Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Empfang von digital codierten Meldungen, die von mindestens einem Sender ausgestrahlt werden und in einem Empfänger unter Verwendung einer Ortstabelle decodiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß geprüft wird, ob der für die Decodierung erforderliche Teil der Ortstabelle im Empfänger gespeichert ist, daß zutreffendenfalls die Decodierung erfolgt und daß nicht zutreffendenfalls auf Anforderung des Empfängers über ein Telekommunikationsnetz von einem Service-Rechner der benötigte Teil der Ortstabelle gesendet, vom Empfänger empfangen, gespeichert und zur Decodierung der Meldung verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei mit der Meldung eine Kennung empfangen wird, mit welcher Ortstabelle die Meldung zu decodieren ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teil der Ortstabelle auch angefordert wird, wenn ein entsprechender Teil der Ortstabelle im Empfänger vorhanden ist, diese jedoch eine andere Kennung als die empfangene aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Erreichen der Kapazitätsgrenze eines für die Teile der Ortstabelle vorgesehenen Speichers zuvor gespeicherte Teile der Ortstabelle nach vorgegebenen Kriterien überschrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils am frühesten gespeicherten Teile der Ortstabelle überschrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein vorgegebenes Kriterium die geografische Lage der zu überschreibenden Teile der Ortstabelle ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diejenigen Teile einer Ortstabelle zuerst überschrieben werden, die nicht von einer im Empfänger vorgenommenen Gebietsselektion der Meldungen erfaßt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Anforderungen, die nicht decodierbare Meldungen betreffen, gebündelt zum Service-Rechner übertragen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine im Empfänger vorgenommene Gebietsselektion mit der Anfrage an den Service-Rechner übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf eine Anforderung mit einer Gebietsselektion der Service-Rechner zusätzlich zu den für die jeweils zu decodierende Meldung erforderlichen Teilen Teile der Ortstabelle, die von der Gebietsselektion erfaßt sind, an den Empfänger sendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Service-Rechner auf eine Anforderung mit einer Gebietsselektion für Meldungen, die Orte außerhalb des selektierten Gebiets betreffen, keinen Teil der Ortstabelle zum Empfänger überträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Telekommunikationsnetz ein Mobilfunknetz ist.
- Empfänger zum Empfangen von digital codierten Meldungen, die von mindestens einem Sender ausgestrahlt werden und im Empfänger unter Verwendung einer Ortstabelle decodiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nichtflüchtiger wiederbeschreibbarer Speicher (17) vorgesehen ist, der eine Kapazität aufweist, welche für die Speicherung mindestens einiger Teile der Ortstabelle ausreicht, daß in den Speicher diejenigen Teile der Ortstabelle einschreibbar sind, die zum Decodieren der jeweils empfangenen Meldung erforderlich sind, und daß eine Sende/Empfangseinrichtung (18, 19) für ein Telekommunikationsnetz vorgesehen ist, mit welcher Anforderungen gesendet und Teile der Ortstabelle empfangen werden können.
- Empfänger nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sende/Empfangseinrichtung (18, 19) ein Endgerät eines Mobilfunknetzes ist.
- Empfänger nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für eine Ausgabe der Meldungen erforderliche Informationen der Ortstabelle in einem Festwertspeicher abgelegt sind.
