Abstract

Der Verklinkungsmechanismus besteht aus einer ortsfesten Kammer (1), aus einem daran in einer ersten Richtung geführten, federbelasteten Hauptschieber (2), aus einem darin senkrecht zur ersten Richtung geführten, federbelasteten Meldeschieber (3) und aus einem in der Kammer (1) schwenkbar gelagerten, federbelasteten Sprunghebel (4), der das Kniegelenk des Schaltschlosses in der Einschaltstellung eines Ueberstromschutzschalters stützt. Der Hauptschieber (2) steht mit einer Handbetätigungsvorrichtung in formschlüssiger Verbindung. Beim Einschalten wird der Hauptschieber (2) in Richtung Meldeschieber (3) verschoben, wobei über zusammenwirkende Schrägflächen (19, 28) der Meldeschieber (3) sich verschiebt und den Hauptschieber (2) verrastet. Bei einer Auslösung verschiebt die Auslöseklinke den Meldeschieber (3), wodurch der Hauptschieber (2) in der Ausgelöst-Stellung verrastet und der Sprunghebel (4) freigegeben wird. Zum Ausschalten und zum Zurückstellen nach einer Auslösung muss eine erhöhte Kraft von Hand angewender werden. Die Rückstell- oder Hauptfeder (12) ist im Hauptschieber (2) untergebracht und wirkt nicht auf das Schaltschloss. Eine Anpassung der auf die Handbetätigungsvorrichtung wirkenden Rückstellkraft der Hauptfeder (12) ist möglich.
