Claims (10)
- Maschine zum Anbringen von Bauelementen (20) auf Leiterplatten (60) durch Ansaugen, die folgendes aufweist:dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Revolverkopf (4) und seine Einrichtungen (11 - 16) zur Präsentation, zum Vorschub, zum Ergreifen, zum Positionieren und zum Anbringen von Bauelementen und die Steuereinrichtungen (17) zum Anbringen von Etiketten (20) als Bauelementen angeordnet sind, wobei die Maschine Einrichtungen (34) zum Erfassen des vorderen Randes (35) der Etiketten (20) aufweist, um ihr genaues Ergreifen durch die Düsen (8) zu ermöglichen, damit die Ungenauigkeit ihrer Länge berücksichtigt wird.eine Transporteinrichtung (1, 2) zur Aufnahme von Leiterplatten;einen Beschickungseinrichtungs-Haltetisch (5) zur Aufnahme einer Gruppe von Beschickungseinrichtungen (6) für Bauelemente;einen Revolverkopf (4) als Düsenhalter (8) mit Einrichtungen zur Präsentation, zum Vorschub (11), zum Ergreifen (8), zum Positionieren (12, 13) und zum Anbringen der Bauelemente (15) auf den Leiterplatten (60), undSteuereinrichtungen (17),

bei welcher Einrichtungen (24) vorgesehen sind, um die Etiketten (20) vor ihrem Ergreifen durch die Düsen (8) anzuhalten. - Maschine nach Anspruch 2,
bei welcher die Anhalteeinrichtungen (24) von den Erfassungseinrichtungen (34) gesteuert werden. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3,
bei welcher die Erfassungseinrichtungen (34) die Anhalteeinrichtungen (24) nach dem vorherigen Ablösen der Etiketten (20) steuern, um ihr endgültiges Ablösen von einem Transportband (21) durch Ansaugen zu erleichtern. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
bei welcher die Einrichtungen zum Anhalten der Etiketten (20) einen Elektromotor (24) zum Vorschub von Etiketten aufweisen, wobei die Einrichtungen (11) zum Vorschub der anderen Bauelemente mechanische Einrichtungen sind. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
bei welcher, da Bauelemente gleichzeitig auf mehreren Leiterplatten (60) angebracht werden können, die Steuereinrichtungen (17) dazu ausgelegt sind, mehrere aufeinanderfolgende, gleiche Etiketten (20) jeweils auf den Leiterplatten (60) vor bzw. nach dem Anbringen von mehreren anderen Bauelementen auf den Leiterplatten (60) anzubringen. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6,
die eine Beschickungseinrichtung für Etiketten aufweist, welche eine Abwickelspule (22) und eine Aufwickelspule (23) für ein Transportband (21) für auf das Band geklebte Etiketten (20), den Motor (24) zum Antrieb des Bandes (21) und zum Vorschub der Etiketten (20) sowie Einrichtungen (26, 29, 30) zum vorherigen Ablösen der Etiketten (20) aufweist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 7,
bei welcher die Einrichtungen zum vorherigen Ablösen der Etiketten (20) einen Umleitungsschnabel (26) aufweisen. - Maschine nach Anspruch 8,
bei welcher der Umleitungsschnabel (26) jenseits eines Kanals (29) zur Umkehrung des Bandes (21) durch eine Gabel (30) zum Halten des Etiketts (20) verlängert ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
bei welcher die Einrichtungen (34) zum Erfassen des vorderen Randes (35) der Etiketten (20) angrenzend an die Einrichtungen (30) zum vorherigen Ablösen der Etiketten (20) vorgesehen sind.
