Abstract

Der Bauteilspanner (1) weist eine verlagerbare Spannstange (16), einen aus seiner Spannstellung (ST) in eine Bereitschaftsposition (BP) und umgekehrt schwenkbaren Spannarm (4), einen mit dem Spannarm (4) über eine Schwenkwelle (7) verbundenen Hebel (11) und eine sowohl mit dem Hebel (11) als auch mit der Spannstange (16) drehbeweglich gekoppelte Lasche (13) auf. Das Koppelgelenk (14) zwischen der Lasche (13) und der Spannstange (16) ist an wenigstens einer Laufrolle (17) abgestützt, die an einer Zwangsführung (18) abwälzt. Diese besitzt einen dem Schwenkwinkel (α) des Spannarms (4) entsprechenden Längenabschnitt (22), der geradlinig parallel zur Längsachse (27) der Spannstange (16) verläuft. Außerdem ist sie mit einem zum Koppelgelenk (12) zwischen Hebel (11) und Lasche (13) in dessen Totpunkt konkaven Endabschnitt (23) versehen. Dieser beginnt vor der durch das sich im Totpunkt befindende Koppelgelenk (12) verlaufenden Ebene (E-E) und endet hinter dieser.
