Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum elektrostatischen Beschichten von Werkstücken mit Pulvermaterialien, wobei mittels mindestens zweier elektrostatischer Auftragsgeräte Pulverpartikel eines ein- oder mehrkomponentigen Beschichtungsmaterials mit unterschiedlicher elektrischer Ladung versehen und auf das Werkstück aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels mindestens zweier Auftragsgeräte, die gleichzeitig arbeiten, Pulverpartikel eines einkomponentigen Beschichtungsmaterials aufgebracht werden, wobei wenigstens eines der Auftragsgeräte Pulverpartikel mit positiver elektrischer Ladung und wenigstens eines der Auftragsgeräte Pulverpartikel mit negativer elektrischer Ladung aufbringt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels mindestens zweier Auftragsgeräte, die gleichzeitig arbeiten, Pulverpartikel einer ersten Materialkomponente mittels wenigstens einem der Auftragsgeräte mit einer positiven elektrischen Ladung versehen werden und Partikel einer zweiten Materialkomponente mittels wenigstens einem der Auftragsgeräte mit einer negativen elektrischen Ladung versehen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein ein- oder mehrkomponentiges Beschichtungsmaterial mit wenigstens zwei Auftragsgeräten auf das Werkstück aufgebracht werden, wobei abwechselnd Schichten von Partikeln mit positiver elektrischer Ladung und solcher mit negativer elektrischer Ladung aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Auftragsgeräte eine Coronaspritzpistole und wenigstens eines der Auftragsgeräte eine Tribospritzpistole ist.
