Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaumstoffrahmenkonstruktion für ein rechteckiges Wasserbett, und bestehend aus einer einzigen, geschlossenen Einfassung oder Hülle aus flexiblem Stoff oder Gewebe, wobei die Hülle mindestens eine Öffnung zum Einführen separater Schaumstoffrahmenseitenteile aufweist.
Stand der Technik war lange, daß Schaumstoffrahmenteile in Stoff eingeleimt oder eingenäht werden mußten. Diese Teile enthielten entweder je eine befestigte Leiste an einer Stoff-Fahne der Rahmenteile die auf eine Grundplatte aufgeschraubt wurde (Variante 1) oder jeweils ein Paar Längs- oder Querrahmenteile waren mittels einem Stoff-Streifen, der die Distanz hielt, miteinander verbunden. Es wurden dann die verbundenen Längsteile mit dem Distanzhalter-Stoff über die verbundenen Querteile gelegt. Zusätzlich war bisher bei Variante 1 das nachträgliche Einfassen der Rahmenteile auf den Seiten und bei Variante 2 das Einlegen der verbundenen Rahmenteile in eine Hülle, die Boden und Seiten einfasste, nötig, um zusammen mit einem Matratzenbezugs-Deckel die Rahmenkonstruktion abzuschließen.
Eine verbesserte Schaumstoffrahmenkonstruktion gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs ist aus DE-A-44 04 823 bekannt, wobei die Schaumstoffrahmenteile nur eingelegt und nicht befestigt werden müssen. Die Hülle läßt sich damit kostensparend aus einem Stück fertigen und die Schaumstoffrahmenteile können roh geschnitten, ohne vorheriges Einfassen mit anderem Material direkt verwendet werden, da das Einfassen ebenfalls durch die Hülle übernommen wird. Die Schaumstoffrahmenteile werden durch eine an der seitlichen Außenwand der einteiligen Hülle rundum verlaufende, wieder verschließbare Öffnung seitlich eingelegt.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Optimierung der bekannten Schaumstoffrahmen-Konstruktion, wobei eine besonders stabile Wasserbett-Rahmenkonstruktion mit einer weiteren Einsparung von Material sowie Arbeitsleistung in der Produktion ermöglicht wird. Dies wird durch die zusätzlichen Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs erreicht. Durch die nur zwei diametral angebrachte Öffnungen lassen sich alle vier Seitenteile einschieben, womit die bekannte rundum verlaufende Öffnung mit Verschlußmittel entfallen kann. Durch das Befestigen der Matratzenauflage entlang der gesamten oberen Außenkante der Hülle wird die ganze Konstruktion an sich abgeschlossen und weiter stabilisiert.

Claims (1)

  1. Schaumstoffrahmenkonstruktion für ein rechteckiges Wasserbett, und bestehend aus einer einzigen, geschlossenen Einfassung oder Hülle (1) aus flexiblem Stoff oder Gewebe, wobei die Hülle mindestens eine Öffnung (4) zum Einführen separater Schaumstoffrahmenseitenteile (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (1) zwei getrennte Einführungsöffnungen (4) aufweist die sich an zwei diametral gegenüberliegenden Ecken befinden, und daß direkt an der oberen Außenkante der Hülle (1) Befestigungsmittel vorhanden sind, vorzugsweise in Form eines Reißverschlusses, zum Befestigen einer Matratzenauflage.
