- le mode de pliage suppose 2 points de colle superposés dans chacune des zones 21 et 22 de la figure 7, de plus il ne peut pas être stocké et transporté sans dommage, dans une position telle que sur la figure 7, ou en position replié telle que sur la figure 8 en rabattant complètement le couvercle 2 sur la boíte puisque il n'est pas prévu de système de rattrapage de la surépaisseur du pliage-collage (6 épaisseurs).
- l'inventeur ne prévoit également aucun système pour rendre rigide la boíte ainsi dépliée, les lignes de pliage 23 et 24 des côtés latéraux deviennent alors des lignes de faiblesse, le dispositf est alors inefficace en phase de ramassage où est exercée une pression de haut en bas, et le système de fermeture après usage est alors défaillant.

Claims (10)
- Dispositif de ramassage de déjections animales, comprenant une boíte (50) pourvue d'un fond (7), de deux bords latéraux (10, 11) de forme sensiblement triangulaire, d'un bord inférieur (13), d'un couvercle (60) sensiblement plan muni d'une poignée (21); ledit couvercle étant articulé sur ladite boíte selon au moins un axe (2, 3) sensiblement parallèle audit bord inférieur à proximité de l'extrémité (10a, 11a,) desdits bords latéraux opposée audit bord inférieur, caractérisé en ce que la dite poignée (21) dudit couvercle (60) est formée d'une bande, sous laquelle l'utilisateur peut glisser les doigts, obtenue par découpage de la zone centrale (20) dudit couvercle (60).
- Dispositif de ramassage de déjections animales selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits axes d'articulation (2,3,) sont séparés par une bande (4) de largeur sensiblement égale à six fois l'épaisseur de la feuille (1) du matériau constitutif du dispositif.
- Dispositif de ramassage de déjections animales selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bords latéraux (10, 11,) présentent une extrémité (10a, lla,), la plus éloignée dudit bord inférieur (13), tronquée et de largeur sensiblement équivalente à une bande (4) formée entre lesdits axes (2, 3,).
- Dispositif de ramassage de déjections animales selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle a une double épaisseur sous la dite poignée.
- Dispositif de ramassage de déjections animales selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite épaisseur double est constituée par deux rabats (23, 24,) collés sur la face interne de la zone centrale (20).
- Dispositif de ramassage de déjections animales selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit bord inférieur (13) est muni de rabats (14, 15,) collés sur lesdits bords latéraux (10, 11) et comprennent une languette (14a, 15a,) apte à immobiliser ledit bord inférieur (13) par rapport au fond (7) de ladite boíte (50) en pénétrant dans deux encoches (7a, 7b,) dudit fond.
- Dispositif de ramassage de déjections animales selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits rabats (14, 15,) comprennent sur leurs surfaces internes des encoches (14b, 15b,) de réception de languettes latérales (20a, 20b,) d'une surface (20) formant ledit couvercle (60).
- Dispositif de ramassage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (60) comprend au moins une languette (20a, 20b,) apte à pénétrer dans une encoche (14b, 15b,) de la face intérieure des rabats (14, 15,) solidaires desdits bords latéraux (10, 11,).
- Dispositif de ramassage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (60) présente un prolongement (30), obtenu par découpage de la zone (6), selon une ligne (22) de telle sorte que ce prolongement puisse être collé par sa face interne sur la face externe du bord (13) au plus près de la ligne de pliage (12).
- Dispositif de ramassage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est strictement monobloc, c'est-à-dire constitué par une seule feuille d'un matériau biodégradable, sans rajoût de quelque nature et présentant une seule face de la feuille (1), que ce soit en position compacte, en position en volume dépliée, en position refermée, prêt à jeter.
