Abstract
Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, die Positionierung des Verbinders im Rahmensystem so zu verbessern, daß eine Verschiebung in axialer Richtung und eine Verkantung im Profilsystem nicht mehr möglich ist.
Dies wird dadurch gelöst, daß der vom Oberteil abragende zentrale Ansatz mit der mittig durchgehenden Schrauböffnung mit seinem freien Ende paßgenau eine Öffnung im pfostenseitigen Wandbereich des Hohlkammerprofils durchsetzt, und daß am blendenrahmenseitigen Ende des Unterteils eine Rastnase angeformt ist, welche rastend in die Glaseistennut am Blendrahmen eingreift.

Claims (3)
- Verbinder zur mechanischen Verbindung von Hohlkammerprofilen mit Pfosten- oder Sprossenprofilen im Fenster- und Türenbau, wobei der Verbinder in die Hohlkammer des Pfosten- oder Sprossenprofils eingesetzt und über ein mechanisches Verbindungsmittel, welches durch das metallische Verstärkungsprofil des Hohlkammerprofils hindurchgreift, mit letzterem verspannt ist, wobei der Verbinder zweiteilig aus einem Oberteil und einem Unterteil gestaltet ist, wobei das Unterteil ein Hohlprofil mit einem oberen Abschluß ist, von dem mittig ein Führungsdorn mit einer zentralen Durchgangsöffnung in den lichten Innenraum des Unterteils abragt, wobei in die zentrale Durchgangsöffnung des Führungsdorns ein vom Oberteil abragender, zentraler Ansatz eingreift, welcher eine mittige, durchgehende Schrauböffnung für den Eingriff des mechanischen Verbindungsmittels aufweist, und wobei an der Trennstelle zwischen Oberteil und Unterteil eine Schicht dauerplastischen oder dauerelastischen Dichtstoffs eingebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vom Oberteil (21) abragende, zentrale Ansatz (212) mit der mittig durchgehenden Schrauböffnung (211) mit seinem freien Ende (213) paßgenau eine Öffnung (14) im pfostenseitigen Wandbereich (13) des Blendrahmens (1) durchsetzt, und daß am blendrahmenseitigen Ende (221) des Unterteils (22) eine Rastnase (222) angeformt ist, welche rastend in die Glasleistennut (15) am Blendrahmen (1) eingreift.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrauböffnung (211) vom freien Ende (213) des vom Oberteil (21) abragenden, zentralen Ansatzes (212) bis zum freien Ende am Oberteil (21) zunehmend konisch verläuft.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der größere Öffnungsdurchmesser der Schrauböffnung (211) am freien Ende (213) des zentralen Ansatzes (212) und der kleinere Öffnungsdurchmesser am freien Ende des Oberteils (21) angeordnet ist.
