plate.
- opposite ends are the ends of the cleaning springs fixed by a holding plate.
- stop plates for this and holding plate by connecting elements, for example bolts, coupled together. In this way, a secure position and a Easy installation and removal of the cleaning springs guaranteed.
- the piston-cylinder units on the cold side of the heat exchanger thus provided on the exhaust gas outlet side.
- the piston-cylinder units to the high temperature influences withdrawn on the exhaust gas inlet side. So corrosion and material fatigue can be counteracted.
- Hydraulic cylinders are robust, compact and work reliable. They are both for periodic use Operation as well as suitable for continuous operation.
- the activation of the piston-cylinder units is expedient in the dependency of a programmable logic controller Control provided as provided in claim 6. In this way, a needs-based, depending the contamination status of the heat exchanger controllable cleaning of the heat exchanger tubes made will.
- the movement or movement frequency of the cleaning springs can according to the tendency to deposit the respective Medium are adjusted. With a slight tendency to Formation of deposits is sufficient for discontinuous Cleaning at certain intervals. Especially with Media with a high fouling factor To form deposits, it is useful to adjust the frequency of the To be able to increase spring movements.
- the invention enables continuous Operation of a heat exchanger.
- Dirt particles are removed by the cleaning springs detached during operation and with the flowing medium carried out. Downtimes or business interruptions for cleaning work are largely minimized. Also the usual oversizing of heat exchangers, around the one that arises during operation Decline in performance due to pollution it is not necessary to compensate.
- FIG 1 is a section of a heat exchanger shown. Hot exhaust gas is from the one not shown here Entry page through one of a variety of Exchanger tubes 1 formed tube bundle passed. Of the sake of clarity, only one exchanger tube 1 is shown here. Via an outlet chamber 2 of the heat exchanger housing 3 the exhaust gas is sent for further disposal.
- the ends of the exchanger tubes 1 are in on both sides Tube sheets stored.
- the tube sheet 4 is shown here on the exhaust gas outlet side 5.
- the tube bundle is from surround a jacket 6, which with sockets for the feed and Derivation of an exchange medium is provided. With 7 the outlet connector is called.
- Each exchanger tube 1 is at least in the longitudinal direction predominant part of its length by a cleaning spring 8 enforced.
- the cleaning spring 8 is at one end 9 led out of the exchanger tube 1 and on one in the heat exchanger housing 3 arranged stop plate 10 fixed. The other end of the cleaning spring 8 is loose in the Exchanger tube 1 out.
- the stop plate 10 is used for fastening 3 integrated piston-cylinder units in the heat exchanger housing 11 in the form of double-acting hydraulic cylinders.
- One of three is shown here Hydraulic cylinders, which extend over the circumference of the stop plate 10 evenly offset in a 120 ° division are arranged.
- the piston-cylinder unit 11 is with its housing 12 fixed to the stop plate 10. This is the piston-cylinder unit 11 with a graduated approach 13 of Housing 12 through a hole 14 in the stop plate 10 led.
- the approach 13 has an external thread, so that the piston-cylinder unit 11 by means of a thereon relocatable nut 15 braced against the stop plate 10 can be.
- Piston rod 16 supports the piston-cylinder unit 11 on the tube sheet 4.
- a screw nut 17 welded to the tube sheet 4, in which the piston rod 16 is screwed in at the head.
- each cleaning spring 8 in an opening 18 of the stop plate 10 hung.
- the end 19 of the cleaning spring 8 shaped like a hook. The end of 19 is through the opening 18 out and engages in a next to the Opening 18 provided bore 20.
- the stop plate 10 on the side 21 facing away from the tube sheet 4 assigned a holding plate 22. This is on the stop plate 10 attached by means of bolts 23. On in this way, each end 19 of the cleaning springs 8 clamped.
- openings 18 of the stop plate 10 openings 24 are arranged in the holding plate 22.
- the stop plate 10 and the holding plate 22 can so the exhaust gas flows through it.
- the diameter of the Opening 24 is slightly smaller than the diameter an opening 18 in the stop plate 10. This contributes to a secure fixation of the ends 19 of the cleaning springs 8 and prevents unwanted unhooking.
- FIG. 1 It can also be seen in FIG. 1 that the approach 13 of the housing 12 of the piston-cylinder unit 11 by a Bore 25 of the holding plate 22 is guided. With its radial Collar 26 strikes the housing 12 on the tube sheet 4 facing away from side 27 of the holding plate 22. The Bracing of housing 12, stop plate 10 and holding plate 22 is done with the help of the mother 15.
- the activation of the piston-cylinder unit 11 is in the Dependence on a programmable logic controller 28 posed. This is a need-based, dependent of the degree of contamination of the exchanger tubes 1 controllable external excitation of the cleaning springs 8 possible.
- the supply of the piston-cylinder unit 11 with hydraulic fluid or the connection to a corresponding one Hydraulic unit is made using a pressure-resistant and gas-tight hose line 29 ensured, which here is only hinted at.
- the corresponding Pressure connections of the heat exchanger housing 3 are at 30 or 31 designated.
- To carry out the hose line 29 are in the stop plate 10 and the holding plate 22nd Holes 32 and 33 provided.
