Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Glätten von hohlformartiger Wäsche wie Hemden oder Hosen.
Die Vorrichtung besitzt an den Wäsche-Randbereichen der Hohlform Stütz- und Halteelemente für die glättegerechte Ausrichtung des Glättgutes sowie ein Gebläse, durch das mittels Luftströmung und Überdruck das Glättgut aufgebläht und gespannt wird. Im Inneren der Hohlform sind an glättetechnisch problematischen Stellen wie Knopfleiste, Ärmelenden, Manschetten und dergleichen Strahlungsheizelemente und/oder Konvektionsheizelemente angeordnet. Im Bereich der strömungstechnisch offenen Wäsche-Randbereiche sind diese Öffnungen überdeckende Luftumlenkelemente vorgesehen, durch die der austretende Luftstrom in Richtung der Außenseite des Glättgutes umgelenkt wird.
