Claims (4)
- Dispositif de réglage d'une racle (1) en contact avec un cylindre d'impression (3) suivant une génératrice de celui-ci, du type dans lequel la racle (1) effectue un mouvement de rotation autour du cylindre d'impression (3) qui est centré sur l'axe de rotation (0) de ce dernier et la racle (1) est montée sur un équipage mobile (17) apte, d'une part, à se déplacer dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du cylindre d'impression (3) afin d'y effectuer un mouvement de translation suivant une direction (xx') qui est sensiblement parallèle à un axe radial au cylindre d'impression (3), et qui passe par un point de contact (F) de la racle (1) avec ce dernier, l'équipage mobile (17) étant lié à un coulisseau (11) qui est monté à déplacement dans une glissière (9) dont l'axe (xx') est sensiblement parallèle audit axe radial, et, d'autre part, à lui faire effectuer un mouvement de rotation autour de ladite génératrice, caractérisé en ce que ce dernier mouvement est obtenu au moyen d'un parallélogramme articulé (14), dont une première branche (14a) est constituée par une partie du coulisseau (11) comprise entre deux articulations (A,B) de celui-ci, l'équipage (17) étant monté à rotation à l'extrémité libre d'une branche support (15) située dans le prolongement d'une seconde branche (14b) du parallélogramme (14) opposée à la première branche (14a), dont la longueur (d) est égale à la distance séparant l'articulation (B) la plus proche du cylindre (3) de la surface de celui-ci, le dispositif comportant des moyens (19) aptes à exercer sur l'équipage (17) un effort qui applique la racle (1) sur la surface du cylindre d'impression (3).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la glissière (9) est elle-même solidaire de moyens support (7) montés coulissants dans une seconde glissière circulaire (5) centrée sur l'axe de rotation (0) du cylindre d'impression (3).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens (19) d'application de la racle (1) sur le cylindre d'impression sont constitués d'un vérin.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la glissière (9) a une forme telle qu'en chacun de ses points le produit de l'angle de nip (β) par le rayon (r) du cylindre d'impression (3) est une constante égale au nip (l) souhaité.
