Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen und/oder Scheuern für den manuellen Gebrauch, bestehend aus zwei Elementen, einer Halterung und einem Reinigungskissen, wobei ersteres, die Halterung, aus zwei längssymmetrischen und vorzugsweise theoretisch identischen Teilen (A) und (B) besteht, wobei das eine mit dem anderen in seiner Verlängerung über ein mittleres Scharnier zusammengehalten wird, das über ihre Breite (n) entlang einer Falzlinie (p) die Symmetrieachse der Vorrichtung bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, von dem Scharnier ausgehend, die beiden Teile individuell gestaltet sind:
    ein erstes quaderförmig flaches Element(C) von (A) (und sein Äquivalent (D) von (B))ist in seiner Längsrichtung in einem festen stumpfen Winkel (α) (worunter ein Winkel von etwa 135 und 145 Grad zu verstehen ist) an ein zweites quaderförmig flaches Element(C`)von (A) (und sein Äquivalent (D') von (B)) mit gleicher Breite und unterschiedlicher oder gleicher Länge wie die des ersten Elements angeschlossen und schließlich ein drittes Element, ein Längsprofil, welches sich in der Verlängerung von (C'): (M1) (und seinem Äquivalent in der Verlängerung von (D`) : (M2) erstreckt, und dessen Querschnitt vorzugsweise halbkreisförmig oder ähnlich ist, einer längsverlaufenden zentralen Ausnehmung (c) von vorzugsweise gleichschenkligem trapezförmigem Querschnitt im Volumen von (M1) und einer längsverlaufenden zentralen Schiene (r) die über die Innenoberfläche von (M2) hervorsteht, der gleichschenklige trapezförmige Querschnitt ermöglicht in Verbindung mit dem Abschnitt (c) nach Verschwenken von (A) und (B) um 180 Grad um das dafür vorgesehenen Scharnier die Einstellung eines spitzen Winkels (β) zwischen (C) und (D) der etwa 35 bis 45 Grad beträgt, die Zusammenfügung und Verbindung von (M1) und (M2) dient der Bildung des Griffes der Vorrichtung; und wobei das Reinigungskissen eine sich über seine Breite (v) erstreckende Längsöffnung enthält, und wobei die Länge (L) des Reinigungskissens (t) gleich oder unbedeutend größer ist als die Summe der Längen (C) + (C') oder (D) + (D'), besagtes Reinigungskissen, welches mit jeder seiner beiden aktiven Oberflächen gleicher Breite und Dicke benutzt werden kann, ist entlang der aufeinanderfolgenden Teile (C`), ( C ), (D) und (D`) verschiebbar oder ist, im umgekehrten Sinn, beim Verschließen vor der Benutzung im Bereich des Scharniers der Halterung in beliebig vielen Positionen festsetzbar.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen und/oder Scheuern für den manuellen Gebrauch nach dem vorhergehenden Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungskissen sich aus zwei Seiten (flancs) zusammensetzt, die entlang ihrer Längskanten (L) zusammengenäht sind, wobei deren Breite zwischen den Nähten (v) etwas größer ist als (n) und wobei deren Dicke oder deren verwendetes Material identisch sind oder nicht.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen und/oder Scheuern für den manuellen Gebrauch nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungskissen röhrenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei das Maß (v) einem geringförmigen Übermaß des halben Umfanges des Kreises entspricht, der den Innenumfang des Tubus beschreibt.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen und/oder Scheuern für den manuellen Gebrauch nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungskissen, von der einen Seite ausgehend, über seine Länge (L) einen quaderförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, der in der Mitte in Längsrichtung über eine Breite (v) und eine Dicke geschlitzt ist, die von den Elementen (C'), (C), (D) oder (D') abhängig ist.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen und/oder Scheuern für den manuellen Gebrauch nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öffnen von (M1) und (M2) durch die Einwirkung von zwei in entgegengesetzten Richtungen wirkenden Radialkräften auf die Griffe (k1) und (k2) erreicht wird, die vorzugsweise jeweils an ihren Enden (M1) und (M2) symmetrisch konkav ausgebildet sind.
