Definitions
- the invention relates to an installation switching device, in particular a circuit breaker, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- An installation switching device i. H. a circuit breaker, the aforementioned Art has become known from DE 195 03 530.
- the circuit breaker described there has a phase or pole contact point, the commercially available components are assigned, such as magnetic release, thermal release, switch lock and Like. He also has a neutral contact point, which is related to the mounting level or to the level that is spanned by the connection terminals and runs perpendicular to the mounting plane, on the side next to the phase conductor contact point is arranged so that the phase conductor contact point and the neutral conductor contact point lie approximately in a plane that is parallel to the broad side surfaces of the circuit breaker runs.
- the movable contact piece of the neutral conductor contact point can be pivoted on one mounted double arm lever attached by means of a suitable slide, the runs approximately in the central axis of the magnet armature system, with the contact lever Phase conductor contact point is coupled.
- the contact lever of the phase conductor contact point and the contact lever of the neutral contact point are each with their own Springs acted on in the closing direction and the slide is driven by the magnetic armature by opening the contact lever of the phase conductor contact point so that the contact lever of the neutral contact point in the opposite direction is opened.
- the opening path of the movable contact piece of the neutral contact point can be controlled or determined by a suitable dimensioning of the lever arm lengths; however, such an arrangement is space consuming.
- the object of the invention is an installation switching device of the type mentioned to create the simplified compared to the known arrangement and in the same Is effective without taking up too much space.
- the movable contact piece is the neutral contact point attached to an arm that resiliently in on a driven by the contact lever Sliding direction of the neutral conductor contact point loaded slide made of insulating Material is defined, the slide axis of which is transverse to and through the movable Contact piece of the pole contact point runs.
- the slide is more preferred Way coupled to the contact lever of the pole contact point by means of a tension spring, the Line of action is approximately parallel to the direction of slide movement.
- the tension spring accordingly acts on both the slide and the contact lever the pole contact point, the contact force at the neutral contact point via the slide generated, whereas it reduces the contact force at the pole contact point and increases the opening force for the movable contact piece of the pole contact point.
- the sliding direction of the slide runs at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the magnet armature in relation to the mounting plane below the central axis of the magnet armature.
- the neutral conductor contact point is preferably accommodated in an inner housing, which in the outer housing or surrounding housing for receiving the installation switching device is inserted.
- the moving movement also leads Contact piece of the neutral contact point from a straight line movement, whereby the distance covered by the movable contact piece of the neutral contact point is smaller than that covered by the movable contact piece of the pole contact point. This is due to the fact that between the movable contact piece and the slide a certain distance is made to achieve that at a Switching off opens the pole contact point earlier than the neutral conductor contact point and conversely, when switched on, the neutral contact point closes earlier than that Pole contact point.
- the slide can slide on a sloping sliding surface, a pivoting of the slide and thus the contact piece of the neutral contact point allowed in switch-off direction; over the slope, the sliding surface, whose entire length approximately the path of the contact lever of the pole contact point from the Switching to the off position corresponds to the one removed from the neutral contact point Area a greater distance from the movement path of the contact piece than at the area close to the contact point.
- the path of the Slider and thus the path of the movable contact piece of the neutral contact point travels the same way as the movable contact piece of the pole contact point.
- the slide can slide into the slope and is thereby pivoted so that the movable contact piece of the neutral contact point further away from the fixed contact piece.
- the movement of the movable contact piece of the neutral contact point is accordingly initially a sliding and then a rotary movement, so that the moving Contact of the neutral contact point is greater than that of the movable contact piece of the pole contact point.
- a circuit breaker 10 has an outer housing 11, shown schematically in the a key switch 12, an electromagnet system 13, a bimetal 14, a Deion chamber 25, a contact point 16 for a phase conductor and terminals 17, 18 are housed.
- the phase conductor or pole contact point 16 has a fixed one Contact piece 19 and a movable contact piece 20 which on a rotatably mounted Contact lever 21 is arranged. An arc occurring between the two enters the deion chamber 15 and is deleted therein.
- a neutral conductor contact point 23 Located laterally next to the pole contact point 16, separated by an intermediate wall 22 there is a neutral conductor contact point 23, the movable contact piece 24 an arm 25 is attached, the L-shaped and with its short leg 26 is held or locked in a slide 27, the directions of Longitudinal extension of the slide 27 and the leg 26 are the same. The type of locking is not shown. You can imagine any execution, e.g. B. the by an insertion opening with a knob on the slide 27, which is in a hole on the short Leg 26 engages after insertion, is formed.
- This slide 27 engages its right end edge into a concave shape 28 of the movable contact piece 20 the pole contact point 16 and is in the direction against this concave shape of one Tension spring 29 pressed, one end of which on the contact lever 21 of the pole contact point 16 and the other end hooked onto a connecting arm 30 on the disc 27 are.
- the slide 27 is located below the central axis M of the armature of the electromagnetic system 13 towards the mounting level 31 and takes with the anchor center line M an acute angle which is open to the pole contact point 16.
- the slide 27 is guided linearly, so that the movable Contact piece of the pole contact covers a switch-off path that - taking into account the distance between slide 27 and contact lever 21 - the switch-off path corresponds to the movable contact piece 20.
- An inner housing 32 is shown in dashed lines, which the neutral conductor contact point 23 also has encapsulates the individual associated components so that arc gases from the Area of the pole contact point 16 cannot flow into the neutral conductor area, which could lead to a rollover.
- a stranded conductor 33 connects to the arm 25, the strand 25 protruding with a protrusion below Terminal lug 34 connects.
- the fixed contact piece 35 of the neutral contact point 23 is with a between the bottom wall 31 of the outer or outer housing 11 and a partition 36 to the terminal 18 guided connecting rail 37 connected.
- the partition wall 36 serves to close off the pole area.
- a connecting lug 38 is led out of the bottom wall 31, connected to the pole contact point 16 in a manner not shown is.
- This connecting conductor which can be, for example, a connecting rail can, is laid outside the inner housing 32.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 The mode of operation of the switch in the neutral conductor area is illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3 described, which also represent a variant of the arrangement of FIG. 1.
- the arrangement has one Pole pad 110 and a neutral pad 111, the pole pad 110 has a fixed contact piece 112 and a movable contact piece 113, which is attached to a contact lever 115 pivotable about an axis 114.
- the movable contact piece is directed towards the fixed contact piece 112 convex deflection formed. Behind the movable contact piece, i.e. on its concave side, the one end 116 of a slide 117 is arranged, between a distance 118 is provided between the end 116 and the contact piece 113.
- a contact lever 119 is fastened perpendicularly thereto (as also in FIG. 1 ), the free end of which is the movable contact piece 120 of the neutral contact point 111 carries that with the fixed contact piece 121 of the neutral contact point 111 cooperates.
- the end 116 is opposite lying end 122 formed a sliding knob 123, which against a sliding surface 124 abuts, the two straight sections connected by an inclined surface 125 126 and 127.
- the sections 126 and 127 run parallel to the movement path of the movable contact piece 120 and approximately parallel to the arcuate Path of movement of the movable contact piece 113; the distance of the section 126 from neutral contact point 111 is smaller than that of section 127.
- the movable contact lever 115 turns clockwise due to a switch-off pivoted about the axis of rotation 114 and moves into the switch-off position, then the movable contact piece 113 first overcomes the distance 118, strikes on the end of the slide and pushes the slide to the left so that the movable Contact piece 120 is lifted off the fixed contact piece 121.
- the slide pivots 117, so that the distance between the fixed contact piece 121 and the movable Contact piece 120 additionally by the pivoting movement of the slide, also in Clockwise direction is enlarged. This position is shown in Fig. 3.
- the angle by which the slide 117 and thus the contact lever 119 pivot depends on the thickness of the sliding knob 123. So that an optimal Pivoting movement is achieved, the sliding knob 123 has a circular arc shape, which for Sliding surface 124 is convex.
- the slide 17, 117 with the arm 30, 128 is made of insulating plastic.
