Abstract

Für eine Kathodenstrahlröhre mit mehreren Gitterelektronen, die innerhalb eines abbildenden Strahlsystems eine Kathodenlinse, eine Vorfokussierlinse und eine Hauptlinse bilden, wird vorgeschlagen, die Fokussierwirkung der Vorfokussierlinse in Abhängigkeit von der Intensität des Elektronenstrahls zu verändern und dadurch für einen weiten Bereich des Strahlstroms eine optimale Abbildungsschärfe zu erzielen. Für eine Gitteranordnung mit einer G21-Elektrode und einer G22-Elektrode wird hierzu vorgeschlagen, zumindest die an G22 anliegende Spannung in Abhängigkeit vom Strahlstrom mit geringem Spannungshub zu variieren.
