Definitions
- the invention relates to a multi-chamber ampoule for portioned liquids, with an outer sleeve made of elastic material, inside a chamber has, which extends along an axis and the bottom with a Bottom is closed, and with a closure element that the outer Closes the sleeve on the head side and has a micro brush attached to the Tip has a liquid-absorbing element.
- Such a multi-chamber ampoule is known from DE-U-92 02 654.
- the chamber cavity is filled in by the one Liquid itself divided into two chambers. Located in the lower chamber the portioned amount of liquid and air above the liquid.
- a multi-chamber ampoule is created in which the Micro brush separated from the portioned liquid in a lower chamber an outer sleeve is kept.
- the micro brush is in a hollow and Piston-shaped inner sleeve which is slidable Closure element for the outer sleeve forms with the lower chamber.
- the inner sleeve is embedded as a slidable piston in the outer sleeve. there the inner sleeve itself forms a second and upper chamber into which the Micro brush with its tip protrudes.
- the wall of the inner sleeve has radial bores has, which are sealed by the wall of the outer sleeve.
- the portion to be portioned can advantageously be obtained with the invention Liquid under minimal air entrapment and separate from that Store micro brushes.
- the micro brush itself forms the tool, the inner one Lower the sleeve.
- the invention even allows a two-component liquid to be stored.
- One component is in the lower chamber of the outer sleeve, which is closed by the inner sleeve.
- the other Component is stored in the second chamber, which is the inner sleeve and which contains the micro brush.
- the first chamber 12 shows a longitudinal section through a multi-chamber ampoule which has an outer sleeve 2.
- the outer sleeve 2 has a stand 14 and a cylindrical cavity which forms a first chamber 12.
- a liquid 17 is arranged in the first chamber 12.
- the chamber 12 preferably has a flat bottom 31.
- the outer sleeve 2 extends along the axis y and is open at the top.
- the outer sleeve 2 which has a substantially smooth inner wall has a piston-shaped inner sleeve 3 is embedded.
- the inner sleeve 3 is slidably mounted in the outer sleeve 2 along the axis y.
- the Bottom 30 of the inner sleeve 3 forms the conclusion for the stored Liquid 17 in the chamber 12. Since the outer wall of the inner sleeve 3rd rests liquid-tight on the inner wall of the outer sleeve 2, forms the inner sleeve 3 is a closure element for the chamber 12 of the outer Sleeve.
- the inner sleeve 3 like the outer sleeve 2, is open at the top, but is stuck seals a micro brush 1 with its head part 28 and its shaft 27 in the inner sleeve 3, the opening 33 is thus closed.
- the Micro brush 1 has a handle-shaped handle 26 that comes out of the opening 32 of the outer sleeve 2 protrudes. Forms an undercut 24 the outer sleeve 2 sealingly on the handle 26. However, it is possible to provide a correspondingly wide opening 25 to the micro brush 1 from the to be able to pull off the outer sleeve 2.
- a seal is provided, which in Figure 1 consists of a sealing lip 5 and a Sealing groove 6, which runs around the head part 28 as an annular groove. As required, further seals can be provided.
- a seal between the inner wall of the outer sleeve 2 and the outer wall of the inner sleeve 3 is provided.
- the seal consists of the sealing lip 7 and the sealing groove 8 in FIG at the same time cause the inner sleeve 3 in an upper height position is held.
- Fig.1 are parallel to the lowest sealing groove 8 higher Arranged grooves provided, the 9 locking elements in the form of locking grooves form.
- the piston-shaped inner sleeve 3rd lower gradually.
- the bottom 31 of the outer sleeve 2 is the shape of the bottom 30 of the inner sleeve 3 adapted so that in the fully lowered state no Gap remains.
- the bottom 31 and the underside 30 are preferably flat, but can also e.g. be spherically curved. If the bottom 30 flat on the bottom 31 rests, the top detent groove 9 comes with the sealing lip 5 in Intervention. That is, the stroke of the bottom 30 corresponds to the distance of the Sealing groove 8 to the top detent groove 9.
- the holding forces between the outer sleeve 2 and the inner sleeve 3 are is greater than the holding forces of the micro brush 1 in the inner sleeve 3 ensured that when the micro brush 1 is removed, the inner sleeve is not pulled up again.
- the inner sleeve 3 spans a second chamber 13 with a second Liquid 16 can be filled.
- Two chambers 12, 13 can thus be formed, that incorporate a two-component solution.
- the first chamber 12 can be essentially fill up with a small amount of residual air. To the remaining air remove, the inner sleeve 3 before sealing with the micro brush 1 in a corresponding position can be lowered. It is also possible to use the ampoule upside down and fill the stand 14 after filling to weld.
- a tip 10 is formed on the head part 28 of the micro brush 1, which follows 1 has flocking 11.
- the tip 10 extends up to the bottom area of the second chamber 13. Instead of the flocking 11 can brush hairs may also be provided.
- the tip 10 can also directly on the Press the bottom of the second chamber 13 when the inner sleeve 3 is lowered shall be.
- a support shoulder 4 is preferred on the micro brush 1 provided, e.g. on a shoulder in the wall of the inner sleeve 3 supports.
- the inner sleeve 3 can also be used with a micro brush 1 lower, which has brush hair.
- the ampoule is made of resilient material.
- a collecting duct is preferred on the outer wall of the inner sleeve 3 18 provided so that the liquid finds the holes 15 faster and there is no excessive pressure in the flow around the liquid 17 between can build up the walls. This further prevents the outer Sleeve 2 can burst.
- the collecting duct 18 preferably rotates by connecting the bores 15 the outer wall of the inner sleeve 3 as a wavy curve, that the holes 15 are in the troughs. Because the individual sections of the collecting channel form 18 inclined planes, it is ensured that all remaining parts of the liquid 17 flow into the second chamber 13 and none Remaining stocks remain in the collecting channel 18. In cooperation with the additional locking grooves 9, which are arranged at certain altitudes, portions of the liquid 17 can be added to the chamber 13 in portions convict. That is, the volume of the chamber 12 can be gradually downsize. The rest of the liquid 17 remains in the chamber 12 still well closed.
- FIG. 1 shows a weld 21 in the upper region of the sleeves 2, 3.
- a Guide channel 23 in the outer sleeve 2 and a nose 22 on the outer Wall of the inner sleeve 3 is provided.
- the guide channel 23 has an L shape with an annular portion encircling axis y and a rectilinear section extends parallel to the axis y. In Fig. 1 is in essentially only the rectilinear section is recognizable.
- the nose 22 is on the Guide channel 23 adapted.
- FIG. 2 shows a section through the region of the guide channel 23 and the cylindrical walls of the sleeves 2, 3, which are arranged concentrically around the micro brush 1.
- the predetermined breaking points 19, 20 and the nose 22 and the guide channel 23 form a child lock.
- the nose 22 rests on the annular section of the L-shape of the guide channel 23.
- the annular section simultaneously forms a guide surface 29 for the nose 22. A lowering of the sleeve 3 in the position shown is not possible.
- the outer sleeve 2 in the lower region held and rotated clockwise in the upper area. It tears the predetermined breaking point 19 and the nose 22 becomes sliding on the sliding surface 29 led to the rectilinear section of the guide channel 23. Subsequently the sleeve 3 can be lowered and the nose 22 slides in the straight section of the guide channel 23. The second predetermined breaking point 20 tears open.
- the sliding surface 29 and the predetermined breaking point 19 act in a first Stage together to prevent the sleeve 3 from lowering.
- the securing step acts on the weld 21 and the predetermined breaking point 20 together to prevent the sleeve 3 from lowering, even though the nose 22 is located above the straight section of the guide channel 23. Are located a less dangerous liquid 17 in the chamber 12, e.g. on do without the weld 23 and the predetermined breaking point 20.
- the upper and separated parts of the sleeves 2, 3 are on the handle 26 shifted in the direction of the y axis and form a finger guard returning liquid when the soaked micro brush 1 is removed has been.
- Fig. 3 shows that the Locking elements, which include the sealing lip 7 and the sealing groove 8 as Locking bolts can be formed and have undercuts so that a return movement of the inner sleeve 3 when the micro brush 1 is removed is completely prevented.
