Claims (4)
- Kalander zum thermischen Bedrucken von Geweben durch Sublimation, der fortlaufend arbeitet oder auf einzelnen Stücken, mit einer Gruppe von Kalandern (1), welche oberhalb mit einer Positionier-Platte (2) versehen sind, auf der ein Druckpapier (3) und das Gewebe (4) aufliegt, während sich oberhalb der Platte Spulen befinden, auf denen jeweils das Druckpapier (3), das Gewebe (4) und ein Schutzpapier (5) aufgerollt sind, und während unterhalb dieser Kalander-Gruppe ein Förderband (6) angeordnet ist und Spulen, die jeweils zum Wiederaufrollen des verbrauchten Druckpapiers (3'), des bedruckten Gewebes (4') und des Schutzpapiers (5') vorgesehen sind, wobei der Kalander dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Einführen einer Mehrschicht-Folie in die Kalander-Gruppe (1) besitzt, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Struktur (11) besitzt, die zwei parallel übereinander angeordnete transversale Umkehrrollen trägt - eine obere (12) und untere (13) - die sich mittels einer Feder (14) im elastischen Kontakt befinden.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eins elastische Lamelle (15) vorgesehen ist, die die Mehrschicht-Folie mit der oberen Getrieberolle (12) zur Drehrichtungsumkehr in Kontakt hält.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführungsvorrichtung (10) in ihrer Gesamtheit unter der Wirkung pneumatischer Zylinder (17) in Längsrichtung gleiten kann, um ununterbrochenen Kontakt zwischen der oberen Umkehrrolle (12) und dem Druckzylinder (16) zu gewährleisten.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Druckluftgebläse (18) das Schutzpapier (5) auf das Gewebe (4) gedrückt hält in dem Bereich, der sich oberhalb des Zusammentreffens mit einem Filz (19) in Form eines Bandes befindet, welches die Mehrschicht-Folie mit dem Druckzylinder (16) in Kontakt bringt.
