Abstract

Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell mit einem aufrechten Mast (1), an dem über Stützstreben ein mehrarmiges Spreizgestell zur Aufnahme einer Wäscheleine gelagert ist und einer Vorrichtung zum geordneten Einzug der Wäscheleine in die Arme (4) bzw. hinter eine Abdeckung (21) beim Beiklappen des Spreizgestelles, wobei die Wäscheleine durch geschlossene Seilecke (5) gebildet ist, die beweglich im Abstand in den Armen (4) des Spreizgestells gehalten sind, wobei ein Betätigungselement (7) zum Einzug an den Seilecken (5, 12) angelenkt ist und daß das Betätigungselement (7) über eine Umlenkung (8) im Bereich des Armfußes (9) mit einem Fixpunkt (3) am Mast elastisch verbunden ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Diese sogenannten Wäscheschirme, wie Sie z.B. durch die EP-PS-0 123 788 bekannt sind, sind als Lüftungs- und Trocknungseinrichtungen für Kleidungsstücke und Wäsche sehr beliebt. Dieser bekannte Wäscheschirm hat den besonderen Vorteil, daß man ihn bei Nichtbenutzung auf engstem Raum zusammengeklappt unterstellen kann und die Wäscheleine voll Zurückgezogen wird, so daß sie nicht herunterhängt und vor dem Verschmutzen weitgehend geschützt ist. Nachteilig an dieser Ausführung ist aber, daß der Leineneinzugmechanismus recht aufwendig ist und daß zum Öffnen und Schließen der Arme eine relativ hoher Kraftbedarf erforderlich wird.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell mit einer Wäscheleinen einzugsvorrichtung zu schaffen, dessen Leineneinzugsvorrichtung nur einen geringfügig höheren Aufwand an Technik erfordert, als z.B. ein Wäscheschirm nach CH-PS 390 863 und das mit geringstem Kraftaufwand geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Durch den Wegfall von Schiebern in den Armen wird die Wäscheleineneinzugsvorrichtung leichtgängiger, da beträchtliche Reibflächen wegfallen. Durch entsprechende Gestaltung des Profils der Arme bzw. durch zusätzliche Kunststoffabdeckungen kann auch bei dieser Ausführungsform eine weitgehende Abdeckung der Wäscheleine im beigeklappten Zustand des Spreizgestelles erreicht werden.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So kann durch die Befestigung des Betätigungselementes, es wird bevorzugt als Seil ausgeführt, an jedem Seileck erreicht werden, daß beim Beiklappen der Arme das innerste Seileck, also das Seileck, das als erstes von den Armen bzw. der Abdeckung erfaßt wird, total beigezogen wird, während die weitere Seilecke nach Außen zunehmend nicht ganz beigezogen werden; dagegen wird bei einer Befestigung des Betätigungselementes am äußersten Seileck und gleitender Anlenkung an den restlichen Seilecken erreicht, daß das äußerste Seileck total beigezogen wird, während zu den inneren Seilecken hin zunehmend ein Rest der Seilecke freihängend bleibt.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann ein gleichmäßiger Einzug aller Seilecke durch die Anordnung von Distanzhülsen erreicht werden. Die Distanzhülsen sind zweckmäßigerweise gleichzeitig als Fixierelement der einzelnen Seileckabschnitte auf den Armen ausgebildet.
Einige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung werden im folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Auf einen Mast 1 ist ein Befestigungsstern 2 bezüglich eines Fixpunktes 3 verschiebbar aber arretierbar gelagert. Am Befestigungsstern 2 sind Arme 4, zwischen denen Seilecke 5 gespannt sind, schwenkbar gelagert. Sie sind über Spreizarme gegen den Fixpunkt 3 am Mast 1 abgestützt. Die einzelnen Seilecke sind über Bohrungen 6 in den Armen 4 befestigt. Die Seilecke 5 werden von einem Betätigungselement 7 in Form eines Sees beaufschlagt, das über eine Umlenkung 8 am Armfuß 9 zu dem Fixpunkt 3 am Mastende läuft, wobei eine Ausgleichsfeder 10 dazwischengeschaltet ist.
Das Betätigungselement 7 ist gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 über Fixpunkte 11 kraftschlüssig mit jedem Seileck 5 verbunden.
Nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 2 ist nur das äußerste Seileck 12 über einen Fixpunkt 11 fest mit dem Betätigungselement 7 verbunden, während die übrigen Seilecke 13 über Gleitringe 14 mit dem Betätigungselement 7 zusammenwirken.
Schließlich sind nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 4 die Seilecke 5 über Verbindungshülsen 15, die wiederum mit Distanzhülsen 16 verbunden sind, gekoppelt. Die äußerste Distanzhülse 17 ist kraftschlüssig mit dem Betätigungselement 7 verbunden, während die restlichen Distanzhülsen 16 gleitend auf diesem angeordnet sind. Die Länge 19 der Distanzhülse 16 entspricht der halben Längendifferenz zweier benachbarter Seileckabschnitte z.B. S2-S3. Die Distanzhülsen 16 haben bei gleichem Seileckabstand der einzelnen Seilecke zueinander alle die gleiche Länge.
Beim Schließen des Lüftungsgestelles wird der Befestigungsstern 2, der über einen nicht dargestellten Riegel am Mast 1 arretiert ist, entriegelt. Der Schließvorgang wird durch Schwenken der Arme 4 in Richtung 20 eingeleitet. Dabei ist in der ersten Phase des Schließvorganges der Weg des Befestigungssternes 2 am Mast länger als der Einzug der Wäscheleine. Erst ab einem bestimmten Spreizwinkel beginnt die äußerste Distanzhülse 17 bzw. der äußerste Verbindungspunkt mit dem Seileck S1nach Innen zu wandern und nimmt die nächste Distanzhülse 16 bzw. den nächsten Seileckkreuzungspunkt mit. Der Einzug des Seileckes beginnt und löst nachdem die Distanzhülse 16 wiederum die folgende Distanzhülse bzw. den folgenden Seileckkreuzungspunkt beaufschlagt, den Einzug des nächsten Seileckes aus. Im geschlossenen Zustand des Lüftungsgestelles liegen die Seilschlaufen der Seilecke dicht beieinander; die Wäscheleine liegt dicht am Mast 1 an und wird durch die Arme 4 bzw. deren Flügel 21 abgedeckt.

Claims (5)

  1. Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell mit einem aufrechten Mast (1), an dem über Stützstreben ein mehrarmiges Spreizgestell zur Aufnahme einer Wäscheleine gelagert ist und einer Vorrichtung zum geordneten Einzug der Wäscheleine in die Arme (4) bzw. hinter eine Abdeckung (21) beim Beiklappen des Spreizgestelles, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wäscheleine durch geschlossene Seilecke (5) gebildet ist, die beweglich im Abstand in den Armen (4) des Spreizgestells gehalten sind, wobei ein Betätigungselement (7) zum Einzug an den Seilecken (5, 12) angelenkt ist, und daß das Betätigungselement (7) über eine Umlenkung (8) im Bereich des Armfußes (9) mit einem Fixpunkt (3) am Mast elastisch verbunden ist.
  2. Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (7) zum Einzug am jeweils äußersten Seileck (12) fest und an den anderen Seilecken gleitend angelenkt ist.
  3. Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Anlenkung des Betätigungselementes (7) an den Seilecken Distanzhülsen (16, 17) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Distanzhülsen (16, 17) jeweils der halben Längendifferenz zweier benachbarter Seileckabschnitte (S2, S3) entspricht.
  5. Lüftungs- und Trocknungsgestell nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Distanzhülse (16, 17) kreuzförmig mit einer Querhülse (15) zur gleichzeitigen Aufnahme des Betätigungselementes (7) und des Seileckes (5) verbunden ist.
