Description

La présente invention concerne les bouches d'oreilles, constituées de deux parties, l'une de ces parties étant un corps dont la forme générale s'apparente à un arc de cercle, et fermées par une seconde partie constituée d'un crochet, ce crochet étant pivotant autour d'une des extrémités de cet arc et venant s'insérer, lors de la pose du bijou, dans une excavation ou dépression située sur l'autre extrémité de l'arc.
Le brevet GB 1383021 propose un fermoir en forme de fourche recevant l'extrémité du crochet. Cependant cette réalisation présente, outre son aspect inesthétique, l'inconvénient qu'une traction accidentelle sur la boucle peut l'ouvrir. Par ailleurs, l'extrémité du crochet dépassant de la fourche peut blesser la région de l'oreille, et la forme du fermoir relativement complexe rend celui-ci assez coûteux à fabriquer.
La déposante a créé et commercialisé un type de boucles d'oreilles dans laquelle le siège de l'extrémité du crochet est une excavation pratiquée, à l'aide d'un outil, dans l'extrémité du corps non muni d'une charnière. Ce procédé élimine les inconvénients précités. Cependant, la personne fermant le bijou sur son oreille ne dispose pas toujours d'un miroir. Elle doit donc faire preuve d'une certaine habilité lors de la manoeuvre du crochet, surtout lors de la pose, pour engager l'extrémité du crochet dans l'excavation.
L'invention propose un procédé de fabrication de l'excavation propre à éliminer cet inconvénient, par les moyens décrits dans la partie caractérisante de la revendication 1.
L'aménagement d'une gorge débouchant sur l'excavation fournit un cheminement à l'extrémité libre du crochet de la boucle.
L'autre extrémité du crochet assure son pivotement, lors de la pose ou la dépose de la boucle, au moyen d'une charnière.
Le jeu réduit au niveau de la charnière amène spontanément l'extrémité libre du crochet vers l'amorce de la gorge du côté extérieur de la boucle.
Une fois le crochet enfilé sur le trou d'oreille, il suffit à l'utilisatrice de rabattre le crochet contre le corps de la bouche. Son extrémité libre trouvant l'amorce de la gorge, une pression exercée vers le corps de la boucle déforme élastiquement le crochet, ce qui permet à l'extrémité libre de s'avancer dans la gorge et de prendre sa place dans l'excavation.
L'avantage procuré par l'invention est que l'effort exercé sur le crochet ne vise qu'à le déformer, sans avoir de plus à guider son extrémité vers l'excavation.
Dans une forme particulière de réalisation de l'invention, l'outil d'enlèvement de matière, par exemple un foret, réalisant l'excavation dans une des extrémités du corps de la boucle est également utilisé pour creuser la gorge. Dans le cas où cet outil présente une forme générale cylindrique terminée par un cône, c'est la partie conique qui réalise l'excavation par avance de l'outil dans un premier temps. L'outil recule ensuite partiellement selon son axe de rotation dans un deuxième temps; puis dans un troisième temps l'outil effectue un déplacement essentiellement perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation de l'outil, au cours duquel la gorge est creusée par l'outil sur un côté de l'excavation.
Dans une forme particulière de réalisation de l'invention, l'outil d'enlèvement de matière est un foret épaulé, qui présente des avantages du point de vue de la rigidité.
Compte tenu des explications précédentes, ce côté de l'excavation sera préférentiellement celui qui facilite le mieux la fermeture du crochet.
Cependant, le crochet étant élastique, des formes de réalisation peuvent prévoir une orientation quelconque de la gorge par rapport à l'excavation.
Le recul de l'outil pendant le deuxième temps précité n'est pas indispensable, pourvu que la disposition et la forme de la gorge, par rapport à la trajectoire du crochet, ne rende pas trop facile l'ouverture de la boucle. Ce recul de l'outil est préféré parce qu'il permet au crochet de claquer, avec un bruit facilement identifiable, lorsque son extrémité trouve sa place dans l'excavation lors de la pose.
L'invention concerne également une boucle d'oreille munie d'un fermoir réalisé selon les explications précédentes.
Le corps constituant la partie décorative de cette boucle d'oreille peut naturellement, et sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, présenter un aspect et des formes variées, telles qu'une forme hexagonale, ou ovale, ou en trèfle à quatre feuilles, ou mixte entre ces diverses formes. Il suffit que la rigidité du corps soit suffisante pour permettre au crochet de remplir son rôle de partie élastique de fermoir.
Il a été constaté qu'un résultat satisfaisant est obtenu lorsque le corps est en laiton et que le crochet est constitué d'un fil en alliage de bronze d'une section circulaire d'un diamétre de 0.9 mm, le diamètre de l'excavation étant de 1 mm et la largeur de la gorge étant également de 1 mm.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description détaillée qui va suivre en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
  • la figure 1 représente une vue de face d'une boucle d'oreille selon l'art antérieur;
  • la figure 2 montre une vue de face d'une boucle d'oreille selon l'invention, crochet ouvert;
  • la figure 3 montre le crochet engagé dans l'entrée de la gorge;
  • la figure 4 montre le crochet en compression dans la gorge; la figure 5 montre le crochet verrouillé;
  • la figure 6 montre :
  • en 6 a, la vue de face de la boucle d'oreille sans crochet;
  • en 6 b, la vue de dessus de la même boucle d'oreille;
  • en 6c, la vue de gauche de la même boucle d'oreille.
La boucle de la figure 1 représente l'art antérieur.
Le corps 1 a ici la forme approximative d'un arc de cercle; une extrémité 2 de cet arc est munie d'une charnière 3.
L'autre extrémité 4 du corps 1 comprend une excavation 5.
La figure 2 montre la boucle d'oreille selon l'invention.
Le crochet 6 pivote autour de la charnière 3. Son extrémité 7 est engagée par l'utilisatrice dans le trou de l'oreille (non représentée), puis vient se fermer dans l'excavation 5.
Selon l'invention, une gorge 9 facilite la fermeture (figure 6c).
La figure 3 montre l'extrémité 7 engagée en butée dans l'entrée de la gorge 9.
La figure 4 montre l'extrémité 7 en train de franchir le point dur 8 (figure 2) réalisé par le recul de l'outil, comme il a été expliqué précédemment. Le crochet est alors en compression.
A la figure 5, l'extrémité 7 vient de franchir le point dur et trouve sa place dans l'excavation 5.
Les figures 6a, 6b et 6c montrent trois vues de la boucle sans crochet.
Le foret (non représenté) servant à aménager l'excavation 5 et la gorge 9 arrive horizontalement de la gauche vers la droite dans l'extrémité 4 du corps 1. Dans un premier temps, il fore l'excavation 5, comme dans la figure 1.
Puis on recule l'outil de façon à former le point dur 8 (figure 2); enfin l'outil, toujours en rotation, part vers le haut (figure 6c) de façon à dégager l'entrée de la gorge 9 pour l'extrémité 7 du crochet.
Il est clair que l'on peut aussi envisager un dégagement de l'outil dans n'importe quelle direction perpendiculaire à son axe de rotation. Une fois l'excavation 5 réalisée, l'outil peut aussi, sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, suivre un mouvement de translation tel que décrit précédemment, ce mouvement étant simultané avec le mouvement de recul, et non plus postérieur au mouvement de recul.

Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un siège pour l'extrémité (7) d'un crochet (6) de boucle d'oreille, ce siège comportant une excavation (5) réalisée par l'avance d'un outil d'enlèvement de matière, caractérisé en ce que ce siège est pourvu d'une gorge (9) de passage de l'extrémité (7) de crochet vers l'excavation (5).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (9) est réalisée par le même outil d'enlèvement de matière que l'excavation (5).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la réalisation de la gorge (9) intervient après celle de l'excavation (5), l'outil étant reculé axialement puis subissant un déplacement latéral sans avance.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'outil est un foret épaulé.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (9) relie l'excavation (5) à un côté autre que le côté extérieur de la boucle d'oreille.
  6. Boucle d'oreille fabriquée par le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (6) pivote autour d'une charnière (3) de manière connue en soi, et en ce que l'extrémité (7) de ce crochet (6) vient buter sur le fond de la gorge (9) lorsqu'on le fait pivoter autour de cette charniére (3) , un effort devant être exercé sur le crochet (6) pour favoriser le passage de son extrémité (7) dans la gorge (9) jusqu'à l'excavation (5).
  7. Boucle d'oreille selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) est en laiton, et en ce que le crochet (6) est constitué d'un fil en alliage de bronze, d'une section circulaire d'un diamètre de 0.9 mm, le diamètre de l'excavation (5) étant de 1 mm et la largeur de la gorge (9) étant également de 1 mm.
