Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour le façonnage de pièces en forme de plaques utilisant, comme outil de cintrage, un rouleau en forme générale de sablier, chacune de ces pièces étant montée serrée entre un premier et un deuxième outil. Le deuxième outil présente un surface presse-tôle au niveau de laquelle les surfaces latérales verticales superposées des outils sont décalées mutuellement d'une grandeur horizontale X correspondant au maximum à cinq fois l'épaisseur de la pièce en forme de plaque. Le deuxième outil présentant la surface presse-tôle est chanfreiné pour former une autre surface verticale dans la zone A, dans laquelle la pièce en forme de plaque est façonnée de manière à prendre la forme d'un coin et où l'outil ne recouvre pas la pièce.
