Claims (5)

  1. Glasbehälter zum Konservieren eines Nahrungsmittels, umfassend ein Gefäß (1), einen Deckel (3) und einen flachen Auflagedichtring (5), der zwischen einen oberen Rand (2) des Gefäßes und eine umlaufende ringförmige Randleiste (4) des Deckels eingelegt ist, wobei der obere Rand des Gefäßes - in einem radialen Schnitt betrachtet - ein im wesentlichen konvexes Profil hat, während die Unterseite der Randleiste - in einem radialen Schnitt betrachtet - ein im wesentlichen konkaves Profil hat, und wobei die Profile Reliefs haben, um eine lokale Verformung der Dichtung im Bereich dieser Reliefs zu erhalten, wenn sich der Deckel und das Gefäß aneinander nähern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil der Unterseite (6) der Randleiste des Deckels das Profil einer Nut (7) ist, in die sich die Dichtung unter dem Gewicht des Deckels hineinwölbt und deren zur Dichtung (5) hinweisende ringförmige Ränder (8, 9) jeweils einen kontinuierlichen Wulst zum lokalen Zusammendrücken der Dichtung (5) bilden, der in die letztere eindringt und eine Sperre gegen das Gleiten der Dichtung zwischen den Profilen bildet.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden der Nut (7) des Deckels einen zentralen Eingriffswulst (13) hat.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das konvexe Profil (10) des Randes (2) des Gefäßes mindestens einen Eingriffwulst (11, 12) hat.
  4. Gefäß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das konvexe Profil (10) des Randes (2) des Gefäßes (1) zwei Eingriffswülste (11, 12) hat, die beim Aufliegen des Deckels auf dem Gefäß den beiderseits des genannten zentralen Wulstes (13) gelegenen Abschnitten der Nut (7) gegenüberliegen.
  5. Behälter nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt eines Eingriffwulstes (8, 9, 11, 12, 13) im wesentlichen kreisbogenförmig mit einem Radius von ca. 0,3 mm bis 0,5 mm ist.
