Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte aux armes de défense rapprochée destinée à immobiliser un agresseur. La présente invention concerne plus précisément une arme de poing munie d'un canon d'éjection (1) destiné à expulser des projectiles de neutralisation, la bouche dudit canon étant située en retrait d'une protubérance (2) solidaire de l'arme. La protubérance (2) permet d'éviter le tir à bout touchant en ménageant une distance minimale de tir entre la bouche du canon (1) et une cible venant en appui contre la protubérance (2). Les projectiles de neutralisation peuvent être, soit déployables, soit déformables. L'invention porte également sur une munition monolithique munie de projectiles déformables et indélogeables pouvant s'adapter à une arme d'autodéfense. L'arme et sa munition, ainsi conçues, permettent de neutraliser efficacement un agresseur sans lui occasionner de blessures irrémédiables et, de plus, l'arme ne peut pas être transformée en une arme offensive létale. <IMAGE>

Description

Le domaine technique de l'invention est celui des armes de défense rapprochée destinées à immobiliser un agresseur.
Les armes actuellement disponibles sur le marché sont constituées par les diffuseurs de gaz neutralisant, les armes à décharge électrique et les armes destinées à lancer des projectiles non létaux tels que les balles en caoutchouc par exemple. Dans cette dernière catégorie d'arme pouvant expulser des projectiles déformables, aucun moyen ne permet aujourd'hui d'empêcher le tir à bout touchant, c'est à dire le tir pour lequel le bout du canon est au contact de l'agresseur.
Dans cette situation extrême pouvant être rencontrée lors d'un corps à corps, le projectile vient impacter l'agresseur en étant toujours compacté dans le canon et donc sans pouvoir se déformer. Les effets corporels alors générés par ce type d'impact, associés aux effets secondaires de brûlures liés à la détente des gaz chauds à la sortie du canon, peuvent être extrêmement dangereux voire létaux.
Une arme de défense rapprochée pouvant lancer des projectiles de neutralisation, et qui est destinée au grand public, doit permettre de neutraliser un agresseur sans lui causer de blessures irrémédiables et ce, pour une utilisation normale de l'arme dans n'importe quelle situation.
L'expression "utilisation normale" signifie que l'arme est braquée sur l'agresseur dans une position pour laquelle le canon vise la partie du corps à atteindre.
De plus, l'arme étant destinée au grand public ne doit pas pouvoir être modifiée par celui-ci avec des outils domestiques de façon à la rendre létale.
L'arme selon l'invention répond à ce besoin.
La présente invention concerne une arme de poing destinée à tirer des projectiles de neutralisation et comprenant notamment un canon, caractérisée en ce que la bouche du canon d'éjection est située en retrait d'une protubérance solidaire de l'arme. Ladite protubérance permet ainsi d'éviter le tir à bout touchant puisque, en utilisation normale, la cible ne peut venir en appui que contre la protubérance et non contre la bouche dudit canon. Ce concept de protubérance intéresse aussi bien les armes de poing à crosse de type revolver que des armes de poing nouvelles à poignée munies d'un poussoir pour déclencher le tir.
De façon avantageuse, la protubérance ménage une distance d'au moins 30 mm entre la bouche du canon et une cible venant en appui contre la protubérance.
La protubérance pouvant, en situation extrême, servir de butée à la cible, ne doit être ni pointue ni contondante.
Avantageusement, la protubérance est constituée par un cylindre alésé semblable à un canon de revolver. En effet, le canon d'éjection des projectiles étant alésé dans la partie inférieure de la carcasse de l'arme, il reste invisible aux yeux de l'agresseur et l'aspect dissuasif de l'arme va être restitué par le canon factice matérialisant la protubérance.
De façon préférentielle, plusieurs cartouches contenant chacune un projectile de neutralisation peuvent être chargées dans l'arme. L'arme peut alors être utilisée comme une arme à répétition.
Selon un mode préféré de l'invention, les cartouches sont logées dans une munition monolithique.
De façon préférentielle, la munition monolithique est un magasin rotatif. Avantageusement, le magasin rotatif est en matière plastique de sorte que toute tentative d'extraction des cartouches se solderait systématiquement par un endommagement total ou partiel dudit magasin rotatif.
Selon un autre mode préféré de l'invention, les cartouches sont encastrées dans la munition monolithique de sorte qu'elles ne peuvent pas être extraites de ladite munition avec des outils usuels du commerce.
Préférentiellement, les projectiles ont un diamètre supérieur ou égal à 11,6 mm.
Selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation de l'invention, les projectiles sont déformables à l'impact pour éviter toute blessure profonde.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, les projectiles sont déployables juste après la sortie du canon et avant impact sur la cible.
La longueur de la protubérance doit être telle qu'elle permet d'éviter à un projectile déformable d'impacter la cible alors qu'il est encore compacté dans le canon ou à un projectile déployable d'impacter la cible avant qu'il ait eu le temps de se déployer.
Selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention, l'arme a la forme d'un revolver et comprend un canon supérieur apparent constituant la protubérance, et un canon d'éjection des projectiles de neutralisation alésé dans la carcasse de l'arme et placé sous le canon supérieur, parallèlement à celui-ci et en retrait de celui-ci. De façon avantageuse, le canon constituant la protubérance est borgne.
Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention, l'arme de poing comporte une poignée qui est munie dans sa partie supérieure d'un organe pour déclencher le tir, et dont la partie inférieure comprend le canon d'éjection.
Avantageusement, l'organe pour déclencher le tir est un poussoir qui coulisse en translation et déplace vers l'extérieur un magasin linéaire engagé dans une ouverture située dans la partie inférieure de la poignée.
L'invention porte également sur une munition pour une arme de poing destinée à tirer des projectiles de neutralisation, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est monolithique et forme un magasin rotatif comportant plusieurs chambres recevant chacune une cartouche qui ne peut pas être extraite de ladite munition.
La munition selon l'invention peut s'adapter soit sur une arme d'autodéfense comportant une protubérance selon l'invention, soit sur une arme offensive préexistante modifiée de façon irréversible pour la transformer en une arme d'autodéfense non létale.
De façon préférentielle, la paroi externe de la cartouche est constituée par au moins un alésage du magasin rotatif.
Selon un mode préféré de réalisation de l'invention, chaque cartouche n'est constituée que par un projectile déformable, une charge de poudre et une amorce, ces trois éléments pouvant être dissociables, la cartouche ne comportant ni enveloppe extérieure individuelle, ni bourre, ce qui réduit son coût. L'absence de douille et de bourre permet notamment d'éviter l'émission de projectiles supplémentaires et élimine tout risque de blessures graves.
Avantageusement, en l'absence de toute contrainte le projectile se présente sensiblement sous la forme d'une sphère, ce projectile devenant sensiblement cylindrique à bouts arrondis lorsqu'il est engagé dans le magasin rotatitif. Selon une version avantageuse de l'invention, le projectile déformable a la capacité de s'écraser à l'impact sous la forme d'une galette.
Préférentiellement, le rapport des diamètres entre le projectile libre sous forme de sphère et l'alésage du magasin rotatif destiné à le recevoir est compris entre 1,2 et 1,7. Le projectile est qualifié de libre lorsqu'il n'est soumis à aucune contrainte.
De façon préférentielle, les alésages du magasin rotatif destinés à recevoir les projectiles ont un diamètre supérieur à 9,3mm permettant d'éviter l'utilisation de cartouches offensives de calibre standard 9mm.
Selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation de l'invention, le corps du magasin rotatif est un barillet de revolver réalisé en matière plastique chargée de particules solides. De façon avantageuse, les particules solides sont constituées par des fibres de verre courtes.
Selon un mode préféré de réalisation de l'invention, le barillet possède 6 chambres destinées à loger les cartouches.
Avantageusement, la paroi entre chaque alésage et la surface externe du magasin rotatif resiste à la pression d'éjection du projectile déformable mais peut se rompre si un autre projectile est engagé dans l'alésage. De façon préférentielle, le magasin rotatif est conçu pour rester intact après chaque tir de projectiles déformables.
De façon avantageuse, le remplacement des projectiles déformables par des projectiles plus lourds entraínerait l'éclatement de la munition selon l'invention et rendrait l'arme inutilisable.
L'arme selon l'invention présente l'avantage de pouvoir neutraliser efficacement un agresseur sans le blesser de façon irréversible, en évitant, en utilisation normale, le tir à bout touchant.
Contrairement aux autres moyens de défense rapprochée en vigueur sur le marché comme les diffuseurs de gaz, ce type d'arme peut être utilisé à plusieurs mètres de l'agresseur permettant d'éviter le corps à corps.
Pour répondre à un besoin de sécurité évident, l'arme selon l'invention ne peut pas être transformée en arme offensive avec l'utilisation d'outils usuels du commerce. Dans l'hypothèse peut probable où l'utilisateur parviendrait à substituer les projectiles déformables par des projectiles plus lourds, la munition selon l'invention se déformerait ou éclaterait et rendrait l'arme inefficace ou inutilisable.
Ces deux avantages confèrent à l'arme un aspect non dangereux tout à fait adapté à la demande du grand public.
Enfin, la grande maniabilité de l'arme due à sa légèreté, associée à une mise en oeuvre très simple, permet une intervention rapide, donc efficace, face à l'agresseur.
On donne ci-après une description détaillée du mode préféré de réalisation des deux variantes de l'invention mentionnées ci-avant, en se référant aux figures 1 et 2.
La figure 1 représente une vue en coupe longitudinale comportant une coupe partielle auxiliaire d'une arme de poing selon l'invention en position de repos et comprenant une crosse et une détente.
La figure 2 est une vue en coupe partielle d'une arme de poing selon l'invention comprenant une poignée ainsi qu'un poussoir, dans l'ultime position précédant le tir.
La figure 3 est une coupe longitudinale axiale partielle selon le plan I-I d'une munition selon l'invention.
La figure 4 est une coupe transversale selon le plan II-II d'une munition selon l'invention.
En se référant à la figure 1 relative à un mode préféré de réalisation de la première variante, l'arme de poing comprend un canon d'éjection 1 des projectiles de neutralisation et un canon supérieur 2 borgne, un magasin rotatif 3 venant se fixer sur l'arme. Le canon d'éjection 1 est alésé dans la carcasse 4 de l'arme et se trouve situé sous le canon supérieur 2, parallèlement à celui-ci et en retrait de celui-ci. Le canon supérieur 2 constitue une protubérance passive pour l'arme. Le magasin rotatif 3 est une pièce monolithique cylindrique en matière plastique possédant une face avant circulaire et une face arrière circulaire. Le magasin 3 se présente extérieurement comme un barillet et possède six chambres 5 cylindriques dont les axes sont parallèles à son axe de rotation 6. Lesdites chambres 5 creusent de part en part la pièce monolithique et sont disposées de sorte que leurs sections circulaires sont régulièrement espacées autour d'un cercle. Dans chaque chambre 5 est solidement encastrée par surmoulage une cartouche ayant un projectile de neutralisation de façon à ce que ces cartouches ne puissent pas être délogées avec des outils usuels du commerce sans endommager le magasin 3 en plastique. Entre le canon supérieur 2 et le canon d'éjection 1, est creusé, dans la carcasse 4 de l'arme, un canal cylindrique 7 parallèle qui comporte la pièce cylindrique 8 à 12 et un ressort 13 assurant le maintien et le centrage du magasin rotatif 3.
La face circulaire avant du magasin rotatif 3 possède un évidement conique en son centre. Lorsque l'arme est dépourvue de son magasin 3, l'extrémité conique 12 de la pièce cylindrique logée dans le canal se trouvant entre les deux canons 1, 2 fait saillie dans l'espace de la carcasse 4 réservé à l'emplacement dudit magasin 3. Pour insérer le magasin 3 dans l'arme, l'utilisateur doit retirer de l'espace réservé au dit magasin 3 l'extrémité conique 12 en translatant par la tête 11 la pièce cylindrique dans son canal 7.
Une fois le magasin 3 en place, l'utilisateur relâche la tête 11, et par effet de retour dû au ressort 13 qui se détend, l'extrémité conique 12 vient s'encastrer dans l'évidement conique de la face avant circulaire du magasin 3. Le magasin rotatif 3 possède six évidements arrondis disposés sur sa surface cylindrique externe. L'un de ces évidements dans lequel pénètre le lobe de la pièce 14 est représenté en coupe partielle décalée sur la figure 1. Ces évidements sont régulièrement espacés et sont placés au milieu de deux chambres successives. Au repos, la partie arrondie d'une pièce 14 vient s'insérer dans l'un des évidements de sorte que le magasin 3 ne puisse plus tourner autour de son axe de rotation 6. Sur la figure 1, la pièce 14 insérée partiellement dans l'un des évidements appartient à un plan se trouvant à l'arrière du plan de coupe. Un percuteur 15 est positionné en face de la chambre qui va se trouver en continuité du canon d'éjection 1. Une détente 16 va permettre de déclencher le tir en actionnant une masselotte 17 de frappe du percuteur 15. Enfin, un levier de rotation 18 va faire tourner le magasin 3 autour de son axe 6 lors d'une pression sur la détente 16, ce magasin se comportant comme un barillet chargé et non rechargeable.
Le fonctionnement de l'arme suit les étapes suivantes.
L'utilisateur enclenche le magasin rotatif 3 en matière plastique muni de cartouches dans l'espace de la carcasse 4 de l'arme réservé à cet effet. Pour ce faire, il procède comme il est décrit ci-avant. Une fois le magasin 3 inséré dans l'arme, la pièce 14 vient se loger partiellement dans l'un des six évidements périphériques du magasin 3 de façon à le bloquer autour de son axe de rotation 6. Cette position du magasin 3 correspond à l'alignement d'une chambre avec le canon d'éjection 1. Une pression sur la détente 16 va engendrer une triple action : d'abord, la pièce 14 bloquant le magasin 3 va pivoter pour libérer ledit magasin 3 autour de son axe de rotation 6. Ensuite le levier de rotation 18 est mis en mouvement et va entraíner une rotation d'un sixième de tour du magasin 3 autour de son axe 6 de façon à amener la chambre suivante en face du canon d'éjection 1. Enfin, la masselotte 17 de frappe du percuteur 15 est déplacée jusqu'à provoquer la percussion de la cartouche. Une fois le tir effectué, l'utilisateur relâche la détente 16 jusqu'à sa position de repos. L'arme est à nouveau prête pour un nouveau tir. Lorsque les six cartouches ont été utilisées, l'utilisateur retire le magasin 3 en matière plastique et le jette. Il peut le remplacer par un autre magasin plein.
En se référant à la figure 2 relative à un mode préféré de réalisation de la 2ème variante, l'arme de poing comprend une poignée 20 incluant un chargeur linéaire de cartouches et les pièces constitutives du mécanisme de déclenchement du tir, une pièce allongée monobloc 21, un organe 22 pour déclencher le tir et un canon d'éjection 23 des projectiles de neutralisation.
La poignée 20 est constituée par un corps allongé légèrement incurvé pour faciliter une bonne préhension de l'arme avec la main, et possède une partie supérieure incluant le poussoir 22 et une partie inférieure comprenant le canon d'éjection 23.
Ladite partie supérieure est reliée à ladite partie inférieure par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce allongée monobloc 21 démarrant à l'extrémité de la partie supérieure située au-delà du poussoir 22 et finissant sur la surface latérale externe 24 du canon 23.
La pièce allongée monobloc 21 présente un segment rectiligne 25 perpendiculaire à l'axe du canon 23 et situé en avant de la bouche dudit canon 23 par rapport à la poignée 20. La pièce allongée monobloc 21 constitue par ce segment 25 une protubérance évitant le tir à bout touchant. Le poussoir 22 est une pièce allongée possédant notamment une face avant 26 légèrement incurvée pour éviter au doigt qui va l'actionner de glisser, et un évidement arrière arrondi 27. Une pression sur le poussoir 22 entraíne une translation dudit poussoir 22 selon une direction parallèle à l'axe du canon 23. Les traits fins mixtes sur la figure 2 matérialisent la position du poussoir 22 au repos.
L'évidement arrière arrondi 27 du poussoir 22 reçoit la partie arrondie d'une pièce allongée rotative 29 venant en appui contre une pièce 30 solidaire de la masselotte de frappe 31. La translation du poussoir 22 va induire un déplacement linéaire de la partie arrondie de la pièce allongée 29, ladite pièce 29 effectuant en même temps une rotation autour de son axe. Cette rotation va à son tour induire la rotation de la masselotte 31 par l'intermédiaire de la pièce 30 qui lui est solidaire. Lorsque le poussoir 22 continue d'être enfoncé, la pièce allongée rotative 29 finit par perdre le contact avec la masselotte 31 qui, aussitôt, pivote autour de son axe en sens inverse, en subissant une accélération brutale due à la poussée d'une pièce 32 mue par un ressort 33 qui se détend. Le percuteur 34 étant solidaire de la masselotte 31 vient percuter la cartouche se trouvant en face du canon 23. Les traits mixtes fins sur la figure 2 matérialisent ledit percuteur 34 en position de percussion. Le magasin linéaire en matière plastique comportant les cartouches munies de leur projectile de neutralisation est introduit dans l'arme par une ouverture 28 située dans la partie inférieure de la poignée 20. Le magasin vient en butée contre un ressort.
A chaque tir, par l'intermédiaire d'un levier (non représenté) dont l'extrémité est logée dans la rainure 35, le magasin est translaté vers l'extérieur de la poignée 20 d'une longueur correspondant à l'espacement entre deux cartouches successives du magasin.
Après un certain nombre de tirs, le magasin en matière plastique vidé de ses cartouches est expulsé de l'arme. Il est alors jeté pour être remplacé par un chargeur plein.
En se référant aux figures 3 et 4, une munition selon l'invention est constituée par un magasin rotatif 41 comportant six chambres 36 cylindriques, identiques, parallèles entre elles, uniformément réparties autour d'un cercle et destinées à loger chacune une cartouche.
Une cartouche se compose d'un projectile déformable 38, d'une charge de poudre 39 et d'une amorce 40, ces trois éléments étant dissociables. Plus précisément, chaque chambre 36 présente un alésage amont élargi 37 dans lequel est encastré le projectile déformable 38 et un alésage aval dans lequel sont insérées la charge de poudre 39 servant à la propulsion du projectile 38, et l'amorce 40. Les axes des alésages aval et amont ne sont pas dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre, car l'alésage 37 destiné à recevoir le projectile déformable 38 a été usiné non seulement pour recevoir ledit projectile 38 mais également pour ménager une épaisseur e entre chaque alésage 37 et la paroi extérieure 42 du barillet 41 devant résister à la pression d'éjection d'un projectile déformable 38 et pouvant se rompre si un autre type de projectile était engagé dans la chambre 36. La poudre propulsive 39 est constituée par 5 centigrammes d'une poudre fine simple base, à base de nitrocellulose, fabriquée par la SNPE et l'amorce 40 est standard à percussion centrale.
En l'absence de toute contrainte le projectile déformable 38 a une forme sensiblement sphérique, le projectile acquérant une forme sensiblement cylindrique avec deux bouts arrondis lorsqu'il se trouve logé dans l'alésage 37. Le corps du magasin rotatif 41 est réalisé à partir d'un barillet, constitué par une matière plastique chargée de particules solides et plus spécifiquement de fibres de verre courtes, ce barillet étant rigide et indéformable. Le projectile déformable 38 qui est réalisé en polyuréthanne et qui a un diamètre initial de 13mm lorsqu'il est libre a la capacité de s'écraser à l'impact sous la forme d'une galette de 35mm de diamètre environ. En effet, le projectile 38 déformé dans le barillet 41 reprend instantanément une forme sphérique dès qu'il est expulsé du canon de l'arme et se présente sensiblement sous la forme d'une bille souple à l'impact.
Pour ce qui concerne le dimensionnement d'un barillet 41 chargé de cartouches, la première étape consiste à définir les caractéristiques structurelles et dimensionnelles du barillet 41 vide de façon à l'adapter à l'arme sur laquelle il sera monté.
Après avoir défini le type de projectile déformable voulu, la deuxième étape consiste à déterminer aussi finement que possible les caractéristiques du couple amorce 40/charge de poudre propulsive 39 pour permettre l'expulsion du projectile déformable 38 sans endommager ni modifier le barillet 41 tout en communiquant au dit projectile une vitesse d'émission suffisante. La modification de l'une des caractéristiques du barillet 41 chargé de cartouches entraínerait un fonctionnement erratique de l'arme d'autodéfense. En effet, la substitution par exemple d'un projectile déformable 38 par un projectile plus lourd pourrait conduire à l'éclatement du barillet 41. Par conséquent, le risque de transformer une arme d'autodéfense en une arme offensive létale est négligeable.
Une fois monté sur une arme de poing comportant ou non une protubérance, le magasin rotatif 41 selon l'invention est utilisé comme un barillet standard de revolver. En effet, après avoir placé le barillet 41 sur son axe de rotation dans le carcasse de l'arme, une pression à fond sur la détente provoque d'abord l'armement du chien puis la percussion de l'amorce suivie de la mise à feu de la poudre propulsive et enfin l'expulsion du projectile déformable 38. Pour tirer les autres projectiles 38 du barillet 41, il faut renouveler l'opération, ce magasin rotatif non rechargeable étant jeté après le tir de toutes les cartouches et un nouveau magasin rotatif étant mis en place dans l'arme.

Claims (20)

  1. Arme de poing destinée à tirer des projectiles de neutralisation, et comprenant notamment un canon, caractérisée en ce que la bouche du canon d'éjection (1,23) est située en retrait d'une protubérance (2,25) solidaire de l'arme.
  2. Arme de poing selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la protubérance (2,25) ménage une distance d'au moins 30 millimètres entre la bouche du canon (1,23) et une cible venant en appui contre la protubérance (2,25).
  3. Arme de poing selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2 caractérisée en ce que la protubérance (2) est constituée par un cylindre alésé semblable à un canon de revolver.
  4. Arme de poing selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que plusieurs cartouches contenant chacune un projectile de neutralisation peuvent être chargées dans l'arme.
  5. Arme de poing selon la revendication 4 caractérisée en ce que les cartouches sont logées dans une munition monolithique.
  6. Arme de poing selon la revendication 5 caractérisée en ce que la munition monolithique est un magasin rotatif (3, 41).
  7. Arme de poing selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6 caractérisée en ce que les cartouches sont encastrées dans la munition monolithique de sorte qu'elles ne peuvent pas être extraites de ladite munition.
  8. Arme de poing selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 5 à 7 caractérisée en ce que les projectiles ont un diamètre supérieur ou égal à 11,6 mm.
  9. Arme de poing selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 4 caractérisée en ce que les projectiles sont déformables.
  10. Arme de poing selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que ladite arme a la forme d'un revolver, et comprend un canon supérieur apparent (2) constituant la protubérance, et un canon d'éjection (1) des projectiles de neutralisation, alésé dans la carcasse (4) de l'arme, et placé sous le canon supérieur (2) parallèlement à celui-ci et en retrait de celui-ci.
  11. Arme de poing selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une poignée (20) qui est munie dans sa partie supérieure d'un organe pour déclencher le tir, et dont la partie inférieure comprend le canon d'éjection (23).
  12. Arme de poing selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que l'organe pour déclencher le tir est un poussoir (22) qui coulisse en translation et déplace vers l'extérieur un magasin linéaire engagé dans une ouverture (28) située dans la partie inférieure de la poignée (20).
  13. Munition pour une arme de poing destinée à tirer des projectiles de neutralisation, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est monolithique et forme un magasin rotatif (3, 41) comportant plusieurs chambres (5, 36) recevant chacune une cartouche qui ne peut pas être extraite de ladite munition.
  14. Munition selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la paroi externe de la cartouche est constituée par au moins un alésage (37) du magasin rotatif (41).
  15. Munition selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que chaque cartouche n'est constituée que par un projectile déformable (38), une charge de poudre (39) et une amorce (40).
  16. Munition selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que, en l'absence de toute contrainte, le projectile se présente sensiblement sous la forme d'une sphère, ce projectile (38) devenant sensiblement cylindrique à bouts arrondis lorsqu'il est engagé dans le magasin rotatif (41).
  17. Munition selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que le rapport des diamètres entre le projectile libre sous forme de sphère et l'alésage (37) du magasin rotatif (41) destiné à le recevoir est compris entre 1,2 et 1,7.
  18. Munition selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que les alésages (37) du magasin rotatif (41) destinés à recevoir les projectiles (38) présentent un diamètre supérieur à 9,3mm.
  19. Munition selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que le corps du magasin rotatif (41) est un barillet de revolver réalisé en matière plastique chargée de particules solides.
  20. Munition selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que la paroi (e) entre chaque alésage (37) et la surface extérieure (42) du magasin rotatif (41) résiste à la pression d'éjection du projectile déformable (38) mais peut se rompre si un autre projectile est engagé dans l'alésage (37).
