Claims (10)
- Schließsystem für Kraftfahrzeuge, fahrzeugseitig bestehend aus einem über eine Handhabe (27) zu betätigendem Schloß (14) an wenigstens einer Tür (12), Klappe od. dgl.,
wobei das Schloß (14) zwischen zwei Stellungen umstellbar ist, nämlich einer die Handhabe (27) unwirksam setzenden gesicherten Stellungwobei die elektrische Steuereinheit (16) mit einer Sende/ Empfangseinheit (15) verbunden ist und über diese die Datenanfrage an den bedienerseitigen Datenträger (20) übermittelt,und einer die Handhabe (27) wirksam setzenden Stellung, bei der das Schloß (14) über eine Betätigung der Handhabe (27) zu öffnen ist,und bei dem ein im Bereich der Handhabe (27) befindlicher Sensor (30 - 34), der mit einer elektrischen Steuereinheit (16) verbunden ist, die Datenabfrage eines bedienerseitigen Datenträgers (20) durch die elektrische Steuereinheit (16) auslöst,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (30-34) als kapazitiver Sensor ausgebildet ist, daß mindestens eine erste Elektrode (30) des kapazitiven Sensors (30 - 34) in der Handhabe (27) integriert ist und eine zweite Elektrode (31) des kapazitiven Sensors (30-34) im Bereich der Handhabe (27) türseitig als Bestandteil der Türblechkonstruktion angeordnet ist, so daß zwischen den Elektroden ein elektrisches Feld (32) aufgebaut ist, und daß die Kapazität zwischen den beiden Elektroden (30, 31) vom Dielektrikum einer in den Bereich des elektrischen Feldes (32) gelangenden menschlichen Hand veränderbar und damit sensierbar ist.und der Datenträger (20) seinerseits seine Daten aus einer Dateneinheit (23) über einen Sender (21) an die fahrzeugseitige Sende/Empfangseinheit (15) übermittelt,und die Sende/Empfangseinheit (15) die Daten an die elektrischen Steuereinheit (16) weiterleitet,und die elektrische Steuereinheit (16) im positiven Datenidentifizierungsfall ein Entsichern des/der Schlösser an wenigstens einer Tür (12) oder einer Klappe des Fahrzeugs (10) veranlaßt, - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektronik (34) des kapazitiven Sensors (30 - 34) in der Handhabe (27) integriert ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (27) eine weitere Elektrode aufweist, die als Kompensationselektrode (33) fungiert.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Elektrode (30) in zwei Elektrodenteile gegliedert ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Elektrode (30) symmetrisch in einer Innenschale (28) der Handhabe (27) angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Elektrodenteile der ersten Elektrode (30) in den Längsrandbereichen der Innenschale (28) der Handhabe (27) angeordnet sind.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompensationselektrode (33) zwischen den beiden Elektrodenteilen der ersten Elektrode (30) angebracht ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zusätzlicher Sensor zum Sichern des Schließsystems in der Handhabe (27) eingebaut ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem zusätzlichen Sensor wenigstens eine zusätzliche Elektrode in der Handhabe (27) zugeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sichern des Schließsystems über einen mechanischen Tastschalter (35) ausgelöst wird.
