Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un faisceau d'éléments de tension, qui est constitué de plusieurs éléments de tension (4), lesquels sont recouverts d'une gaine commune, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube en matière plastique ou tuyau en matière plastique (3) est refendu et évasé le long de la surface en coupe ; les éléments de tension (4) sont alors introduits dans la fente ouverte ainsi formée, après quoi le tuyau en matière plastique ou le tube en matière plastique est fermé, de préférence du fait de sa propre élasticité, et les surfaces en coupe à souder sont soudées.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant la procédure de soudage, au moins une lance est introduite dans le tuyau en matière plastique (3) encore ouvert ou tube en matière plastique encore ouvert, au travers duquel une matière de charge (11) est introduite dans la gaine commune formée par le tuyau en matière plastique ou le tube en matière plastique, autour des éléments de tension (4), au niveau de, en amont ou en aval de l'emplacement de soudure.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avec les éléments de tension (4), on introduit dans le tube en matière plastique refendu ou dans le tuyau en matière plastique (3) refendu, une matière de charge (11) pour remplir les espaces entre les éléments de tension (4), et entre ceux-ci et la gaine, sous la forme d'une bande préfabriquée.
  4. Dispositif permettant de mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit des cylindres (13) successifs dans la direction longitudinale, permettant de guider et d'entraîner ensemble un tube en matière plastique, tuyau en matière plastique (3) et les éléments de tension (4), un plateau porte-lames rotatif (7) ou similaire permettant de refendre le tuyau en matière plastique (3) ou le tube en matière plastique dans la direction longitudinale, un dispositif (10) permettant d'introduire les éléments de tension (4) dans le tube en matière plastique refendu ou tuyau en matière plastique refendu (3), et un dispositif (12) permettant d'aboucher par soudage la fente ou découpe du tube en matière plastique ou tuyau en matière plastique (3).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres (13) successifs dans la direction longitudinale sont respectivement disposés en pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe vertical, moyennant quoi au moins le cylindre du côté sortie des cylindres (13) est entraîné.
