Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Zuführung einer Hüllstoffbahn (4, 28) zu einer Schlauchbeutel-Verpackungsmaschine, indem die mit Rapportmarken für ihre und/oder die Steuerung von Bearbeitungsvorgängen versehene Hüllstoffbahn (4) von einer in Betriebsstellung befindlichen Rolle (3) abgezogen und über einen Hüllstoffspeicher (6) an die Verpackungsmaschine weitergeleitet wird nachlaufende Ende (4') dieser Hüllstoffbahn (4) an einer zwischen der Rolle und einem Abzugsantrieb (5) liegenden Station (13) mit dem vorlaufenden Ende (28') der von einer vollen Rolle (11) abgezogenen Hüllstoffbahn (28) verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die volle Rolle (11) in einer Bereitstellungsposition und das vorlaufende Ende (28') der darauf befindlichen Hüllstoffbahn (28) in eine Bereitschaftsposition an der Verbindungsstation (13) gebracht und zugeschnitten wird, und daß die Hüllstoffbahn (4) der leerlaufenden Rolle (3) mittels des in Abhängigkeit von den Rapportmarken gesteuerten Abzugsantriebs (5) an eine Trennstation (21) an der das nachlaufende Ende zugeschnitten wird, und anschließend das nachlaufende Ende (4')= in die Verbindungsstation (13) unter Überlappen mit dem dort positionierten, vorlaufenden Ende (28') der Hüllstoffbahn (28) der neuen Rolle (11) verbracht wird und schließlich die überlappenden Enden (4', 28') beider Hüllstoffbahnen (4, 28) verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Verbinden des nachlaufenden Endes (4') mit dem vorlaufenden Ende (28') der Hüllstoffbahn (28) von der vollen Rolle (11) diese in die Betriebsstellung bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorlaufende Ende (28') von der vollen Rolle (11) mittels Unterdruck in der Bereitschaftsposition gehalten und nach dem Verbinden mit dem nachlaufenden Ende freigegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hüllstoffbahn (4) der leerlaufenden Rolle (3) zu beiden Seiten der Trennstation mittels Unterdruck gehalten und unter Bildung des nachlaufenden Endes (4') unterstützungsfrei zugeschnitten wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, mit einem eine erste Hüllstoff-Rolle (3) aufnehmenden Träger (1), einem Antrieb (5, 27) zum Abziehen der Hüllstoffbahn (4) von der in der Betriebsstellung befindlichen ersten Rolle (3) und Weiterleiten an die Schlauchbeutel-Verpackungsmaschine und einer zwischen dem Träger (1) und dem Abzugsantrieb (5, 27) angeordneten Einrichtung (13) zum Verbinden des nachlaufenden Endes (4') der Hüllstoffbahn (4) von der ersten Rolle (3) mit dem vorlaufenden Ende (28') der auf der zweiten Rolle (11) befindlichen Hüllstoffbahn (28), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (1) eine weitere Aufnahme (10) für die zweite Rolle (11) aufweist und zwischen der Bereitstellungsposition und der Be- triebsstellung bewegbar ist, daß an der Einrichtung (13) zum Verbinden ein Positioniertisch (18) zum Positionieren und Zuschneiden des vorlaufenden Endes (28') der Hüllstoffbahn (28) der zweiten Rolle (11) angeordnet ist, mittels dessen dieses Ende in die Bereitschaftsposition bewegbar ist und daß vor der Einrichtung (13) zum Verbinden eine Trenneinrichtung (21) zum Zuschneiden des nachlaufenden Endes (4') der Hüllstoffbahn (4) der ersten Rolle (3) vorgesehen ist und daß die Einrichtung zum Verbinden (13) bei Überlappen des nachlaufenden und vorlaufenden Endes ansteuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (1) als zweiarmiger Schwenkarm mit mittigem Schwenklager (9) ausgebildet ist und jeder Arm eine Aufnahme (2, 10) für eine Hüllstoff-Rolle (3, 11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positioniertisch (18) aus einer Position,m in der er sich außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn der Hüllstoffbahn (4) der ersten Rolle (3) befindet und in der das vorlaufende Ende (28') der Hüllstoffbahn (28) der zeiten Rolle (11) positioniert und zugeschnitten wird, in die Bereitschaftsposition in der das vorlaufende und das nachlaufende Ende einander überlappen, bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (13) zum Verbinden der beiden Enden entlag der Bewegungsbahn der Hüllstoffbahn (4, 28) an deren einer Seite ein Andrückwerkzeug (15) und danach ein Verbindungswerkzeug (14) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite den Positioniertisch (18) aufweist, der in der Bereitschaftsposition an die erste Hüllstoffbahn (4) anlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positioniertisch (18) an der Verbindungseinrichtung (13) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (21) in Laufrichtung der Hüllstoffbahn (4) vor und getrennt von der Einrichtung (13) zum Verbinden der beiden Enden angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (21) aus zwei in Laufrichtung der Hüllstoffbahn (4) mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Saugleisten (22, 23) und einem dazwischen angeordneten Trennwerkzeug (24) besteht.
